Do your research find a better place.

Very dated hotel. The key card system into the room is very poor. I kept having to go downstairs to get it fixed. Had to go down twice one time, then had to use their staff key…helpful but very annoying and time consuming.

Is clean but as I said very dated. Staff offer basic service, only one there so can be slow. Location was good right next to station. But is a very small town so a short walk to another hotel is not much of a difference. It was last minute to stay after a long day, so I would do some research and find a better hotel next time. Not worth the price.

The hotel and the location were excellent. The only down fall was the parking issue was only in a public stall for a few and the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Other then that the hotel was great.

This was a 1 night stay in Schwerin, near the train station providing me with quick and easy access to and from it. The room, bar and breakfast were all great. I slept comfortably and all the staff were nice and helpful. Loved every bit of this stay.

This hotel is just across the plaza from the train station. It's very clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms have everything you really need for a night or two's sleep at a great price.
There is no kettle in the rooms, so you can't make yourself coffee, but you can get a free coffee in the reception area most times of the day.
The breakfast and restaurant prices are high but there are a few restaurants and bakeries around. We had breakfast for two at around 10 euros at the bakery right in the train station.

I'd like to see them update their fading painting collection on the walls.
If you decide that you don't want housekeeping services every day to help the environment, you can get drink vouchers for their bar.... but be sure to get them day by day or you won't have time to take advantage of your bonus for having foregone the cleaning services.

Ok hotel. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing, but did the job for one night. Very sad to find there was no kettle in the room, nor personnel at the bar.

It was a nice and clean hotel
But no air conditioning so we had to keep the window open. This would have been ok except the train station was directly across the street from the hotel. Otherwise ok place to stay. The breakfast was really good but a bit pricey

Good value, easy walking to central town

This hotel was a value. The location is convenient. Parking is nine euros per day. Breakfast is not included but for purchase.. Staff was friendly. Wifi is by purchase for time. There was a bus load of tourists using the hotel when we arrived. It was quiet in the rooms.

This hotel was in a perfect location for our stay in one of Germany's best towns. Lakes are nearby and a bakery in the nearby rail station is perfect for breakfast. We would enjoy a return to the hotel and the town.

Es wurden keine Vorab Informationen berücksichtigt.

Obwohl die Reservierung 1 Woche früher als die Anreise erfolgte. Wir hatten z.B.: im Vorfeld darum gebeten / mitgeteilt das wir Allergiebettwäsche wünschen.

Dieser Wunsch wurde nicht berücksichtigt und trotz mehreren NACHFRAGEN keine Lösung gefunden, so das wir ohne Bettwäsche schlafen mussten. Dazu kam noch das die Heizung abends immer kälter wurde.

Beim Auschecken kamen nur AUSREDEN und kein wirkliches Interesse. So das wir wohl nicht erneut ein weiteres mal dieses Hotel aufsuchen. Es war eine SEHR schlechte Erfahrung.

The check in went smoothly, but it was a bit unclear what the parking solutions were when we arrived, we found a parking garage around the corner from the hotel that cost 10 Eur per day, we felt the price was ok and it felt secure.

The hotel felt old and a bit worn down but it was clean.

The room was small, but clean and sufficient for a 1 night stay. Unfortunately the beds were way too uncomfortable and hard and we both woke I feeling sore and not rested. The bed linen and pillows were nice though.

The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of German specialities and also mini pancakes, scrambled eggs and such. We were very happy with the selection.

Because of the beds we will unlikely revisit but it’s an ok hotel for a short stay.

Für Kurztrips nach Schwerin sehr empfehlenswert. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist direkt vor der Tür. Trotz offenem Fenster haben wir ihn aber nicht bemerkt/gehört.
Das Frühstück ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es war abwechslungsreich und wirklich toll.

É possível ir a pé ao centro e a todas atrações turísticas, restaurantes, lojas, shopping, até o Castelo de Schewrin. Quarto limpo, silencioso, com cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Tomadas bem localizadas para carregar os celulares. Bom wi-fi. Banheiro com boa ducha e boas toalhas. Hotel um pouco antigo. Fomos orientados a estacionar em um local próximo à estação com valor de 7 euros por dia. Há também estacionamento pago nas ruas próximas. Atendimento na recepção atencioso, agradável, com bom inglês.

Necesita una urgente reforma

La habitación estaba bastante deteriorada. Las camas muy incómodas y las almohadas apenas de 2 cm de grosor. Había un armario con el hueco dejado por el minibar. A pesar de pedir habitación en piso alto nos dieron una en la primera planta con mala visibilidad. Sin aire acondicionado. Lo único bueno su situación cercano a la estación de tren.

Darstellung in Buchungsportal:Queensize Bett, Schreibtisch wichen erheblich von Realität(Bett reite ca. 1 Meter), knidhoher Beistelltisch ab. Mobiliar im Zimmer wohl noch aus der Bauzeit, Ausstattung karg, dekor fantasielos. Positiv:Sauberkeit. Ich verbringe jedes Jahr über 100 Nächte in Hotels, solche dieser Kette werden sicher nicht mehr darunter sein.

Für 2 Nächte völlig ausreichend. Wir brauchen eh nicht so viel Luxus da wir eh nur unterwegs sind. Durch den Bahnhof muss man leider Nachts immer das Fenster schließen wegen der Lautstärke. Ansonsten bekommt man von seinen \"Nachbarn\" nicht viel mit und es ist sehr ruhig, Ausnahmen gibt es aber immer die zB nicht wissen wie eine Türklinke funktioniert ;) Matratze vom Bett ist etwas härter aber war trotzdem ein angenehmes Schlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr zu empfehlen.

Slidt, enkelt hotel. Der var hvad der skulle være, men ikke mere til. Værelset stod helt rent. Sengen var fast og vi sov begge godt.
Schwerin er en by med lidt liv en lørdag aften og det kunne selvfølgelig høres og da hotellet er slidt, er der også lidt lydt-det gør ikke os noget :)

Als gut empfinden wir dass das Hotel am Hauptbahnhof sich befindet, da wir mit der Bahn anreisen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, ist sauber und das Personal ist sehr nett. Gemacht werden muss etwas an den Betten, da die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen sind und die Kopfkissen so dünn sind, dass man diese zusammenfalten muß um ein bisschen gut zu liegen. Ansonsten ist soweit für den Preis alles in Ordnung. Frühstück haben wir dort nicht gemacht, wir sind im Bahnhof nach Bäckerei Junge gegangen.

Der Raucherberreich direkt am Eingang ist schrecklich man muß durch Rauchwolken und Nikotin gestank.
Das Zimmer hat Flecken auf dem Boden und an denn Wänden.
Schimmel im Badezimmer an der Tür Fuge und Decke.
Das Hotel war nicht auf die Laufveranstalltung informiert.
Mehrere Personen hätten gerne ausnahmsweise um 06 uhr Frühstück gehabt.
Man hört denn Fahrstuhl die ganze Nacht und die Leute die sich dort drin unterhalten.
Sehr warm im Zimmer, Heizung aus, Fenster auf aufgrund der Lautstärke am Bahnhof nicht möglich

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof, je nach Zimmer kann das mit Lautstärke verbunden sein, da die Fenster leider viel Schall durchlassen.
Das Personal am Empfang ist, was die Freundlichkeit betrifft, durchwachsen.
Ich hatte bei Expedia ein Zimmer mit Queensize-Bett reserviert, tatsächlich habe ich ein Standard-Einzelbett mit ca. 90x200 cm bekommen. Angeblich sei das so normal.
Das Bad war eiskalt und man konnte nur mit einer Wärmelampe heizen, was jedoch keinen merklich Temperaturunterschied brachte.
Wer in Ruhe frühstücken möchte, hat hier doppelt Pech: man nimmt das Frühstück in einem Teil der Eingangshalle ein, leider ist es hier sehr hellhörig. Des Weiteren wird hier laut scheppernd abgeräumt.

Für die schnelle Durchreise perfekt

Alles war gepflegt und die Angestellten waren super nett. Besonderer Dank geht an die blonde, liebe Hotelfachfrau die öfters mal auf uns zugegangen ist, und auch fragte, ob wir dann den nächsten Tag auch wieder da sind. Das fand ich einfach sehr nett und aufmerksam :) Das Frühstücksbuffett hat für mich auch keine Wünsche offen gelassen, wirklich toll. Leider hatte es zum Mittag/Nachmittag öfters über uns gepoltert, das nahm uns ein wenig die Ruhe, aber das waren wahrscheinlich andere Gäste, dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Allem in allem, waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Dejlig by, kummerligt hotel.

Ved ankomst kan de ikke finde vores navne og reservationer. Det tager nok 20 min at tjekke ind.

Kommer tilbage til hotellet efter en lang eftermiddag/aften på det hyggelige julemarked. Det var koldt og det sneede, ligesom det skal være. Men at rengøringen havde efterladt værelset med 2 åbne vinduer og havde slukket for varmen det er for sindsygt. Jeg tror der var 7-8 grader på værelset. Vi gik naturligvis til portien, der bare trak på skuldrene.
Den ene portie taler kun Tysk. Som i ikke et eneste ord Engelsk.
Morgenmaden var ok, hvis altså der havde været plads til alle der ønskede at spise.
