I was in this town for a special weekend event. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful even though I don't speak German. It was clean, quiet, and a safe place for a woman traveling alone. The little zoo across the street is, also, a treat to enjoy!

Der Empfang war dürftig ein Hallo, Ihr Name und brauche eine Unterschrift.
Zimmer war OK, keine Minibar zur Verfügung wie beschrieben, kein Duschmittel und Brause war völlig verkalkt, Seifenspender beim Spühlbecken ist defekt inkl. Radio im Bad.
Das beste kommt jetzt es hatte keine Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage der Grund Sie ist defekt und das im Sommer. Man warte auf das OK vom Eigentümer das die Reperatur gemacht werden darf geht gar nicht und dann bietet man dieses Zimmer auch noch Gästen an!!!
Wir hatten drei Reklamationen ausgesprochen bis wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben, dass geht gar nicht.
Wenn ich in ein Hotel kommen erwarte ich einen freundlichen Empfang usw.und nicht das man noch zusätzlichen Ärger hat.
PS: Auch im zweiten Zimmer stand keine Minibar zur Verfügung die Brause verkalkt und der Abfalleimer im Bad war auch defekt!!
Alles in allem die zweite Nacht war wenigstens angenehm dank der Klimaanlage!!

Booked this room specially for the Ac/dc concert.
Location on the venue is approx 5klms away from Hockenheim Ring.
The Room was very Spacious, Large lavish breakfast buffet, Reasonably priced Bar. Ample Parking Space.
Very friendly and Helpful Staff.
Wifi was a little iffy but i guess thats cause the hotel was full and everyone qas using it.

Great pet friendly hotel

Lovely quiet hotel, very convenient for the A5, with great amenities - properly pet friendly!

Stayed one night whilst travelling south with my pet rabbit: the pet-friendly room we were given was ENORMOUS. Lovely and comfortable, and with plenty of storage space.

Didn't try the spa because we were exhausted, but a morning trip to the fitness suite proved very productive (the available equipment was excellent).

The breakfast buffet had lots of choice, and the food quality really was top notch.

Town of Reilingen itself is lovely: we stayed on a Sunday in off-peak season, so it was even quieter, but we found a great evening meal in one of the restaurants we were recommended by reception.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room. Well worth the stay. The glitch was in Expedia during booking stating you would may get a VIP upgrade and a free drink. When you arrive there is nothing of the sort by the hotel....no mention of the VIP nor the drink. Expedia should drop the misinformation and just provide a good rate for the hotel room.

The hotel room was good - the Expedia communication was not!

Definitely would stay again

When i book, i looked for each option at the hotel. It did said that air conditioning is in a room which it wasn't also on description says bottle of water in room, but it wasn't there.
However i just left windows open and that was more than i needed instead of air con and i suppose it was more eco than it can :)
Also is in realy quiet area so even with open windows is no sounds you can hear from outside.
As for a water didn't wanted to bother reception as we always take a extra bottle with us for just incase.
Overall staff is really helpful and friendly.
Would come back definitely if it is on the way

Perfect for staying in HD area.

I didn't know the room did not have air conditioning until check-in. Fortunately I was able to upgrade to a different room for €15 per night. It was a little frustrating because I was originally told that the upgraded room was only available for 3 of the 4 nights. Right as I was about to cancel the fourth night, I was suddenly allowed to keep the room.

The staff were friendly enough, the hotel was very quiet, and everything was very clean.

I would stay here again, but only in a room with air conditioning.

Great hotel near Hockenheim

This is a wonderful hotel near the Hockenheim Ring--about 2 km or so away. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the hotel staff was very helpful. I gave a 4 for neighborhood because there are not a lot of things nearby...but not too far of a walk either. The hotel also rents bikes which is great since there are bike paths nearby. We will stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a last leg of a 3 week 5 country trip. The hotel was easy to find, and although out of any manger centre, it was quite, in a small town. There was easy access to both Mannheim and Heidlberg- which was excellent as we went to the heidlebug castle and to Mannheim for a hockey game. The hotel itself was clean cpomfortable, and enjoyable. We found the restaurant to be really expensive for what you got- but the service was good.
One of the highlights for us here were the ladies at the front desk- they were very helpful and pleasant.
We would definately return here- as this was one of the best hotels we stayed in over the course of our trip- the room was a decent size, the mini bar had drinks that were complementary- very nice, the bathroom was larger then we had in most of our stays. And there was a grocery store close- so when you were sick of estaurant food you could get some fresh fruit.

We were looking for a one night stay in a location convenient to the highway with parking on our drive south.The hotel is located in a small, quiet town. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bed was fitted with spotless cotton linens and was very comfortable. The hotel minibar contained two bottles of juice, two bottles of beer, and two bottles of water offered gratis. It was fine for a transit hotel and I would stay there again.

As others have said: no air con. This is not good enough for a four star hotel, in fact it's inexcusable for what is by no means a cheap hotel. it was over 30 degrees Celsius in my room. awful. Staff were friendly, location suited me for the trip although there is nothing in the town. I asked to move room because I had noisy neighbours and was also too close to reception- you can hear everything in the rooms near the stairs. Restaurant food was good. One small hand towel and a scrawny, small bath towel were not enough. It was okay but would not recommend the hotel to friends.

This was a very pleasant experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful and willing to extend themselves if necessary. The location was ideal for our needs as we had our own transportation. This hotel is well worth a try. The rooms are clean and neat and well maintained. Could find nothing to complain about if I wanted to.

Problem with the bed!

Everything in the hotel was okay for a 3/4 start hotel; friendly people, clean hotel but the bed was not good for a couple. The queen bed was made out of two twin beds that kept on splitting/separating all night and that was very annoying for a couple. Suggest the hotel provide a king size or a full queen to avoid this issue. If staying with your better half, make sure that you get a full bed not two twins joint by a cover sheet!

Leider habe ich beim zweiten Mal übernachten ganz viele Stiche von Bettwanzen am Körper bekommen. Daher werde ich nicht mehr weiter in diesem Hotel übernachten. Obwohl ich am nächsten Morgen der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben habe, dass mein Zimmer gereinigt und aufgeräumt wird, wurden lediglich die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Das ist für ich ein no go. An Reinigung sollte nicht gespart werden.

Schönes, großes, sauberes Zimmer. Endlich auch mal ein etwas größerer Fernseher sowie ein ausreichend großes Bad. Es war alles perfekt. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit; Frühstück mega (vor allem weil viele Lebensmittel mal ohne diese nervigen Kleinverpackungen angeboten wurden) und das absolute Highlight: kostenfreie Parkplätze !!! Allein das verdient schon 5 Sterne ***** Denn was andere Hotels mittlerweile an Parkgebühren nehmen ist schon unverschämt. Wir können dieses Hotel ganz klar uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden selbst jederzeit wieder dorthin kommen.

This is already my fifth time staying here for three nights each time. We didn't receive the free drinks for my Silver membership. And suddenly, I had to ask the front desk to turn the air conditioning on or off. They couldn't operate it in the room. The elevator was broken, which of course wasn't their fault. So I had to take the stairs to the fourth floor. With arthritis in my knees, it wasn't easy. I recommend hiring a company that can repair it the same day. The mattress is rock-hard now as well. so this time a disappointment for the price.

Zimmer und Ausstattung war insgesamt gut. Im Zimmer meiner Kinder ( lag unserem gegenüber) wurde direkt neben dem Zimmerfenster die Aussenfasade renoviert. Morgens war dadurch viel Krach. Für die Kinder ärgerlich. Für die Dauer der Arbeiten müsste man diese Zimmerseite entw. günstiger anbieten oder für paar Tage sperren.
Ansonsten war alles ok.

Das Personal was super freundlich, allerdings waren im Badezimmer an den Fliesen gelb/orangliche undefinierbare Flecken und neben dem Bett lag eine Socke, die wohl der vorherige Gast dort gelassen hat. Dass es hier und da etwas staubig war, hat mich persönlich wenig gestört, die anderen 2 Sachen erwarte ich bei einem solchen Hotel jedoch nicht.

Gute Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung, dass Hotel muss aber einiges anpassen/verändern. Kein Restaurant und Bar vorhanden! Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus ist zu optimieren. Die Zimmer sollten so deklariert sein, dass es klar ist, welche Kategorie eine Klimaanlage und welche Kategorie nicht. Business Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage! Weiterhin sollte auch beschrieben werden, wenn es keinen Kühlschrank gibt. Der Saunabereich ist neu gemacht und lädt ein. Das Frühstück ist ok und es ist alles da was gebraucht wird. Hilfsbereit und Verständnisvoll war das Personal immer.

Im ersten Eindruck wirkt das Hotel einladend, das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht einem normalen Standard. Das Zimmer selbst war relativ groß, aber bei heißen Außentemperaturen unangenehm warm. Es steht zwar eine mobile Klimaanlage zur Verfügung, allerdings arbeitet die sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, und es gab bei uns keinen Kühlschrank. Auch eine Hotelbar sucht man vergebens.

Ruhiges und großes Zimmer. Ein kleiner Kühschrank war vorhanden und, auch wenn es alt war, ein kleines Wandbügelbrett. Zudem waren die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht und dort auch nicht gegessen, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen.

Leider war das Zimmer (auch das Badezimmer) schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa konnte man quasi nicht benutzen, da es so durchgesessen war und die Abluft im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert.

Mit ein paar kleinen Investitionen könnte man das wieder deutlich attraktiver machen.

Hôtel bien situé pour accéder (en voiture) aux évènements sur le circuit d'Hockenheim.
Chambre confortable
Parking gratuit et suffisamment grand
Centre-ville accessible à pied
Très bon petit déjeuner

The second time I was there. Now also a bottle of water in the room. Only coffee you miss. Every time you have to bring your own kettle and instant coffee.

Die Einrichtungen im Hotel sind sehr alt. Es war trotzdem sehr sauber. Sehr viele Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden was wir sehr positiv fanden auch die Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut!
