To go eat you have to take a boat shuttle to an area about 10 mins away. Boat runs every hour but not always on time. No breakfast place that I’m aware of.

Like I said when I submitted my first review. They need to notify customers about the lack of WiFi in some rooms. My ceiling fan did not work and the glass globe was broken to the ceiling fan/light combo. I removed the glass globe to it as I was afraid the glass or glass pieces was going to fall on the bed.

Power turned off at a certain point late into the night and didnt turn back on til around 5 or 6. We also had the cleaning crew knocking on our doors at around 9:20. Checkout it supposedly at 10 and we didnt ask for a wakeup call either. It would be great if they could give their staff a list of what rooms have been checked out.

This property is HORRIBLE!! Front desk staff is rude as ever!! I walked in the lobby and it smelled like molded wood that they tried to cover up with air fresheners. There isn’t any WiFi that can reach your room only downstairs at the lobby which might explain why they’re always in their phones. I came for a quick stay and the lady that claimed she needed to speak with me only kept complaining I couldn’t booked an excursion because I didn’t have time! IT MY TRIP! I had numerous issues with the staff. They claimed my room was ready came in no towels or anything. They have no iron boards, blow dryers dressers nothing in the room. Waited 1 1/2hr for towel and a wash cloth to take a shower. Walked around the corner the back to find the housekeeping on her phone talking and laughing and when I asked for one she rudely said “I’ll be right there” and still took 20mins! In the morning at 8am I get woke up by a loud knock and her hollering housekeeping and when I said “Not right now” she still opened it with her keys and came in my room. Toilet got backed up after one single use, so I went to get a plunger from the front desk that night. In the am 8:30-9 I’m laying in bed after a shower and I hear one single loud knock and then a man opens my door claiming to be a Plumber and can clearly see me in a towel and continues to have a conversation on if I still need help with plumbing!!!I’ll never come here again, it was a horrible experience and I felt unsafe and definitely not comfortable

The staff and the pool area (most unique cave bar with fantastic drinks, and Alfi was awesome!) and lazy river and water slide (even fun for adults:) and the beach with natural palm umbrellas for shade, ALL AMAZING!! One of the best resorts I have been at for a reasonable price. The rooms were perfectly fine for me tho some may want to see some minor cosmetic updates. But I LOVED IT HERE!

Location is excellent. Full access to Taino Resort is great. Free ferry to Lucaya is great. Room was adequate - beds comfy, housekeeping a little lacks, knew to bring my own iron however surprised no hair dryer ( one supplied once ask for). Check in and out was easy.

The property which is like a US motel was adequate, safety was good. The hotel is attached to a sister property Taino Beach Resort which is timeshare affiliated. The restaurant, pool, spa services, recreation and beach are across the easy to cross road. The room had a bonus area with an equipped kitchenette, which was useful for fridge, morning tea, and warming any leftovers. The back side of the property had a view of Marina. The staff at front desk, security, property maintenance, restaurant was all pleasant and helpful. Ferry from rear of the Flamingo into Port Lucaya at a collection of local shops, restaurants and bars is a quick 7-minute ride.
