The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When they learned that we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. They upgraded our room to a King patio suite. It was such a lovely room that had direct access to the patio, pool and spa.

This is a very nice and new hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Ask for the garden or Terrace view unless you enjoy listening to traffic off the 405. Staff could be a little more pleasant when it comes to kicking people out of the breakfast area. However, the breakfast itself is delicious! This was a great place for my mother and I to stay for a quick getaway.

Very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room had insects crawling on the wall corner, which looked like ants or termites. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially when you expect a clean and comfortable environment.

The presence of bugs made the room feel dirty and uncomfortable, and it ruined our stay. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but unfortunately this hotel did not meet that expectation.

I hope the management will take this seriously and improve their housekeeping. I would not recommend staying here unless the problem is fixed.

Check in and out was a breeze. The staff were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the amenities and WiFi worked great. Plenty of free parking with security. The area looked and felt very safe. Close to shopping and food. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I will definitely recommend and stay here again should I be in the area.

The staff were great, and the entire property is very clean and well maintained. The location has a feel of being set apart and quiet. The breakfast is much nicer than the usual do-it-yourself set-up too. We live locally and always refer this Ayres location to visitors and use it ourselves on occasion.

The Ayres Hotel was easy to find with easy access, both arriving and departing. The staff were absolutely helpful, polite, friendly, and observant. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we ate out in the beautiful sun-filled courtyard. The room was spotless.
Excellent signage ... easy to find elevators, room numbers, and stairs.
As a person with allergies, I really appreciated the no pets rule. There are many places that are pet-friendly, but I am always super impressed when I don't have any allergy problems at all during a stay! I recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

The rooms location was awful . Noisey hearing traffic. I had to wait for another room and was told i would have to pay $20 upgrade. Then the sheets smelled awful. The water pressure in the shower was horrible.
