Checked in on an exceptionally crappy weather day into a room that felt like a nice warm hug. Actual coffee pot (not single cup size!!!) with actual Folgers coffee. Bathroom was pleasantly spotlessly clean. Hot water was hot, cold water was cold. Bed was soft but had some firmness to it.

Felt like home away from home.

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some touch-ups with the caulking, but the shower/bathtub and toilet were clean. There is a door seperating them from the sink area which is convenient for privicy. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room which is nice to have, although the fridge doesn't have a freezer. We didn't see very much of the staff during out stay, but they were pleasant and courteous while we were checking in. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay especially considering the price point.

This may not “look” like a good place to stay but let me you… it is clean and well staffed. The people are very thoughtful and kind. If you forget to grab plastic ware to eat something in your room there are plastic ware in the lobby. Pets are allowed for a small fee. If you use a travel app you’ll find very reasonable prices.

The desk man really helped out saved the day by letting us check in late which was super awesome amazing but the housekeeping could be more attentive there was a bunch of gunk in the corners and edges of the room and nightstands. Also the coffee maker had stale food pieces in it and the heat took a while to kick in and the glass covering the small table was very dusty between the surfaces. The couch arm had a decent sized burn hole in it but there isn't much they can do for that

We arrived to a room with dirt marks all of walls, doors, and tables. Our bed had no blanket or comforters on it- only a sheet for us to use in the middle of January. When we asked the front desk for a blanket, we were told they only had sheets. I slept with a towel as a blanket lol.

Lots of parking and close to our room door. Overall the facility was nice and clean but the hot tub was not functioning which was disappointing. No biggie though. Our only real negative was the front desk staff. When I called ahead of our check in, the woman on the phone didn’t seem to want to help me, was short and ignored my question, it seemed, to make a point that I was bothering her. Then when we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk didn’t say hello, but greeted us with, “Reservation?” and “Name?” Not very welcoming, but I wouldn’t have thought as much of it if the first representative wasn’t so rude. I think the front desk staff could work on their friendliness and helpfulness - this is what most travelers come to expect from hotels, as it is literally the hospitality business.

Last resort. The bathroom was dirty, we did not use the comforter or blanket but went to Walmart and bought a fleece blanket instead. The air conditioner wouldn't work; they knew it but came up and did something to make it come on. It's either off or on. No adjustment to the temperature.

The lining of one of the window curtains had chunks out of it so light came through the holes. We considered making a 👀.

There's not a restaurant on property.

Staff was very friendly but the suite was grungy and in need of repairs. There was a large hole in the bathroom door, no locks on any doors, and the shower was filthy. Unfortunately we didn't see anywhere else in the area that looked much better otherwise we would've left and gone somewhere else.

The internet is unusable. It constantly stops working. This hotel has known about this issue for many years based on the numerous complaints from customers. You pay good money to be able to use amenities listed and you count on those amenities for work related needs, when the internet does not work it is more than just an inconvenience, it can be detrimental to your job. The hotel should not list wifi as an amenity until they do something to fix this ongoing issue. As I write this review I have lost internet connection several times; simply unacceptable!

Upon arriving into the establishment the front desk clerk was extremely hostile. I travel often and had key cash reward and used it here. Before coming to the property I made sure I wouldn't need a credit card for the security deposit and the response via email was \"no you do not need a credit card when it is 3rd party reservations\". I arrived only to argue back and forth with the front desk clerk until the \"manager\" finally came out and clarified that I was correct and then proceeded to threaten me about calling the cops and kicking me out (also I have a service dog with me). I stayed though but what an awful experience the front desk and \"manager\" offered me.

This was a great place to crash for a night while exploring the Olympic Peninsula. I wont lie, the room had a bit of a weird smell, but like, it felt like it was mostly within the window of tolerance for weird motel smells. Anyways, we watched Lost Boys on AMC on the tv and it really held up. Great spot!

The Inn is in good location, 5 mins to waterfront and main street. But a bit noisy, can hear traffic noise from outside. The main noise from upstairs, can hear people walking all night. The staff was helpful and switched a room at 3rd floor, but still can hear noise from next room.

A one night stay was enough for our family. The property showed its age. The bathroom door had obviously been replaced but did not close and had a hole in it. Too bad because the floor tile had just been replaced but hard to appreciate when the door doesn’t close. The room was small and area felt a little shady.

The bathtub had mold all around the caulking. There were no safety strips on the tub, no grab rail and when I asked for a rubber beth mat they didn't have any. The elevator floor was dirty and the tiles were cracked. The stairs to the second floor had something hanging down, creating a tripping hazard. My room was missing a night table lamp and a bedspread. There is no housekeeping unless you ask for it. With the reduction in services there is no reduction in price. The room was quite expensive for what it was - a seedy hotel, not maintained.

Th shower had mold. The door couldn’t close became of how bowed the door was. Mold around the frames. Serious note explore you will be charged if using the towels anywhere but in the shower. Fridge was left open and the freezer was built up of ice. Glad we only spent sleeping times in the room. (Also sad that they raised the prices because of a festival in Forks.)

Overall, the stay was fine in terms of cleanliness, location, and room quality. The service was not satisfactory. There was a coffee station set up in the reception, but coffee was never available. I was there at 8 am and they said they have run out of coffee for the day. How can a hotel run out of coffee at 8am? Secondly, there was extra charges if you needed fresh towels the next day, so we chose not to opt for that. Finally, the lady at the reception was very unfriendly. While checking out, I returned her one key card, and she rudely said - \"I need both key cards back, or else I will charge you for it\". I mean, in this day and age, people just leave at checkout time. I at least had the courtesy of informing her we were checking out. Normally, people just toss the key cards or take them with. Anyway, this encounter was weird. Overall, comfortable stay but strange service vibes.

Aside from the check in area, the motel was very run down. Much to our dissappointment, the pool was closed, though it looked fine under the tarp and there was no evidence of work being done on it so I wonder if they just didn't want to maintain it. After all, the place is for sale and had the vibe that no one cared. As it turns out, the same person owns the motel we stayed in in Forks- it was easy to discern as it had the same awful color scheme, lighting, bad fitting linens and furniture. Our towels never dried even though they were hung from the hangers in the sink area!
Without the pool, there was no where you could sit outside as there are no balconies or areas on the property where you could \"relax\" other than in the dark, outdated and grungy room. The first room we were assigned (and thankfully moved from) was at the foot of the stairs with absolutely no privacy with the curtains open-it should not be a guest room-unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! I am surprised Expedia allows this establishment to be one of their options!

This hotel was conveniently located and our room was very comfortable and spacious. The road noise kept us up most of the night and we had to turn off the water supply to the toilet at night due to it recycling every 5 minutes. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom and the baseboards and door were filthy. The bedrooms and kitchen were clean. This is a dated budget hotel. There are no USB outlets and no smart televisions. The hot tub was broke too.
