Attentive Staff and Lovely Interiors

The hotel appears to be undergoing renovation, at least from the outside. But our room was lovely and perfect for our family of 4. The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. The lobby was gorgeous too. The bathroom was a little small and a bit dated but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located within a few minutes from the city center, with free parking was a nice place to spend a night and then continue our visit to San Marino. The staff was very helpful in arranging for us the small airplane flight over the old town. I have left my favorite dress in the room and they’ve sent it to our next hotel where I hope will wait for me.

This hotel is very new. The room is very big and spacious. There are plenty of space in the room. The bathroom consisted of two shower places, one as a bath tub and one as a enclosed shower. My room looks like two bedroom apartment. However there were a lot of switches and we couldn’t quite figure out which switch goes with which light. Breakfast was great, lots to eat. But it was hard finding the breakfast area. Also, San Marino is a confusing City for driving so we missed several turns to get to the hotel. The staff at check in was not very nice.

3. This hotel is, at best, a 2 star hotel. The rooms are way worse than any cheap motel I have seen in the US
4. Chances are you will get a room with a view to a noisy road or a disgusting parking lot

I booked this hotel due to the parking space, next time I will book a real 4 start hotel in the historic centre and I will pay the parking in one of the many available parking lots.

SAN Mario visit

A small drive from San Mario centre, where the hotel offered discounted parking at P9 along with many restaurants in the centre. The hotel has an antique theme inside wheee the rooms are spacious but would need a decoration in the near future. Staff where very pleasant and helpful, a great position for a stop over or use the hotel spa resort.

Nice hotel.
Some staff, the chef and owner were super friendly and went really out of their way to make our stay extra nice but some staff and (I think) the wife of the owner were straight up rude.
You see that this hotel was amazing about 15-20 years ago but now it is a little dated.
Great big room, beautiful but poorly maintained spa and pool, delicious food.
We will go back to this hotel when we visit San Marino again.

Really, my only complaint would be the bed was hard and I could feel the springs in the mattress. Otherwise, the staff were very nice, everything was clean and the breakfast was great. I wouldn’t tell anyone not to stay here, but you may not have the best nights sleep on the mattress is all.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Primavera. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived around lunchtime on Easter Sunday and the staff was able to find us a table at their special Easter brunch. They also booked us spa appointments for the same day and guided us to the spots to see in San Marino. The hotel is about 10 minutes outside the historical city center. It is easy to find parking to take the funicular up or drive closer to the top and park there. You could also walk to the funicular station if you don't have a car. The room was spacious and had all the usual amenities. Great hotel would stay again.

Old hotel with dated decor. Wardrobe door fell apart and onto my partner. Beds were a little naff. Toiletries were fine but shower itself was a little inconvenient and tricky (we were given an accessible room). Would want to try somewhere else next time in San Marino. One-way system outside hotel made it annoying going in and out.

Hotel is on main highway to historic area and very brightly painted but we missed it. Getting back to it is difficult due to divided highway. BE VIGILENT

The exterior was heavily weeded and the interior was dark, ticky tacky and downright dirty in some places. For example, the tables from the night before were left uncleaned and the food was left out.

The room was acceptable.

Overall, I couldn't wait to leave.

This \"Grand\" was not at all grand.

I do not recommend.

We booked Grand Hotel Primavera for one night on our roadtrip in Italy. Although it was more than twice expensive than our hotel in Rimini, we liked photos of the rooms and especially the access to pool and sauna. We drove from Rimini, access was easy and free parking was available in front of the hotel. Staff were nice and it was easy check-in. However, our room was a disappointment - it was not so nice, situated on the ground floor (a car was parked just outside our window) without balcony and even our double bed was made of two single bed mattresses... Finally, we didn't use the spa because there was a surcharge (you must rent bath coats) to access the spa area. Overall, we had great expectations but were quite disappointed in the end.

Okay- a bland word that sums up the hotel well

My husband and I stayed here for a night as part of an Italian roadtrip.

The hotel was ok- small room, breakfast wasn't amazing. The location isn't phenomenal either- we took a taxi to and from San Marino which cost 20€ each way so I would recommend staying somewhere more central (perhaps our fault as we knew that when booking, but we were keen to go somewhere with parking).

We didn't use the facilities such as the pool so I cant comment on that but overall it was fine for an overnight stay, but I won't be returning.

Hotel was also a spa??? Our room was terrible even by European standards. The beds were hard and you could feel the springs thoroughfare the mattress. Electrical outlets pushed into the wall when trying to plug in a device. Bathroom was fine. Our room was very old and the hallway smelled musty.

Vi kom kjørende til hotellet fra Roma og fant en plass å parkere bilen. Lobbyen var veldig fin og innsjekk gikk bra. Rommet vårt var midt i gangen i første etasje, nærme en trapp opp. Vi hørte dessverre ganske mye gjennom døren vår og sleit derfor litt med å sove. Møblene og badet trenger en oppgradering hvor dysjen er veldig liten. Alt var rent og air condition virket bra. Frokosten var helt ok, håpet på bedre. Spaet var greit med badebasseng, boblebad, sauna og utendørsterrasse. Taket i spaet trenger nok en fiks. Dette stedet hadde vært magisk med lydisolert dør og en oppgradering på badet.

All’ arrivo ci a accolto alla reception Alessandro che è stato molto disponibile e competente
Si vede che sa fare il suo lavoro.
L’unica nota negativa è che nella stanza era freddo
Per come ci hanno spiegato che il riscaldamento è centralizzato e fino a che lo stato di San Marino non da l’ok non vengono accesi il riscaldamento
Ci hanno fornito di coperte ma il giorno dopo ci siamo svegliati raffreddati
Nel complesso siamo stati bene
Le signore nella sala massaggi bravissime e competenti ci hanno regalato un ora di relax
Le donne dei piani molto brave pulite e veloci a pulire le camere

Ottima esperienza. Il personale merita una menzione speciale: sono stati tutti molto gentili e hanno assecondato ogni mia richiesta. In particolare il ragazzo più giovane che mi ha accolto al check in, che si è fatto in 4 per spiegarmi tutto nel dettaglio. L'hotel è bello sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. Critiche costruttive: più attenzione ai dettagli nella pulizia, il manico del phon era pieno di peli. Tornerò se ci sarà occasione.

Het betreft een pre- opening, en ik hoop dat ze de kamers nog even goed langslopen. Want lampen doen het niet, de wc gedeeltelijk, de airco werkt niet, blaast alleen warme lucht. Daardoor moest het raam open, maffe het hotel ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg, waardoor het veel lawaai gaf, om niet te spreken van de uitlaatgassen.

Er ontbreekt een goede stoel met rugleuning, een goede plek om de koffer neer te leggen en te openen.

Het restaurant is open, maar met beperkte keuze en dat wat je kiest, hoeft niet precies te zijn wat je op je bord krijgt.
Bij het ontbijt leek te gelden op=op, want er was alleen nog zoetigheid te krijgen, alle broodjes, ham, kaas ed was op.

Goed nieuws: het zwembad en de spa zijn heerlijk!

Parcheggiata dalle 16.00 mentre diluviava... al lato dell'ingresso si preoccupava che il furgone della lavanderia non potesse passare agevolmente... ma chi lo ha assunto???
Dalle 16.00 alle 22.47.. come hanno fatto le auto a passare se ostruivo??
Cmq dal nervoso alle 23.20 circa in pigiama sono sceso a spostare la moto. Mai più.

Struttura dall'aspetto invitante esternamente come lo è di primo impatto al suo ingresso. Personale cordiale, gentile e professionale; unica nota negativa è quella di non aver proposto i servizi Vip al mio arrivo, ma solo dopo aver segnalato nel portale Expedia tale mancanza e il giorno seguente (Avrei potuto usare per esempio lo sconto alla Spa al mio arrivo e non il giorno successivo che sarei ripartito); Apprezzatissimo però il gesto di averci offerto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno locale. Camera graziosa e accogliente; potrebbe essere migliorata con alcuni accorgimenti per renderla sublime e degna di un 4 stelle.

La struttura piacevole nel suo complesso; è ubicata in zona che ti permette di raggiungere sia il mare che le zone circostanti per visite in borghi. Da apprezzare il lavoro dello staff in questo periodo di covid-19. Buono il ristorante, e la colazione; da migliorare bevande calde (caffè). Vermutlich durch Corona war dieses Hotel konkurrenzlos günstig und auch sehr leer. Leider deshalb auch das Restaurant nur zum Frühstück geöffnet. Schöne helle Zimmer, freundlicher Innenpool und Whirlpool mit Zugang zum Aussenbereich, ansprechender Spa-Bereich.

Leider eine riesengroße Enttäuschung

Ist sein Geld absolut nicht wert. Etwas runtergekommen und veraltet. Für 50 Euro oder meinetwegen 100 Euro die Nacht in Ordnung. Aber auf keinen Fall für knapp 200 Euro die Nacht. War eine riesengroße Enttäuschung für uns. Und dann sollte man auch noch 10 Euro pro Person für die Poolnutzung bezahlen. Eine Frechheit. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Positiv: Bushaltestelle vor der Türe und Bus in die Stadt hoch. Wollten uns über einen runden Geburtstag was gönnen, war leider ein Fehlgriff.
