I decided to lose the money and not even stay there. The area it’s in is very sketchy, the people around there were scary and then you walk into the hotel and it does not look clean. The building itself was rundown, the air conditioners looked to be leaking some type of liquid that was not normal, etc. I requested at least a partial refund and have heard nothing.

You won’t always have a microwave in your room but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I never feel uncomfortable and I would suggest the hotel to a friend so everything is worth what your paying for.

Roaches from the big ones to the babies. There crawling on the wall, in the bed, on the floor and maybe in the breakfast they have in the morning. I didn't eat it no way. I reported it the front desk wasn't helpful and the manager never got back with me concerning the matter.

This is in a horrible part of town. The facility is run down, there's no fitness center, the pool has been drained and closed for ages, and suspicious looking people roam around. The breakfast is miniscule and not replenished. There's a sign at the front desk stating that for stays with consecutive days, you have to check out at 11am and aren't allowed to check back in until 2pm. It's absurd. My security deposit of $60 was not refunded and was charged to my account not as a pending charge, but as an actual charge. It's been a week and now I have to contact my bank for a resolution.

Adults need a permission slip to bring their food upstairs to their rooms. Beds are hard as steel. Back, side and knee problems ever since. Bed bugs are lethal and we all got bit by something. Not a coincidence that the spray guy came at checkout. Stay here if this is literally yo only affordable choice, but trust me, itz NOT. Homeless vs this then choose this place. Staff was nice to me but not so much to the others.

Close to airport. 24 hour shuttle service to ATL that ran every top of the hour. Refrigerator and microwave in room. But asked for wake up call that didn't happen - glad I set I my phone. And the TV gave some issues.

Overall the hotel was fine. My room had electrical problems. The wall the bed is on had no power, so no lamps or night stand power. The tv didn't work due to no power and no desk lamp power. The suite had a couch and that wall had power. I was able to work around the power issue for the night by running the night stand power behind couch. Outside of the power issues, it met my needs. The area surrounding the hotel was a bit sketchy if you're not used to that type of area.

The room we stayed in (118) had pieces of the bed falling off, and the shower floor was chipping. We were placed in the handicap room, so we weren't able to shower after a long day of flying.

The staff was excellent and well versed in what they were doing. The down side of this was that maintenance came off very rude and not helpful at all. The room I had was incomplete to say the least. The tv remote was not turning the volume up and down instead it was continuously forcing the tv back to the Home Screen. And when asked for assistance with this issue the maintenance never returned. Also when asked to refresh my towels and rags in my room maintenance meet me with a very hostile attitude as if I was trying to hold the dirty rags and towels or steal them. So that’s why I didn’t give them 5 stars. Other than that location and convenience was good

The room itself smelled horrible. The sofa sagged in the middle, so I had to sit in the desk chair. The bathroom was held together by caulk. She shampoo dispenser latch was broken so it was just laying in the bottom of the tub. Everything was simply run down.

I arrived a little before 12. They had many rooms available; however the desk clerk informed me that if I checked in early there would be a $30 charge. There is nothing on their website that says checking in early would add $30. The clerk called someone and came back and said they would waive the fee.

The check in rules sheet was two pages long of all the hotel's rules. Rules were posted everywhere.

They made a photo copy of my DL, which I have never had a hotel do before, so I had to lock my credit with the three credit bureaus so no one could steal my identity with that information. I asked to have that back and he refused.

The vending area was roped off with a Do Not Enter sign.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. I chose it to allow me to walk to our office and given the price, did not expect there to be amenities, but I expected the room to be clean and functional. Given how horrible it smelled, I doubt it had been cleaned.

The bed was actually comfortable, but for obvious reasons I slept in my clothes for a few hours and just got up left at 3:00 AM to go to the airport and just try to get home earlier. The AC worked well.

If zero stars was an option it would get that.

Very seedy people staying at hotel, smelling like dope, and elevator filthy. My guess is long term tenants. Foggy windows everywhere , which means the uv seals are destroyed on all glass. The Indian owners obviously had people do damage to their rooms. I felt uncomfortable staying at this place. You need to remove this from your list.

Our flight out of Atlanta got canceled due to an storm approaching our final destination.
So the airline wasn't covering hotel cost, I decided to look up hotels near by that provided shuttle service and found this one.

I called and explained the situation and the front desk clerk said early check in has a fee and we should call back near check in time for the shuttle, not a problem.

We decided to go to the hotel on our own to wait instead of being on the airport.
Only to walk in and the front desk goes, we are only allowed to sit inside for 30 minutes.

The fact that we already booked and was traveling with a 9 year old, I truly took offense to it and wasn't customer friendly at all.

We decided to have lunch at a restaurant nearby which was really good and they allowed us to wait until it was time to check into the hotel.

We checked in and all I can say is, YOU GET WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR. the room was obviously not cleaned well.
There was a dirty sock by the sofa, the room just smelled musty, the carpet needs to change, there's nails/sharp objects sticking out that I stepped on.

This place is barely viable. It is very old, rundown, and bare minimum. Although the hotel advertise itself as a 100% no smoking, the room was a stack of smoke as if the previous guest left out 15 minutes before I got in there and just got finished smoking. This left my bag in the majority of the clothes within it smelling like 50 cigarettes. I understand the saying you get what you pay for, but this went way beyond that the room is economical, but why does that have to allude to near-inhabitable quality? If there is some sort of hotel inspector for each state, they need to visit that hotel location ASAP. I will never stay here again. I truly hope they get shut down.

The hotel was nice and clean and great for a stay near the Atlanta airport. However, the airport shuttle driver was extremely rude when calling me to tell me where to go at the airport when picking us up and in every interaction we had. When he called me to pick me up at the airport, he said he will be there in 10 minutes then he hung up on me and showed up in 20 minutes. I called him while I was waiting to make sure he was on his way and he did not pick up. The second time I called he did answer and told me that he was there. I told him he was not because I was there and he wasn’t and then he told me that he would be there in 30 seconds and hung up. The hotel would get five stars from me if it weren’t for the airport shuttle driver.

This hotel room dirty except for the lobby. The reception was almost nonexistent. Dirty curtains in the room, broken mini fridge, beds were smaller than queen sized, bathroom tub was disgusting, storage room open door with broken equipment inside in the hallway, elevator barely works, and there was no way to find a stairwell. That bathtub was so dirty in 320 we didn’t even shower since we were only staying one night. I was also charged a surprise $60 deposit that wasn’t included in the reservation once I got there. I had to swipe my card twice. I heard them charging someone else a $100 deposit when I walked past reception to leave at one point. They kept the deposit without any reason behind it. There was also no parking and everyone had their cars parked any type of way in the parking lot. I’ll never be staying there again on my next visit to Atlanta or recommending.

1. Outside: looks abandoned parking lot full of cars that never move and make parking almost an impossible task even though we had a compact one. Green areas had better times. Sign well behind a gas station, so if you are coming from the other side of the road, you can easily miss the sign. Would never think that is the hotel because the picture in Expedia website are misleading.
2. Pool: completely abandoned.
3. Room: heavy cigarette smell in the bathroom, even though there are signs saying 100% non-smoking.
4. Service: requested towels twice, they never supply them and when finally called I was told I needed to bring the dirty ones to the front desk, so they could give me fresh ones. Never heard that before!
5. AC in the room: super noisy. If you sleep over the light side, good luck!
6. Breakfast offered: limited time until 9:00 am only. Most places this service is extended until 10:00 am (are we on vacations or not?) Cups for water and juice can work for a toddler (extremely small), coffee cups small as well competing with the other ones to see which one carries less fluid.
Expedia should upgrade the pictures and details for this \"hotel\".
Don't really care if they have side business here, but the amount of cars around the hotel that did not move at all in two days: 1- did not correspond to the amount of people seeing walking around 2-looked like the parking sites for airports.
This is something should be communicated ahead of the reservation.

It was a family event. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was due to the pool, which was not filled, the coffee machine at the breakfast area did not work all four days and there was no intent on fixing it. Overall cleanliness was certainly an issue.

Traveled to ATL for the weekend for the Phillies game. Picked the hotel for the breakfast, pool and price.

Breakfast- only a few selections, and couldn’t be taken back to the room to my son. Was told I would be charged the $60 deposit if I did.

Pool- is there, but no water. Was advised by the front desk they don’t advertise a pool, but it’s clearly on the site.

ATL got rain/storms earlier in the day and when we finally got to the hotel and room, the popcorn ceiling texture was falling in the room, the floor by the AC was soaked. When we packed up to leave in the morning, there were bugs crawling on the wall.

When we presented this to the front desk, he said he would advise his manager to see what they could do, meanwhile documenting nothing on the system.

To start our horrible experience was the man at the front desk was very rude we were very early for check in and he said he could charge us $50 to check in 6 hours early we said no then we asked if he could keep our luggage until we return he stated NO! So o showed him on the website it stated the said they had luggage storage then he said yes we do but we will not be responsable for it?? Finally checked in later in the afternoon. Now to the room carpet was all stained and sticky door latch lock broken not vacuumed. Mold on carpet hair all over the bathroom floor, the Coffeee maker was molded walls all stained. Now I understand why the price was the way it was.. PLEASE YOU ALL DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND THE EXTRA $20 a night and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..

I chose this place for the closeness to the airport and oh boy did I regrete that. I stayed 4 days, 5 nights. No one came to clean my room. From desk customer service was,non-existant like these people would rather you not be here. Why? On day #two, i went to enquire about towels and garbage. I was told that a,fresh set of towels would be sent up. My wife have to return to ask on day #3 and was told that we had to bring the sirty ones down to get clean ones...but no one told us and this is not wtritten in the policy. Never me again...service sucks !

The window curtains had stains near the AC, the shower curtains were stained and had a lot of dark spots, the bath tub was questionable in terms of cleanliness. But it was close to the place I needed to be and so I couldn’t complain with the convenience.

Smelly shuttle van (skunk-like smell). Unfriendly staff (no name tags neither manager's name on plate). We arrived early and the place to leave our bags was an open conference room (which was holding a meeting when we came back). The guy at the front desk offered to let us in to our room, if we pay 30 extra dollars. My first key didn't open and had to go back and get another one. The door was really hard to open, I had to push it really hard and slam it to close it. The bathroom must be cleaned with vinegar and the smell stayed all day long. The pool was closed and no warning of this, considering the temperature was 83 degrees it would've been nice, dispite it was a small pool. The TV gave a \"No signal\" message EVERY time we turned it on. The guy who came to help with it, had to go through settings and hit the selection input at the right tine, and repeat the proces (several times) until stopping in the right input. It took like 10 minutes to do it). Basic breakfast variety, no eggs, just bacon, coffee, bread mandarines, apples, oat, yogurt. Definitely a place I won't be back.

Thid is my review for the 2nd night out of 3 .
When I went to leave for the day the front desk clerk said the manager would like to speak to u and threatened I wouldn't get my deposit back n possibly kicking me out for the last night ..mind you I'm there with my 23 daughter, 4yr old daughter and my 2 yr old son .. In the 2 days I've been there, I've seen at least 4 ppl at that desk with issues with the 2 front desk clerks
Each night I had a different room..all of them there was issue

I checked in at around 4pm I never went to my room to check. I gave the front desk my deposit an information returned to the between 11:00 pm -12:00 am. On the return the maintenance guy was leaving my room an informed me that he was going to get a refrigerator. I said ok then went into my room and he later returned with a refrigerator around 11:45. My sheets had stains on them as seen in the pictures the door to the bathroom had bugers on it and I asked to be changed to another room that’s cleaner and the staff would not move me rooms. I did not feel comfortable knowing that the staff could just enter my room without my permission after I’ve checked in already. I’d like to know what the further actions are for the act of violating privacy policy. An how I’m going to be accommodated for my future stay at any choice hotel of my choosing. With out my privacy being violated.

Not a fan.

Bathroom required cleaning, food from previous occupant on the floor, one hanger for all our clothes, couch is dirty -a sofa cover would make it appealing to sit on, office chair very used and titles back when you sat on it. Window did not open.
