The “comfort room” on the fourth floorwas pleasant, clean, and quiet. Ceilings are slanted, and may be a bit low in places,for some. Breakfast was superb.

What they sell as a one bedroom apartment is actually a studio with one queen bed. That was rather disappointing because I needed the extra room. So we moved to a regular room with 2 beds that we could pull apart just a little. For comfort every inch counts! The room was modern with a turnable cube like closet. Unfortunately the mattress was worn out and the useless fiam topper made it only worse. A hotel of that level should really nvest in decent mattresses!

We stayed 2 nights overall - one at each end of our trip to Germany. The member of staff who first booked us in was very helpful, giving us tips on what to visit and giving us free public transport tickets for our stay. We left our car in the hotel carpark for 11 nights (cost of 8 euros per day) while we went cycling in Thuringia and beyond. Good to know it was in a safe place.

We loved our hotel stay here! My mom and I were visiting Germany for family and took a detour to Kassel to see the Hercules Monument. This was the perfect hotel to stay at. We were greeted by an inviting and multi-lingual staff. We were given a room on the third floor facing away from the street to decrease noise. The room was very clean and modern. It had the right amount of space and everything we could need for a hotel room. The hotel concierge had great recommendations for places to eat, including a Biergarten right out of a travel book. Our hotel booking came with a transit pass for our entire stay. This was great because we could just leave the car parked at the hotel and take the tram (right to the bottom of the Berg park and straight to the fussganger zone on the city). I wish we could have stayed longer. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again, if I'm ever back in the Kassel area.

The hotel room was clean and bright but we were on the 4th floor and the slope of the ceiling made it difficult to get in and out of bed without knocking one's head! The same applied in the bathroom using the shower/bath. The breakfast was very acceptable with a good choice on the buffet. The advertised sauna facilities weren't open during our stay. We were given a free pass for the trams which helped to offset the cost of the hotel parking. Wilhelmshoehe is a nice area, there were plenty of shops and restaurants and it is right on a main tram route. The free wifi worked well and wasn't too hard to access. All in all a pleasant stay, the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor would have been nicer.

Very late arrival (06:30) but welcomed with open arms and went straight to breakfast, a rich buffet. Good bed, good bathroom.
The only negative issue is the cobblestone on the street outside the hotel. Either you have the window shut or hear the traffic noise where a regular car sounds like a big truck, and a truck sounds like a freight train. But that is nothing the hotel can change, and guests might sleep with the window shut.

Ich war schon öfter hier und sonst immer zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind recht groß, die Betten gemütlich, das Badezimmer in Ordnung. Dieses Mal hatten wir jedoch absolut unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Man hat gemerkt, dass da jemand keine Lust auf seinen Job hat. Schade, denn uns haben Sie damit als Stammgäste verloren.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, netter Empfang, kostenfreie Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer! Allerdings sollte das Bad renoviert werden! Weiterhin ist es für etwas beleibtere Menschen beinahe nicht möglich aufgrund der Bauweise im Bad in die Dusche zu kommen! Die Tür lässt sich nicht komplet öffnen, da diese an der Toilette anstößt!

Sehr gute Lage für Besucher ohne Auto, das Hotel schenkt Karten für den öffentlichen Verkehr, vor dem Hotel ist die Tram Nr. 1 mit der man sich gut in der Stadt bewegen kann. Positive Überraschung nach Umleitung
Derzeit leitet das Hotel auf sein Schwesterhaus Schlosshotel um, das Personal verhält sich dabei äusserst freundlich und kompetent. Das Upgrade war durch und durch positiv, nur schade darf der Pool nicht geöffnet werden, unverständlich da die Abstandsregeln ansonsten auch gut funktionieren und sogar wieder ein Frühstücksbuffet erlauben, hervorragend.

Die Zimmer zur Straße hin gelegen sind besonders in der Sommerzeit nicht zu empfehlen, da es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut ist. Dadurch, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, wird es im Zimmer bei geschlossenem Fenster unerträglich heiss. Wir würden das Hotel aufgrund der Lage, der Sauberkeit, dem reichhaltigen Frühstück und dem tollen Service jederzeit wieder buchen, aber nur ein Zimmer, das nach hinten gelegen ist.
