Il n'y a plus de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre,manque d'information concernant le changement de serviettes et le ménage.Le personnel reste trés éfficace,mais ils ne sont pas assez nombreux.
Prix du parking,c'est nouveau mais non expliqué a la réservation.Beaucoup de changement mais pas dans le sens du clientt.Nous venions chaque mois avec au moins 4 chambres pour 2 nuits.
Nous ne reviendrons plus.Les tarifs des boissons et du restaurants sont extrements chéres.

Nous séjournons assez régulièrement dans cet hotel (1 nuit à chaque séjour), et jusqu'à présent nous étions plutôt satisfaits, mais nous sommes vraiment mécontents de ce dernier séjour de 2 nuits: après la première nuit lorsque nous sommes revenu pour le deuxième jour nous avons eu la surprise de constater que la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée, la réceptionniste nous a dit que nous avions refusé le service ce qui est absolument faux étant donné que nous avions quitté l'hotel à 6 heures du matin sans avoir vu personne, elle nous alors déployé un tas d'arguments parfois contradictoires, nous avons du parlementer pendant 1 bon quart d'heure pour obtenir finalement un chagement de chambre. En résumé cet hotel est convenable pour 1 séjour d'(une nuit mais les choses se compliquent à partir de 2 nuits.

The bed was comfortable, sheets fresh. The grouting and silicone in the shower was not very clean. I dare say the hotel is not paying for enough cleaning, the cleaners have to do too much, too quickly, these places make money on spending the minimum. The receptionist was great, spoke multiple languages, and was welcoming and helpful.

Hôtel proche de toutes commodités. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant car beaucoup aux alentours. Personnel sympathique, chambre propre et vaste, bonne literie, clic-clac 2 places pour ma fille, elle etait ravie! Petite bouteille d'eau offerte, pas mal avec cette chaleur. Sèche-cheveux avec embout concentrateur, c'est rare. Il était défaillant et a été changé dans la journée, merci. Attention cependant à ne pas changer les serviettes si elles sont pendues, ce sera plus ecologique.

Encore une fois j’ai dû changer de chambre car il y avait un problème avec la chambre. Chambre supérieure avec des draps sales et des cheveux dans le lit joint de douche, moisi, traces de rouille sur la porte odeur des égouts qui provient des toilettes. Grande classe au prix de la nuit.

J'ai opté pour l'hôtel le plus cher de la zone avec l'espoir de me reposer tranquillement, en prenant d'ailleurs la chambre un peu plus chère \"donne sur cour intérieure\". Cette cour est en réalité le parking de cet hôtel aux allures de motel.
En plus des voitures j'ai pu profiter des bruits de la route, des autres clients qui montaient / descendaient les escaliers, des portes qui se fermaient..

Réservation rapide basée sur une annonce trompeuse. Hôtel présenté comme charmant, mais c'est un motel d'autoroute. Pas de protection sur le matelas, pression d'eau faible. Déçu.

We spent 3 nights here and have no complaints. Just a good stay. Could be little bit cheaper, but ok, we chose it. There is a pool in the pictures gallery, but it is not accessible for children (under 16), so kids were disappointed. Good locstion close to the highway and old city of Avignon.

I am puzzled as to why this is so highly rated, the rooms are like little dungeons, the bedding, the pillows, the mattress are such poor quality, in fact the whole interior feels like what it would be like in a prison, basic and low quality
As you can imagine the wifi is also of a poor quality
The food options are so minimal, next to nothing around, as the hotel is no where near Avignon, so many better options and way over priced

J'ai été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel. La propreté est parfaite, le personnel souriant, disponible , professionnel et surtout discret. Les équipements ,sauna, hammam, jaccuzi et piscine excellent. Le repas du jour de l'an était de qualité. Bref je recommande cet hôtel et je pense y retourner régulièrement , pour passer un agréable moment de détente.

En arrivant j’ai attendu longtemps avant qu’on daigne ouvrir le portail en fer forgé pour accéder à l’hôtel.
Chambre numéro 150 extrêmement bruyante, impossible de dormir. A 22:00 j’ai contacté la réception. Le responsable est passé directement dans ma chambre. Il m’indique que le bruit qu’on entend provient des cuisine mais qu’elles vont pas tarder à être éteintes le restaurant ayant bientôt fini.
Le bruit n’a jamais cessé . Réveillée chaque heure.
Dans la salle de bain : robinetterie douche pas propre : calcaire et taches sous les boutons chaud et froid.
Seul élément positif : la qualité de la cuisine et son chef cuisinier qui est passé s’assurer que tout allait bien.

Very clean with excellent staff and a real bar and good restaurant. Security was good as was motorway access. Quite good value for money and we’d happily stay there again.

Notre déception quand nous avons découverte que la piscine ne pouvait être accessible qu'avec un forfait spa à 36 euros par personne et pour tout et limite a 1h45. Donc température 37 degré et payer pour un sauna hammam ou pour 3 malheureux appareils de fitness, juste pour se plonger un peu dans l'eau... Nous comptions passer du temps dans l'hôtel on n'a pas été le cas. Une équipe de nettoyage très bruyante qui vous réveille tous les matins genre réunion syndicale à côté de votre chambre !

This hotel is a gem in a commercial area with not a lot going on. It’s 10 minutes to the old city of Avignon. Also makes a good base to drive around Provence. The food is excellent! Most of the food is homemade in house from scratch. What can’t be made in house is procured through other quality local providers. The grounds are secured and well looked after with nice seating areas. This hotel is an excellent value and I would highly recommend it.

This was not what we expected. More of a drive-up motel with outside-access-only to room (no indoor hallway), a small, oddly designed room in an industrial area of Avignon The building pictured is of the reception area and restaurant, not of the hotel, which is in a separate building. One benefit is there is a large shopping mall within a 5 min drive and lots of restaurant choices. We didn’t use at spa services so I can’t comment on those.

SPA : Un hôtel sans grand intérêt qui joue la carte du spa à disposition mais oubli de préciser sur sa publicité qu'il est payant (plus de 30€ les 2h). Nous étions très déçu de devoir ajouter environ 65€ à deux pour profiter de ces services.

Pas souci d'écologie, il n'y a pas de savons, shampooings, après-shampooing, crème corps, etc. individuels. Nous n'avions qu'un savon pour les mains et un gel corps/cheveux à disposition. Moi qui n'avait pas pris certains de mes produits cosmétiques en pensant qu'ils seraient offerts, j'étais déçue.
TELEVISION : Pas de service tel que Netflix sur la télévision, quand aujourd'hui la plupart des hôtels le proposent.

3 étoiles pour le personnel, le spa et le petit déjeuner qui était franchement très bien, par contre les chambres et l’environnement je mettrai 3 étoiles pour la propreté et 1 pour l’environnement le site internet nous laisse croire que c’est un havre de paix mais à droite un formule 1 à gauche un B&B et surtout un bruit vraiment insupportable pour ma part jusqu’à 4h du matin… elles ne sont pas isolées comme écrit dans la description de la chambre et la literie est usé et n’est absolument pas supérieure on sentait les ressorts du matelas, pour une nuit et profiter du spa ça peut passer au delà ce n’est pas possible
