If I could give this hotel a negative star rating, I most definitely would.
The washer and dryer are not as they are pictured (they are outside, gross, and they don't work)
The building is trashy (prostitutes coming and going, gang writings on the road in front of the building, gang tags written in the room)
The front office person was smoking pot in the lobby, which made the room fill with weed smoke and stink.
The TV and internet did not work for the time we were there (3 hours to be exact, until I had to run as fast as possible)
The pictures of the lobby that you can go sit down and play games or just chat, yeah NO, the bullet proof glass door to enter the lobby, you are not allowed to go into.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION...........

I like that this property is tucked away from a lot of the action on main roads. I like that it's right next to gas station and subway. I like that my room was clean. This super I didn't have breakfast like others if that's a deal breaker. I had no issues when I was gear and I slept peacefully even extended.

Stopped late and have stayed before. No frills but close to the freeway. This night the power went out in the whole area. It was literally freezing. I gathered what i could using the phone to seein the dark and took off. Well, i forgot some stuff. Called the next day and the Manager had everything squared away and totally helped me out fixing charges.

First, room that I reserved was non smoking, they gave a smoking room, then I told them, they changed my room, 2nd room was not clean and had some bed bugs, they changed the room again, finally the last room, the carpet was dirty, bathroom toilet has pee and floor too, bathtub was dirty plus had hair, microwave was super dirty inside and outside. They told me that is the last room that they can change, the housekeeping was a old man working with short and flippers. Not very professional. Please do not go to this hotel is very bad.

We needed somewhere to stay just for the night, we got a room and and it smelled like smoke. front desk said we could get a different room. The second room was no better, there was a little baggie of weed on the air conditioner lol, water leaking from the sink, stinky stuff in every corner on the floors, floors we’re not cleaned what so ever and the room smelled like straight mop. The bed was gross as well, random stains, black bits on the sides and under the sheets. Save your sanity and do not stay here!!

We were stuck in Atlanta for the night with the masses and there was limited availability for any rooms close to the airport. The chair and bed spreads were stained along with some of the walls. The sheets appeared clean, but the towels were thin. It was our only option close to the airport.

The area was not safe addicts walking in and around parking lot; non-smoking rooms had oders and bathrooms were not clean all floors needed mop & sweeping, bath tubs were dirty with live spider in first one, bed sheets had spots on them. I was given another room that was almost as bad as the first room. I will not use or recomend this motel.

I had to get this last minute because of booking screwing up my reservation. I got a non smoking room for it to smell just like someone just put a cigarette out. The smoke alarm was hanging off wall as if someone snatched it off. There were holes in the sheets along with cigarette burns. Old dry blood on matches protector. And someone was knocking on my door through out the night twice. I would of had better accommodations sleeping outside.

There were bed bugs and roaches crawling underneath the bedding which was also dirty and stained. Disgusting! Staff were nice and understandable when I walked right out of the room to turn in the key and booked another hotel. No way I was staying on that Property pictures did not match the room. Do not stay here!

We arrived at 1:00 to a prostitute hanging around at the single door entrance. The room was dirty, with bloody sheets and obviously dirty carpet, surface-cleaned bathroom. The place made us feel like we were both unsafe and unhygienic, we asked for another room were shown two more in similar shape. We were not gong to be able to sleep well there. We had to move to another hotel at 3:00am. Expedia’s virtual agent said they were unable to get the hotel manager on the phone to discuss. So far they aren’t refunding our money but said to wait a couple days and I would hear from
Them. This is not a place to bring your family, or really to get a good night sleep. It feels like a “pay by the hour” hotel and it’s gross.

In the first four hours we saw OPEN drug dealing, customers cruising the property and a shooting on the property which caused one person to go to the hospital and/or morgue. There were at least 15 officers, a fire truck and an ambulance. The property was cordoned off so no one could get in or out. The police came to us and told us we should leave the property and that this area was not safe. In my opinion this was the most unsafe place I have ever rented in my life. This is a True Account!

multiple security incidents, horrible rooms

Had a bad feeling as soon as entered the hotel. I even asked, the hotel staff, if I need to be careful around here. She did mention she was working at the hotel for 29 years but never had any issues.

The hotel rooms are horrible, there was some weird smell, dirty bed sheets with holes, the only toiletries provided is just a soap, AC is very noisy, the walls are so narrow you can clearly hear arguments from next door.

Incident 1: while walking towards the room, there were some arguments going on, all of a sudden a bag was thrown out of the room and the door closed. After a tiring day, I ignored it, hoping it was just some fight between the couple.

Incident 2: Around 12-1 AM at night, there were some arguments/yelling that started next door, that went on for a while then all of a sudden there was banging on my room door, shouting, and cursing. It went on for a while. It's a pretty scary experience. I wasn't sure if I should answer the door or say something. Was so uncomfortable just wanted to leave from there. Not sure, what to do called 911, explained the situation. Patrol Cop mentioned it's a very bad hotel and he will be around for a bit to make sure nothing is going on. Left the hotel at the middle of the night.

I called the hotel multiple times to report the incident, and finally after 3rd attempt able to reach the manager SAM. Explained the situation to him, and he did mention their GM would reach out the next day to resolve the issue. Haven't heard from anyone yet.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Property was alright and the room was okay but was put in a smoking room after specifying a non smoking and checked the linens and they were clean but later on in the night after feeling something crawling on me, found that there were bed bugs all throughout the mattress. Didn’t stay long enough to take pictures but brought it up to the staff that night and they swapped me into the room I was meant to have at the beginning and they didn’t seem phased like this wasn’t the first time it happened. 0/10 do not be fooled by the pictures they are not accurate.

Despite having notes that I would be checking in with a dog in the special requests section, the motel seemed surprised when I said I had one, and had difficulty finding a room for us. 6 doors down there were people smoking marijuana outside their room. Our room smelled like it had been a smoking room previously, but was rented as a non smoking. The ceiling also was cracked and didn’t look in good condition. This motel made us set a new minimum rating that we’ll stay at in the future for our travel.

I reserve room on Monday 03/06/23 i waa n 105 great room great stay. I decide i will stay extra night for my job next day.. i waa told to re bood stay on Expedia just to reserve the same room .. i thought that was werid but i did it.. the reserce a king size bed only to find out reserve the wrong room instead of property calln stating booking was a erra the book me n to 113 the wrong was terrible nothing what hade the night before! Was not a good stay. The advertisement on your page said Free Hot Breakfast and they offer no breakfast at all. Place was kinda of dirty, a/c didn’t work right, bathroom was partially demolished, ceiling was caving in, shower head was not attached to wall, and it was spiders and bugs. I asked for refund after checking out the room but they said they couldn’t.

Get RID of the carpeting in YOUR hotel

ALL HOTELS NEED TO BE REQUIRED BY LAW TO REMOVE ALL CARPETING OUT OF ROOMS.....this is a nice architectural design hotel, however its also old with old nasty feeling carpet with shoes on. Not sure how to EXPLAIN what they call onsite laundry area so ill just LOL. Bathroom very small good hot water pressure...Lobby areas at time of my visit was not open to guest so no morning coffee. Convenient to highway

We booked this hotel hoping for the best after every hotel near the airport was sold out due to flight cancellations.
I am just not sure how this place has even gotten a star. Singular.
To start. Our rooms number was taped on with a piece of paper and sharpie. Before our room were 5 garbage Toilets piled outside our room.
Inside. Looks outdated. Didn’t seem horrendous. We could manage. I go to the washroom. It’s not clean. Bugs inside the tub. While in the washroom a roach fell on my back. No toilet paper. No Kleenex. Not even an area you might keep a toilet paper roll. The top layer of sheet seemed clean - the under layers dirty. The hard wood floors turned your socks black. If we could have left and went somewhere else we would have, but we had a few hours before our next flight, and you couldnt get a room.
It was so next level, we laid on the bed with our clothes on. I covered the pillows with the towel…which seemed to be the only clean item in the room. No one slept. Had to kill a few roaches upon getting up. We were happy to finally be able to head to the airport. When we arrive to our final destination - none of our luggage in, everything went straight into the wash for fear be brought friends.
I can’t describe the level of filth in this place, bugs, it was like something out of a bad movie. Expedia should not be affiliated with a place like this on their site. It truly was next level. Knowing what I know now, We would have slept on the airport floor.

I don’t know what I did to reach this level of karmic punishment… this was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I travel for work too). See pictures. I was just happy to not get murdered or walk away with bed bugs. The shower was cold for all but 5 minutes when it got room temperature (not even hot). It looked like it was under construction and hadn’t been cleaned since taking guests - soiled sheets on one bed, hair on a lamp shade and everything else. No breakfast. One measly bar of “soap” and two towels which looked like they’ve been around longer than me. Don’t walk, RUN AWAY!

This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at there was burn marks everywhere the sheets was raggedy and dirty and nasty and soiled I have pictures of everything the hotel charged me $100 and it was disgusting there. they didn't have no breakfast talking about covid everybody know coverd is over I paid all that money and did not get anything that I paid for it was disgusting. me and my daughter didn't even sleep on the bed we went and bought blankets and our own pillows and slept on top of that cuz the sheets was so nasty towels stained up just a very nasty hotel. When you book with hotels.com the hotel don't give you a nice room they give you the worst rooms they have. The Indian man and lady up at the front desk was just rude they didn't care about nothing oh yeah the microwave was disgusting the refrigerator was disgusting the whole room was sickening. When asked about a nother I was told I couldn't get my money back and they had no more room which was a lie cause there was more rooms available

There was no hot water for me and my family to shower but the front desk gave us another room to use with no charge. Which was fair in that case and then the refrigerator was leaking in the room and nothing was done about it. We were so ready to go and we were only staying there to rest up to get back on the road.

This motel is so overpriced for what they offer. It is in a suspect part of town, the parking lot is horribly designed, and the beds are about as comfortable as sleeping on bricks. I would never stay here again, even if I was paid too. The walls are paper thin, and with people walking around at all hours, I did not get very good sleep at all. The only good thing is that the shower was hot.
