Perfect for us.

It was great, in an industrial area but excellent pre Avignon visit location. Cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave, everything we needed. Looks like you can get breakfast if needed in reception. Huge Auchan supermarket 10mins cycle away. Lots of tables chairs to sit outside. Really friendly helpful managers, put our bikes in the garage overnight.
5mins on main road but was a quiet oasis after long days cycling. No views etc but we just needed a nice clean bed, cooking, fridge, shower and it exceeded our expectations for the price.

Okay in a pinch

If you need a short over night with kitchenette, comfy bed, nice management, decent WiFi and secure parking this is it. There was a pungent odor we couldn’t get rid of that seemed to emulate from bathroom and heating system. Shower controls are three feet off ground so you have to hold shower head entire time. Never figured out the cooktop so get directions if you plan to use it.

Very clean minimalist hotel. Perfect for our one night stopover. Although in middle of nowhere only 5 min drive to Avignon. Terrible wifi.

Clean friendly motel is suburbs

Overall it was a good stay. It is a basic motel in suburbs with clean rooms and friendly service. There is ample parking.
Some notes:
Be ready to bring your own shower essentials. It would be nice of them to stock some paper towels in the kitchen.

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement du Pontet. Appartement très bien équipé et très bien insonorisé. Accueil véritable et échanges très agréables avec les propriétaires. Residella le pontet

Personnel a l'accueil charmant, agréable et toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes.
Les chambres sont très bien isolées et nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit alors que l'hôtel était complet.
Notre chambre était spacieuse, la salle de bain récente et très bien. L'espace kitchenette est un vrai plus.

Arrivé a l’hôtel nous avons dû repayer 18 € soit 9 € de plus par chambres .
J’aimerais que vous corrigiez les infos sur votre site car je n’aime pas avoir ce genre de mauvaise surprise quand je réserve sur hôtel.com

Hygiène déplorable.

Je me demande encore comment des gens ont pu mettre 10 à cet établissement. Alors certes il est bien situé mais voilà tout. J ai pris une chambre supérieure avec machine à café. Sur les photos on vous vend une nespresso avec plusieurs dosettes et à l arrivée vous avez une senseo pas nettoyée et 2 malheureuses dosettes. Quand je suis arrivé la cuvette des toilettes était cassée (photo) des cheveux et des poils étaient encore présents dans la salle de bain (photo) l écran de télé rayé au point de les voir en la regardant et les aérations extrêmement sales (photos). Bref un établissement que je ne recommande pas du tout pour l hygiène.

Plutôt moyen pour nous !!! Entretien à faire.

Nuit compliqué par les bruits de sifflements émis par la VMC , puis une fois un oreiller placé devant coincé avec une valise, lol, c’est le réfrigérateur qui se met à ronfler à son tour, puis pour finir la climatisation qui même au minimum fait énormément de bruit ! Une fois tout coupé sauf la VMC bien sûr, nous avons pu nous rendormir.

Désagréablement surpris

Très surpris par les notes attribuées. J'ai réservé cet établissement en raison justement de l'excellente notation. J'ai été désagréablement surpris par le manque d'accueil et de convivialité du réceptionniste. les serviettes ne sont pas automatiquement remplacées et l'option petit déjeuné ne nous a pas été spontanément proposée comme si nous dérangions. Concernant la localisation l'établissement est perdu au milieu d'un site industriel ... Je déconseille aux familles.
