Not as described. Don’t go by the photos. The rooms are extremely small. We had the double twin room & in the photos there was distance between the two beds. When we arrived there was no distance between beds & they were together, making a queen. The staff was for the most part accommodating, except one extremely rude & insulting lady at the front desk. I personally, would not return to this hotel in the future.

I was stunned when I walked into the breakfast area. white linen table cloths. silverware etc. Food selection was outstanding, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, bread. We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff as very helpful in finding things nearby. It was helpful that they spoke English. The room was small, but very clean and orderly. The breakfast was amazing, really the breakfast was worth the price of the hotel stay. We stay at a lot of hotels and try not to spend more than $100/night. This one was one of the best for the price point.

Air conditioning wasn't working; with 86+ degree nights, it was not fun. Water temperature in shower fluctuated unpredictably. German-only options for TV channels. Poor in-room dining options. Service, however, was exceptional.

Worst hotel we stayed in on our 10 day honeymoon
Booked hotel and upon arrival was greeted by a rude worker wondering why we were checking in late. Gave us a room with two single beds even though when booking we made it clear we were on our honeymoon and had booked a queen bed. Got moved to a room with queen bed and the air conditioning didn’t work. When we told the worker she said give it a while and it might turn on. We then asked for ice to put our champagne on and was given maybe 6 cubes. The staff is not helpful the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable and the ammemtities don’t work including the air conditioner and the refrigerator. I do not recommend staying here if you can help it.

What you see is not what you get
It is my first time travelling to Germany with my wife. We booked this hotel bearing in mind a few minimum requirements (as we do with all our hotels). Queen/double bed, wifi, cleanliness and car park. This were all part of the descriptions of the room we booked at Astralis. Instead we were given a room with two single beds and no wifi (which was an issues the hotel was aware for days). When asked about the bed situation I was told we were the last to check in hence no other room available, which I don't think is acceptable when the description of the room I booked was clearly for a 'queen' bed. Furthermore if issues with the wifi came up, whilst I appreciate these things can inevitably happen I take it as common courtesy to inform the hotel guests of the situation so we can consider making other arrangements (I.e. Purchase an internet dongle, change hotel etc.) You cannot just tell you guests when they arrive that the room the booked differs to what they were told when they make the booking, especially when you are aware of the situation. Overall room was a bit outdated but comfortable enough to sleep but as a 4 star hotel I find this completely unacceptable. Even 2 or 3 star hotels can accurately provide for what they describe. Unless you are happy to go without wifi and also sleep in separate single beds as a couple, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Lovely little hotel. Staff was very nice, breakfast was good and rooms were clean and a good size. I enjoyed the sauna and free parking and was surprised when the reception clerk said I could drink everything in the fridge for free. No issues with internet and the hotel had an elevator. I didn't use the bar or go outside the hotel but it was a fairly quiet hotel in a mostly residential area though I did notice a cafe/gelateria just down the street on the corner. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is advertised as having \"two restaurants\" - it does not even have one. There is a breakfast area but the hotel only serves pizza or flamkuchen in the evening which can be ordered in your room or from the bar area.
The Astralis is a small hotel, staff are great, bar area is nice and the beer is good. I found the room to be a little too warm (even with the window open) but it was clean and the shower was good. It's just a short walk (10 minutes in either direction) to several local restaurants.

We tried to get a room in Hiedelberg, which were all pretty costly when we came upon this just 20 min away. What a great find!! The room was fresh, very clean and lovely. The buffet breakfast was second to non as was the dining room. The hotel is in excellent conditioned, you can tell it's the pride and joy of the owners. VERY comfortable beds with drinks in the mini bar at no charge and many nice, unexpected extras. We wish we had a few more days here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

In unserem Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage komische und relativ laute Geräusche gemacht. Das Problem konnte auch nicht kurzfristig behoben werden. Aber großes Lob an den Mitarbeiter, der sich wirklich sehr bemüht hat, uns zu helfen. Zum Glück wurde es auf die Nacht hin von alleine wieder besser, sonst wäre an Schlaf, zumindest ohne Ohrenstöpsel, nicht zu denken gewesen. Parkplätze waren auch etwas zu wenig vorhanden, aber an der Straße hat man dann noch welche gefunden. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Gebuchtes Hotel durch schlechteres ersetzt.
Leider gab es 1 Stunde nach der nicht stornierbaren Buchung eine Mitteilung, dass das Hotel nicht zur Verfügung steht, da man alle ins Partnerhotel Villa Verde umbucht. Sicherlich ist im Zuge von Convid19 vieles möglich. Aber der bezahlte Betrag war deutlich höher als eine direkte Buchung im Villa Verde. Auch gab es nicht die Benefits als Golden VIP Mitglied laut Angebot. Was soll man davon halten. Check Out sehr unpersönlich und unfreundlich. Insgesamt sollte man es auch dem Angebot nehmen.

Das Hotel ist klein und liegt direkt in Walldorf. Fußläufig ist die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist als Büffet, wegen Corona etwas eingeschränkt aber es ist sehr lecker. Alles in allem ist das Hotel zu empfehlen und ich würde wieder buchen.

ABER: Leider auf dem Zimmer alles sehr hellhörig. Die leichte Zimmertür hat unten einen spalt und dämmt die Geräusche vom Flur überhaupt nicht. Laminat statt Teppich verstärkt das ganze noch. Sehr unangenehm uns störend.

リノベーションされて好感度アップしました。部屋はカーペットを剥がしてフローリングになったので清潔感アップ。特筆すべきは部屋にエアコンがあること。夏場数日ですが40度近くなることがあり、一般家屋もホテルもエアコンが設置されてないドイツでは、ポイント高いでしょう。
SAP本社にはシャトルサービスがありますし、歩くのも気持ちいい。片道30分以内でWDF01, 49, 21, 53などに行けます。

Das Astralis ist ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel, die gesamte Einrichtung wirkt neuwertig. Mein Zimmer (weg von der Strasse) war sehr ruhig, ausreichend gross und absolut perfekt gereinigt. Nichts, was ich vermisst hätte. Das Frühstück schön und reichhaltig, die darüberhinaus inbegriffene (erste) Minibarfüllung ein schönes Extra.
Sehr schön und ebenfalls in tollem Zustand ist die Sauna samt \"Tropen-/Arktis-Dusche\", um den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.

Hotel limpo, ótimo café da manhã, fica numa área residencial, a 20 km de Heidelberg. Para quem não estiver de carro tem meio de transporte para Heidelberg. Bom WIFI. Funcionárias (Lilli e Tina) muito simpáticas, atenciosas, prestativas. Com estacionamento na frente, muito tranquilo.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, allerdings war es sehr warm darin und die Klimanlage im Raum funktionierte nicht. Konnte auch nicht durch Mitarbeiter instand gesetzt werden. Deshalb Abzüge im Komfort. Alles andere, wie Personal, Frühstück usw. war topp.
