Welcome at receception was excellent. Rooms a bit dated with noise from bathroom fan all night and boiler dripping noise.

I was surprised after booking on Expedia to get a request for a damage deposit before I arrived. There was no mention on Expedia but the message conveyed there was.
The property was fine, not fancy. Would benefit to have better or more bed pillows.
The shower almost needed a wrench to open the taps. Shower head is not positioned properly making it necessary to hold the shower to rinse off. You cannot get the shower to stop dripping without using force to tighten taps again.
Overall, the place was close to the city centre and had parking for us. It was clean, just needing some care.

The temperature during my stay was almost 40 degrees outside and there was no A/C in the accommodation, only a tower fan.
On arrival, the sun was streaming through the window, the room felt hotter than the outside temperature. Staff had not even closed the window drapes to try and prevent this.
Even during my stay, with the drapes closed, I was having frequent cold showers to cool myself but 5 minutes later would be pouring in sweat. It was torturous and made me feel ill.
I wouldn't have a problem staying here in other seasons but would strongly urge anyone to give this place a swerve in summer.

Aunque la atención del personal es muy buena, es lamentable que estos apartamentos no tengan aire acondicionado con los 30 grados en verano. Do not book!
The area does not feel safe. Although it is on hotels.com, it does not have a 24 hour front desk. The check-in time is 3pm - 7pm. The place does not provide an alternative check-in method unless arranged before hand. We were traveling during the day without connectivity and were not able to receive their email. When we arrived in the evening, we had no way to check-in, and had to book a different hotel in the mid of the night. Afterwards, they refused to refund even we did not stay at the property.

I liked that this property had laundry facilities--so important on a 3 week trip. Staff (Matthew) was so very wonderful--a pleasure to work with. Rooms clean, working elevators, nice restaurant a block away (Mia Napoli I think). Staff said a grocery store nearby, but I didn't need it.
Downside is major--no air conditioning! Avignon is crazy hot, even in May. Over 90 degrees. You are forced to leave the balcony door open, but neighbors make noise keeping you up. No excuse for not having air conditioning in 2022 in hot locales.

The apartment was close to the old city, but it didn’t match the pictures.

Check in time limited. Ie can’t check in after 7pm. Very secure in terms of parking your car. Gated. A good 20 min walk to center. 10 min walk to food store. Very limited kitchen stuff. Basic accommodation could be cleaner.

Logement et parties communes très propres. Personnel à l'accueil disponible et à l'écoute. Equipement minimaliste mais sufisant pour un cours séjour. Le balcon était le bienvenu. Résidence un peu excentrée mais bien desservie par le bus. Dommage que le quartier, pourtant récent, soit laissé à l'abandon par la ville.

Breakfast was a joke! Only coffee, bread and marmalade. No cheese or ham, egg, what else! Marmalade and honey! To less for 9,- for each person! Very hot flat! But the price for over night was ok!

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Appartement propre, spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Heureusement qu'il y a un parking privé sécurisé, parce que le quartier n'est pas très rassurant. Une climatisation serait un plus mais pour le prix,il ne faut pas être trop gourmand gourmand.

Tout était correct, le personnel très efficace, le seul bémol était l'absence de clim, c'est dommage, je n'ai pas fait attention à cela lors de la résa mais bon le prix était tout de même extrêmement raisonnable. Hôtel qui se situe dans un lieux qui n'aspire pas confiance mais on a eu aucun soucis. Parking sécurisé avec portail, par contre le bâtiment lui ne l'ai pas. Appartement spacieux, mais aucun charme et aucune isolation (on était au dessus du portail électrique on entendait à chaque passage, bruit du voisinage). Literie et oreillers moyens, par contre chambre très propre.

Yo soy sensible al ruido pq vivo en el campo. Así que me desperté con ruidos como: camión basura, al que no estoy acostumbrado. Por lo demás está todo bien. Quizás un poco más de decoración y color es lo que le falta al apartamento.

Zunächst war ich etwas verunsichert, da ich kurz vor meiner Abreise das Hotel gebucht hatte. In Colmar hatte ich keinen Internetempfang und in Lyon, einen Tag vor meiner Anreise, fand ich die Meldung, dass ich eine Kaution von 50 Euro zahlen müsse, sollte per e-mail meine Kontonummer angeben, was ich aber nicht tat. Habe am nächsten Morgen beim Hotel angerufen und mit dem sehr netten Concierge das Problem lösen können. Freundlicher Empfang, gesicherter Parkplatz, Zimmer in Ordnung, nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an den Stadttoren, von dort führt ein sehr romantischer Weg, vorbei an alten Mühlrädern etc., ins Zentrum der Stadt. Bei den Mühlen gibt es auch einige gute Lokale.

La chambre est correcte mais les environs sont un peu étranges.
Lorsqu’on arrive on doit d’abord laisser sa voiture dehors, faire le check in avant qu’ils nous ouvrent le portail… pas très pratique.
Les 100€ de caution à ce jour ne m’ont toujours pas été rendu et mon séjour date de 3 jours maintenant.
Nous avons rendu la chambre dans un état impeccable. Nous sommes restés 1 nuit.
J’espère récupérer ma caution rapidement ce n’est pas très professionnel.
Pourtant le monsieur du guichet à notre départ nous a dit qu’on allait la récupérer dans la journée.

Résidence agréable, personnel très avenant et disponible. La chambre est conforme aux photos. Le parking de la résidence est très pratique. Juste quelques ouvriers qui étaient en train de faire des travaux dans la résidence et qui fumaient dans les couloirs.

Séjour correct. Système de remise de clés très bien prévu. Bonne communication des consignes, rien à redire. Établissement très sécurisé. Nécessaire de cuisine bcp trop minimaliste. Établissement propre mais mauvaise odeur ds les communs comme dans les chambres, c’est dommage. Séjour malgré tout très correct.

Die Innenstadt von Avignon ist fussläufig in ca.10 Minuten erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Intermarche und ein wunderbarer Bäcker. Unser Auto war sicher abgestellt. Zugang zum Parkplatz und den Zimmern nur mit Chip. Laut Beschreibung gibt es keine Bettwäsche, vorhanden waren allerdings bezogene Kissen und Leintücher, was bei der Wärme vollkommen ausreichend war. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefiel war die Aussicht auf die dreckige Straße mit den stinkenden Mülltonnen. Dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts.
