I've stayed here before and it's usually an o k experience. But this time it was pretty bad. The room I had the bedding stuff was made , but there were things from the previous occupant that was still in the room, such as all of their used towels and cloths. There was even still paper towels on the floor. In the remote for my t v didn't work. And the t v itself was in maintenance mode. Also I don't think the housekeeping for that level was doing their job because tons of rooms had towels and trash seating outside in the hallway for over twenty four hours.

When did hotels stop providing shampoo and conditioner? I didn’t realize until almost midnight so I did not call front desk. In the morning I decided not to wash my hair with the bar of soap because the shower water did not get hotter than luke warm.

It was most unsatisfactory!!!! I booked this stay by the photos shown in the Hotels.com booking site. That is not what I received. My room was not clean, I had no bed cover as pictured, and the front desk informed me, they don’t service the rooms until Sundays. There were no wash clothes, the sink faucet barely released any water and it was not hot. It was horrible and there were no resolutions. I was tired from traveling so I just made do. However, I will never stay here again. Foot note: I was told to come to the front desk and pick up towels and a trash bag. 😞. Never again!!!!!!!!

Overall it was pretty grim. The hotel smells of smoke and is quite run down. We stayed only one night before an early morning flight and booked here because it offers a 24 hr shuttle. The shuttle did not arrive at the advertised time (every 30 minutes on the hour) because 'it was full'. It then only runs to the domestic terminal so we needed another shuttle to the international terminal. While we were waiting for the shuttle at 4:30am people kept walking intoi the hotel off the street banging on doors and being generally hostile. I must commend the staff who dealt with the disruptions with skill and grace. We experienced similar noise throughout the night during our stay on the 6th floor - people noise from the car park, the street and inside the hotel. A positive was the
Louisiana Bistreaux alongside where we had a fantastic creole meal.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the free pets. It is a dated hotel, there were constantly people outside standing there that didn’t stay there, and the police were called there often. The shower didn’t get hot, the beds were like sleeping on rocks and hay, and there is no breakfast option or coffee. The room was clean but dated. There were cigarette burns in the sheets, the ceiling was basically plastered together in some places, and the air didn’t get cold. Thank God we were out of the room 98% of the time and mainly used the room to just sleep. If you are looking for a relaxing room this is not your stay most definitely, but if you are looking for free pets and just somewhere to lay your head it will pass. I would stay again but just because pets are free. The parking is keyed by your hotel room so not everyone can park there, that was a bit of an added bonus.

Í booked this hotel at the last minute due to flight cancellation. When we arrived the front desk representative (Giovanni/GG) was incredibly patient as he was dealing with 40ish angry customers who’s flights had also been cancelled. He was dealing those customers, those of us who had reserved rooms, and a lot of phone calls, as well as other external types of customers. The shuttle was prompt and direct. The staff, and I mean every one that I interacted with, were extremely courteous and helpful. The location was close to the airport and the shuttle travel time was quick. Ron’s were great and clean. We wanted for nothing there. Thank you guys so much.

When I got to the hotel, there were 30 people in line most of which. It took two hours to get to the front of the line and the guys behind the desk. We’re doing their best to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately, once I did get the room that I paid for I went up to it and walked in on someone who was already in my room. Then came down and they told me they had no more rooms available and we needed to go somewhere else with 25 people still in line.
Fortunately, my buddy at the front desk worked as magic and got me a room after 2 1/2 hours of waiting

When we called for the shuttle, the hotel clerk answered by saying, if you’re at the airport, I’m not coming to get you. I explained that we had confirmed rooms, and he said no you don’t. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund as we didn’t stay there.

The staff at this property were very rude when I tried to explain my reservation. I had a flight cancelled on 3/16 and made a reservation through Expedia. I called the hotel for a shuttle immediately after getting confirmation and was told they were booked up due to all the people in the lobby already from the airport whose flights were cancelled and to cancel my 3rd party reservation to get a refund. I contacted Expedia and they attempted to contact the hotel as well as I did with no answer. When I did finally get the guy back in the phone this morning 3/17, he stated that he never told me there weren’t any rooms available and did not speak with anyone last night. I slept at the airport last night because I was lied to by the night staff and when I called back to speak with someone else Marketha or Markesha (not sure how the name is spelled) was very rude and she proceeded to scream at me over the phone when I asked for the managers name and hers to follow up with. I understand I reserved through a 3rd party, however I was charged for a room that I did not stay in due to staff being untruthful about availability as well as Expedia will not give me refund because the property is denying it stating the room was available and I just didn’t show up, which is untrue. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this property over the phone because they do not own up to what they tell customers.

We arrived to the hotel to find a long line for checking. Only one erson was attending and taking about 20 minutes with each person. We ended up without a roon and having to return to the airport. We also ended up paying for Uber to get to the hotel. Arrived there at 1:40a.m. ended up returning to Airport at 3:00a.m. l While we were there two gentlemen were sent to rooms that were occupied already. We request a refund.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Hundreds of flights cancelled. Called 4 times and messaged about where to find the airport shuttle at the airport. No answer. Go to “hotel shuttles” outside the south terminal and wait at C 7 for the Holiday Inn shuttle. It will take you to Motel 6. Bad vibe from the beginning when the shuttle driver called out a girl for not tipping after she said she didn’t have cash. Broken front window of the lobby. 40 people waiting to check-in. Front desk guy was nice. Room was disgusting. Bed sheets had body hair, stains, and burn holes. I found a drug baggie in the sheets. I felt unsafe as a solo woman traveler.

Phenomenal friendly and helpful staff. However I feel the hotel may be experiencing some difficulties in organization and convenience. For instance there was no trash can in the room, there is no sidewalk from the parking area to the front door, and I had to get my rooms keys re-programmed 5 times in a 3 day stay. The staff was very helpful and graciously fixed the keys each time. They even managed to find an extra pillow for the room.

I do not recommend staying here. Poor communication about the airport shuttle. Waited over an hour and then got a call telling me to watch for a holiday inn shuttle. 3 had already gone by. At 3 in the morning that would have been nice to know. Hotel is run down. Hallway carpets are filthy. Halls smell like Marijuana. My room was mostly clean and the bed was decent. Very noisy with traffic and loud people. Shower pressure is awful. Coffee maker in the room but no coffee. No coffee in the lobby. I was told it was dispensed on the floor so they couldnt make more. Very rude lady working the desk. I chose this place because it had a free airport shuttle and was close by. Wish I had gotten something else.

The experience in this hotel was just upsetting.
The hallway in 5th floor has a strong urine odor, horrible. My room had a leak in the toilet each time we flushed it, the lamp on each side of the bed were full of dust, but a thick layer of dust. The bathroom sink had a lond hair upon just arriving in the room. However, that was nothing in comparison to what happened later at night. After staying in my room for a couple of hours, by 10pm a lady knocks a few times in my door and asks " if we pay the room". First, this was scary due to the time and the room phone was working fine, so they could have called me. I called the front desk to understand the situation. I was informed to go to the front desk for more details. Upon sharing my ID and credit card again, the agent says my name is incorrect and indicated my check out date already passed. I informed all my booking details and shared my receipt. Upon further review, the agent called the previous front desk agent who checked me In and found out thay he forgot to add my reservation as "In- house". That last detail clarify everything abdvI was good to go back to my room. I get errors happened but front desk should do a better job on passing clear details between staff and in case if discrepancies to better resolve internally before bothering guest. Front desk agent could have clarify all info easily without bothering me so late at night, and could have called me at room. The only thing that saves this hotel is the airport shuttle

This hotel was a total disaster. Every floor smelled of weed and it came into my room all night. People were throwing parties and being loud all night. When I mentioned it to the staff about enforcing the no smoking policy, they just shrugged it off. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. I will not stay in a motel 6 ever again.

The desk clerk on night shift 2/11/26 was very friendly. That is the only positive comment I can make about this hotel. There was a homeless person being removed from the lobby by police. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel was dirty. Some elevators not working. There was only one pillow in our room. A/C unit was missing the faceplate. Tub/shower did not drain. This hotel needs a complete renovation or just torn down and start over.

The whole building smells horrible. The room wasn’t clean at all. Look like they just straighten up the up bed. The pillowcase was dirty. The tub was dirty. The water didn’t get hot until after 20 minutes of it running. I couldn’t get a new room or my refund. So I went somewhere else. The pictures on the website is a scam. I’ve stayed at plenty of motel 6 and this was the worst

navigating to the lobby was very hard, cars blocking the way, people in the streets. when we got inside we could smell smoke and see smoke in the hallways, people also smoked in the elevator. the room had odor and ROACHES. the german roaches that you cannot get rid of so its obvious they do not clean well, outdated air conditioning making the room extremely hot. and none of the balconies open for any kind of air. we didn't even get a COMFORTER. our "comforter" was a thin wool blanket between two top sheets that weren't even clean.. and two paper flat pillows so please bring your own. only one working elevator, and the staff didn't seem to care about the bug infestation. it's a cheap stay so you pay for what you get. it's okay enough for 1 night but i wouldn't dare pay for more than that.

Good customer service but this is a horrible hotel. Smells like weed throughout the hotel even though it says no smoking. There’s trash and clothes in the hallways. The room smelled bad and was dingy. It’s a very run down hotel. People yelling and talking loud all night. People sitting in the stairwell because the elevator didn’t work. I would be recommend this hotel to anybody. I’m surprised it’s on Hotels.com. I left the next morning as soon as I could and went across the street to the Hooiday Inn Expreas.

There's a place that would deliver food, and there's a Waffle House and a KFC close by. For an unexpected overnight layover, no complaints

Didn't feel clean. The balcony doors were old, and I didn't feel safe. There was no breakfast included, and I paid more for this room than I did at Holiday Inn Express, which had a great breakfast. The staff at night was uninterested. The beds were ok, but had flat sheets instead of fitted, and there was NO hot water in the shower. I had to take a cold shower. All-in-all, a dump. The only good thing? The shuttle

The only issue I had was that the floor was dusty and there was hair throughout, on the floor as well, from the bathroom to the bed area. Checking in was easy. Maybe took five minutes. The staff got straight to the point. I didn't know about paid parking but it's 7 bucks a day, so not bad.

I don't know how this hotel has a "good" rating. The pictures are horribly deceiving. It looks like you're getting a recently updated hotel but the updates are horribly shoddy. The common areas are dirty, the hallways reek of smoke and weed, the elevator smelled like a urinal. The room itself wasn't horribly dirty at first glance, although walking barefoot on the floors and the bottoms of my feet were filthy. The bed only had 2 very flat pillows and when I asked for extra pillows they brought me 1 and said that's all they could give. There were no accessible rooms available so it was a struggle for my husband to maneuver in the room with his wheelchair. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything happening in the halls and next door. The bathroom toilet paper roll was missing the dispenser so the toilet paper was just set on the counter. There was only 1 washcloth and hand towel provided and the corners of the bathroom were filthy. I booked this because the ratings were so high but that was far from our experience there. Don't believe the the glowing reviews unless your standards are way lower than mine. Oh - and zero amenities. No breakfast, coffee "bar" is a joke, and parking is extra.

Rooms are neglected, (it's not housekeepings fault, because they're not given anything proper to clean with), but the floors were filthy...I don't mean not spotless, I mean totally disgustingly, layered in dirt, filthy.
The front desk attitude is terrible, even Lawrence, who is usually the only person working there who makes half an effort, seemed completely checked out this time.
The chair and table have been removed from the lobby...I assume to discourage loitering, but it also now makes it impossible for a guest dragging in many heavy bags, to have somewhere to put their things, (although I guess that fits, with the complete lack of greeting).
Also, please make an effort to bring back coffee in the morning...the hotel desperately needs at least one amenity, besides the hotel shuttle...

What stood out is thd fact that they had zero surprise fees. Unlike la quinta. All the drawers work unlikd at la quinta. A 68 dollar room after taxes and fees was only 85 for a night. As opposed to la quinta's 51 dollars turning into 97 after taxes and fees plus a surprise 100 dollar incidental tha t would havr kept me from booking there. Yes motel six was a much better stay and im probably adding my new years eve to my stay as well.

The room was not clean. There was dog steps in bed, pet hair and white cement on floor, and floor was extremely sticky. Its advertised as 100% nonsmoking but whole building smells like smoking. The patio door slider was constantly making unbearable noise due to wind. I left within one hour of checkin as i couldnt stay in that smell and mess.

I arrived at Motel 6 hotel at 6:10 Am from Atlanta Airport to to get some sleep before catching my next flight..
The front desk Guy said it will take one hour before he could check me in because of Audit going on. I hand to sand all that time.
After 1 hour and 10 minutes, He asked me to provide him with the Delta code to check in, which I had no idea about.
Then finally I got room after 1 hour and 20 minutes.
I requested for late check out at 12 pm but I was told I cannot check out later than 11:30, otherwise I will be charged..
The frond end staff was not professional..
I wish I would have not chosen this hotel..

There was trash outside my door when I checked in. Hair stuck to walls in shower. The head supervisor thinks she is high maintenance but she is maintained as much as this bum hotel with her weave glue always showing tacky and she is ugly.

My room was excellent quality. But some things we're really shaky.This go around theory.I had been going to this hotel since 2020. But, someone pulled the fire alarm for no reason. The elevator broke from one day and we had to all use the stairs. And at one point , a family was arguing in the hallway

It smells strongly of smoke, both cigarettes and weed. Sheets were questionable and floor was quite dirty. I'm not a picky patron. I know i am getting the cheapest hotel. But it should be clean and not smell.

Room wasnt the one that i reserved. Reserved on with a King bed and they gave us 2 Full size beds. AC not in good condition. Night stand was broken, dresser broken. The halls smelled like cigarettes and garbage bags were placed next to the room doors. The bad for me was there were small roaches. Bathroom was good. CS was good. Shuttle to airport was good

I purchase my stay through Expedia. We arrived at the property at 1130pm. The lobby was full of customers… I made sure my 84yr old mom was comfortable in a chair and I waited for my turn in line. When I got to the desk the customer agent stated that he didn’t have rooms available for me and he needed to take care of the other customers with voucher. I showed him my reservations and told him I was paid in full and I should have the room’s available for my reservation. He proceeded to tell me to step aside and wait. I informed him that my mom was elderly and I needed a room asap for her. He finally gave me 1 room for her but insisted that he didn’t have another room for myself and husband to come back after he took care of the other customers in line. I settled my mom in the room and headed back to the lobby around 230-245am. Then the customer agent shouts out to everyone in line that he only had 3rooms available for the three people in line. I approached the service desk again to asked for my refund when the agent told me that the 2nd room I had paid for was available.
I should’ve been taken care of the first time at reached the counter the agent shouldn’t had to have me wait til’ 230-245am for my2nd room.
Moreover, The lobbies and bedrooms had a distinct smell of smoke. Therefore I have given this hotel such a low score. Customer service should always be their first priority.

The hotel as a whole was dirty. Workers cleaned tie hate minimum. There were a shortage of towels. I had to wait 4 hours for towels to dry off. The ELEVATOR doesn't work. I requested a lower level floor they denied in person and accepted on the app. One of the worst experiences in a very long time. The cards would always unexpectedly stop working to add to it, I'm on the 5th floor

easy booking and check-in process, nice and friendly staff, but absolutely terrible smell of cigarettes in the room, even though the room was non-smoking. Smell gets inside through the vents in the bathroom and it wasn't possible to get rid of it even with fully open balcony door.

I booked this hotel, due to a cancellation of my flight on the government shutdown crisis.
I was looking for a rush hotel w/ shuttle service near the airport and cheap.
Here's my one night experience to share with y'all.

1. Leaks on toilet base (blackwater)
2. Walls with fingerprints stains
3. One bathroom towels with stains
4. Refrigerator (freezer compartment) with black dirt
5. Cracked/peeled stucco celling.

Check-in and out service was fast but could be better.
Shuttle The service wasn't available upon my arrival; I had to use the train and bus to get there. When I checked out, it was available, but from a different hotel company. However, the service was good.
