La salle de bain était propre mais vieillotte. Les portes devraient être rénovées. Il y avait 2 cheveux noirs à l’intérieur du lit. Le personnel d’entretien devrait porter des coiffes. Nous avons très bien dormi, les matelas sont parfaits 💫

Friendly, nice and overall welcoming and helpful staff. Unfortunately, not helped by outdated rooms- some pretty awful- at first appearance. Mattress toppers and pillows are extremely soft. Not comfortable for most in our group. No option for different firm pillows either.

Great location for visiting Aalborg with convenient parking on site. Nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit tired and could use some updates/repairs. Our beds were not the comfiest.

I thought the towels and pillows need replacing. They are old. The shower curtain too. Although water is drinkable in Denmark (no need of bottled water) they should have water fountains in each floor hallway. The room had no complementary water so I found myself after arriving late at night without water in my room. Yes, there was the expensive water from the mini bar but I don't spend ,money in mini bars. ALL hotels have complementary water. I am not referring to cheap hotels, but hotel of this quality (business rooms) usually have complementary water in the room. You have slippers & bathrobe, you should have complementary water. Please do not tell your clients that the water in Denmark is drinkable and to drink water from the bathroom, which is what reception told me to do. I didn't find it very hygienic. One good thing about the room was the dark curtains because it gets bright early...

We stayed two nights and very much liked the location. We wanted to visit Hjelmerstald and that was near the hotel so we did not need a car. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel had a very nice breakfast buffet. They upgraded us to a suite which was very nice but I will say the the leather furniture was very scratched and old. I think other things outweighed all of that so our stay was wonderful.

Great hotel, although the walls are very thin it seems - so if you have an issue with hearing your “neighbor” on the phone or whatnot, you might want to check on that. Nice location and smack in the middle of the city, so can’t get much better if you’re looking at location.

Hotellet føltes gammelt og slidt, undtaget restaurant området som var ok. Men det værste var dog værelset. Hov da op noget slidt skrammel. Jeg har aldrig, som i aldrig, været et sted hvor alt knirkede så meget. Gulvet knirkede højlydt ved hvert eneste skridt. Det samme fra værelser ved siden af, værelser over og fra gangen. Ganske forfærdeligt. Vinduer var tyde og uden lyddæmpning og desværre løber der en meget trafikeret vej lige udenfor - fik ikke meget nattesøvn den nat. Jeg kommer med garanti ikke tilbage.

Det var virkelig dårlig lydt, hvor man kunne høre gæsterne fra de nærliggende værelser, når de så fjernsyn, gik på toilet etc. hvilket resulterede i mindre søvn

Jeg fik en værelse på 4 sal. Ved ikke om alt gulvet der er spånplader, men hold da op det larmer når folk går rundt der. Så meget at jeg fik en elendig søvn.

Det var ikke muligt at gøre værelset gelt mørkt, gadebelysning kom gennem gardiner. Relativt lydt mellem værelserne og larm fra gaden fra kl. 5 gjorde det svært at få en ordenlig søvn.

Nice located in the centre. I was upgraded to a suite, which of course was nice. However, the room was quite worn out and the jacuzzi had rotten water inside the tubes/pumps. Breakfast is fare from as good as they are claiming.

For at få en ekstra stjerne skulle der have været mulighed for at streame på tv'et. Der var kun \"almindelige\" tv-kanaler og vi ville gerne have haft mulighed for at kigge ind på vores egne streamingtjenester.
Derudover lukkede morgenmaden kl 10, hvilket var fint, men selvom de fjernede maden kl 10, så kunne de godt lade folk sidde og spise i en halv time bagefter, men der begyndte en ansat med det samme at støvsuge rundt om gæsterne.

Men et-lags-toiletpapir er simpelthen for skrabet. Og synes velkomsten fra personalet var decideret ringe, vi havde købt morgenmaden med, men det betvivlede receptionisten, og jeg måtte bevise det før hun troede på mig. Morgenmaden var også tvivlsom, hvordan de kunne få røræg til at smage så dårligt er mig en gåde. Forventet langt bedre, end vi fik.

Jeg havde booket et business class-værelse i anledning af nytårsaften for at have det ekstra lækkert med min kæreste og havde forventet at det var et værelse der var pengene værd.
Jeg har før boet på hotellet, dog på et standardværelse, som både var større og havde en bedre udsigt (ud mod havnen) end værelset, vi fik tildelt.
Da jeg var meget overrasket over at skulle betale så meget mere for et business class-værelse, spurgte jeg personalet om, hvorfor prisen var så meget højere, og hvad forskellen var på et standardværelse og et business class-værelse. Deres svar var at det var på grund af en fyldt minibar og et helt nyt airconditionanlæg, samt at værelset var helt nyrenoveret.
Værelset var renoveret, dog var badeværelset gammelt og træt. Airconditionanlægget så ligeledes gammelt ud, og det fungerede ikke optimalt. Under hele opholdet var værelset koldt, især badeværelset, hvor der ingen varme var. Ikke engang i gulvet, som var iskoldt under hele opholdet.
Vi prøvede at snakke med personalet, men da vi ikke følte at vi blev imødekommet, havde vi ikke lyst til at gøre noget yderligere, da vi syntes, det var ubehageligt at “presse” på.

Vi var en voksen og to børn. Vi havde et dejligt ophold og personalet var rigtig søde, venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi havde et dejligt stort værelse og rengøringen var i top. Vi sov meget godt i en god seng og sovesofa. Der var dog lidt larm fra Jomfru Ane gade. Beliggenheden var god og det lå tæt på mange spisesteder og gode butikker. Morgenmaden var lækker, der var meget at vælge imellem.
