Was clean and comfortable. Great value for money as it included breakfast. Only thing I didn't like was the locks they were old-fashioned and the walls are a little thin. Got food downstairs and the waitress was lovely but I got the one of the salads and it was swimming in vinegarette.

Different but good

Lovely hotel in a series of inter-connecting older buildings. Very nice Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel. Room was basic but perfectly adequate for a 1 or 2 night business stay. Coffee-making facilities in the room would have been nice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The service and attentiveness was excellent. All the staff speaks English. Its not a hotel for people with mobility issues, all rooms require a certain degree of stair climbing. The only low was the grounds outside were not kept clean (the ashtray outside the side door) mostly because they were covered in snow most of the time.

Very nice place

1 night stop for business in Germersheim. Very quiet, comfortable hotel. Staff are friendly, and the place has a very nice atmosphere.
the adjoining restaurant is very nice also.
Only criticism is that the WLAN isn't very good. Slow at best, and often disconnecting altogether.

Hotel with style and a good breakfast

A hotel with stile, different from typical chain hotel. Tastefully decorated with antique furniture and at the same time modern bathroom, Wifi and TV. Good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff at the reception. At walking distance from the center of town. There is an italian restaurant in the hotel we could not check as it had \"Ruhetag\". The only constraint, there is no elevator and we were in the first floor. We certainly recommend this hotel and would come back.

Godt gennemrejse hotel

Godt som gennemrejse hotel, men jeg er glad for at vi ikke havde flere overnatninger. Værelset fint, men sengetøjet stank af parfumeret skyllemiddel, så det var svært at falde i søvn. Vi var ude at gå en tur og kom tilbage ved 19 tiden, hvor hoveddøren var låst og ingen på arbejde på hotellet. Vi fandt til sidst en bagdør der kunne åbnes, men det var faktisk lidt utrygt ikke at vide hvor i alverden man skulle ind

Einfach gut!

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer zum Hof war angenehm ruhig. Die Ausstattung war ok. Der Fön ist schon „old school“ aber ist schon ok. Die Betten sind straff. Die Bettdecken sind und bleiben schwere Therapiedecken. 😉 Der Kühlschrank war Gold wert! Die Angestellten sind super freundlich. Das Frühstück ausreichend und vielfältig.
Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Vriendelijkheid

De ontvangst was zeer onvriendelijk. De dame was geïrriteerd, kon boeking niet vinden. Wij moesten alle gegevens aanleveren, daardoor spraak verwarring. Gevolg nog meer irritatie. Bij weggaan, zeer onvriendelijke heer.

Es ist völlig in Ordnung

Das Hotel ist ein Familienbetrieb. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Check-in war angenehm schnell erledigt.
Das Zimmer war recht groß. TV, Kühlschrank, Safe, Kleiderschrank, Garderobe, Schreibtisch und ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Bistrosessel. Und natürlich ein Doppelbett. Die Bettdecken sind schwer wie Therapiedecken aber das ist nun eher eine individuelle Feststellung. Fußboden aus Holz. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Das Bad ebenfalls groß mit zwei Waschbecken, ebenerdige Dusche und Toilette. Naja, die Silikonfugen könnten mal gemacht werden aber das ist nun wirklich “pingelig” gesucht.
Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren wohl auch die ersten Urlaubsgäste nach dem zweiten Lockdown. Alle anderen Gäste waren hier beruflich untergebracht. Das Hotel ist gemütlich rustikal.
Wegen Corona war das Frühstück noch eingeschränkt. Aber trotz der Corona Umstände wurde wirklich versucht uns alles recht zu machen. Uns wurde alles frisch zubereitet. Gegessen wurde dann auf dem Zimmer.
Insgesamt waren mein Mann und ich sehr zufrieden. Wir werden in Zukunft wieder dort übernachten.

Hotel war OK, Zimmer sehr warm und leider keine Klima (war aber vorher bekannt) - weniger schön: Irgendein technisches Gerät (Lüftung?) machte Lärm die ganze Nacht. Frühstück war OK.
Was leider gar nicht geht: Eine junge Servicekraft am Frühstück hat sich (trotz - zunächst netter, später deutlicher Ansprache) geweigert ihren Mund-Nasen-Schutz anzuziehen. Da diese Dame zudem die Tische abwischte (mit keinerlei Abstand) ist das ein Grund das Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen, Sorry!
