The room was not spotless, but pretty clean and comfortable, great view, well equipped. The only thing is that I didn't see anywhere that the apt floor was not vacuum if you stay less than 7 days. There was no broom on site and it never occured to me to go to reception and ask for a vacuum cleaner. It says serviced apts ,so I assumed they were clean. Nothing wrong with that, just make it clear before booking, giving people the option to choose. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, friendly. Parking was a bit hard to manoeuvre if you have a very large car, once you park, hardly room to open the doors, but it seems to be the norm in most car parks now. Overall , a very nice place. Close to the cbd, salamanca, by car, nothing close by foot

The amenities, including an indoor pool and games room, were also fabulous, and the view from our room, spanning across the Derwent River as far as the eye can see was simply breathtaking! Great location. We stay in 2 bed standing villa with bay views from the patio, had beautiful views of the bay. The furniture and property are good condition and as expected for the price we paid. Kid enjoyed the feeding the wallabies visiting us every night right at our door front of the backyard.

These were barely attended apartments with a check in window of 2 hours from 2-4pm and then your key is put in a lock box and you are texted a code. They did not have my number correct and this made it a very difficult for us. It took over 45 minutes to get the code as no one answered the phone number left at reception. Security did not come to the door to help even though this was the process. Once in our apartment the heat exchanger did not work. We spent another hour trying to fix that ourselves. No one to call so we hudled under a large blanket we found in the closet for the pull out couch. Used it as an extra layer on the bed and were happy to leave the next morning. Location close to Mount Wellington Washington nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Bayview Villas. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom and toilet were both modern and well-maintained. The views from our room were amazing. We appreciated the availability of laundry facilities, and the convenience of accessing towels and other amenities like coffee, sugar, and shampoo from the laundry room whenever needed.
The only downside was that the upstairs bedrooms lacked fans or air conditioning. On a few hot days, it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Aside from that, we had a fantastic experience.

One thing I didn’t like was we were in unit 20 and when we returned after dinner there was no where to park in-front of our unit and had to park far away and lug all our things in the morning when we were leaving. Other than that it was fabulous!

The property was fine but they don’t do housekeeping on request . My son has eczema and I requested for the room to be cleaned which was refused .
