This hotel was amazing! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpful. I felt as if they appreciated that I was there. The outdoor areas were awesome for relaxation with friends having a few drinks but also family friendly. I was amazed that the rooms had full cooking supplies.

The property is fairly new so everything is clean and well designed. It offers spacious common areas bot inside and out. It features outdoor cooking areas, firepits with seating and a heated pool. There are pet friendly areas to walk around the outside of the property and also the adjacent properties. There are recreation spaces for kids also. The excercise room has new equipment with treadmills, elipticals, bike, universal and weights. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a full-sized refrigerator and kitchenette. HBO is included in the television package, which is a nice feature. The staff members that we have interaction with have been very helpful: In particular Sebastion on the morning shift and Matthew on the afternoon-evening shift. The breakfast area is managed by another person named mathew who has been great. A few suggestions: 1. Consider adding handheld shower heads, 2. Have a QC person walk the property (inside and out) each day to address cleanup items.

We had a King Size suite on the 4th floor. Our stay was great! The hotel didn’t appear to be busy until the weekend. Breakfast was not as good as SpringHill Suites by Marriot or other slightly lower priced hotels. This place didn’t have waffle maker or Sausages/ham. For the hot food, they had potatoes (pretty good), thin small strips of bacon, eggs (egg beaters?), mini pancakes. They can definitely work on improving the hot breakfast items. The space is beautiful, modern, new and clean. We enjoyed the self serve unlimited coffee and hot coco station. The front desk was very helpful and responsive. Parking was easy. The location is great! Mitsuwa market right next door — discounted sushi starts 6-7pm :). We were lucky to get some real good shrimp tempura rolls for $3.99! The other side of the hotel is Costco, Trader Joe’s, Paris Baguette and BLK dot
coffee! Really couldn’t ask for a better location. I love the fully stock kitchen in the room, the island, and how the sofa and bed is arranged right in front of the TV so you can watch TV on the bed or on the sofa. The layout is the best! Hope every room is like that. The only annoying thing is the doors. The door to the bathroom sink opens outward and hits the bar stools if someone is sitting. And the door from the toilet/shower opens to the sink so if you’r brushing your teeth and someone comes out from the toilet, the door will hit the person standing at the sink. LOL. Anyways, minor stuff. Will stay again. Thank you!

We had reserved specifically a double queen room for a reason. Upon arrival we were given a single King room. There was no prior notification of this change, had we known we would have made other arrangements. This change was unacceptable. Also, why was there a pool party with loud music at 2am??? The room was spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Only minor issue was that I requested for housekeeping service before we left (since we were due for it, it was our second night) in the morning, came back in the afternoon and the room was not cleaned. Called front desk to schedule for later time but was told there wasn’t gonna be a housekeeping service available later in the afternoon. You can see there is a lack of communication between front desk and housekeeping, since the front desk agent I spoke to doesn’t know what really happened there. Overall, we had a great stay and we will stay here again!

Great hotel

As we walked in We were greeted and checked in quickly. The lobby was big updated and clean. Our room was clean and spacious. We had 2 Queen beds and one of the beds had sheets that looked like they had make-up on. We notified the front desk and they came and changed it out quickly. The breskfast wss good. I loved thst they had overnight oats and chia seed pudding. One of the best hotels we have stayed at.

BED BUGS

Absolutely disgusting. Within one hour of checking in, we found bed bugs and their droppings all over us. We had just traveled two hours to get here and were hoping to relax, only to be met with an infestation. It completely ruined our trip and the days that followed.

There’s no way this room was properly cleaned or inspected. We’re now dealing with the anxiety and hassle of possibly bringing bed bugs home. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s clear they don’t take hygiene or guest health seriously.

We still haven't recieved the refund we were promised.

Hotel is very nice and clean. I missed my check in time and date and my room was canceled. Which I wasn’t aware of. Management seemed annoyed that they had to “do a whole process,” in order to get me another room. They charge you $12 per night to park your car but there’s not enough parking. If you leave at night, good luck trying to find a spot when you get back. I wound up having to park in the lot next door. Other than that, my room was great!

I live the own floor plan in the light area. I also loved the huge fire pits outside.

The rooms were a nice size and very clean. I generally don't like staying where they allow dogs but the dog owners were very respectful.
I hate when animals are permitted in an area where food is being served. So that wasn't really an issue.
Their breakfast had some of the familiar items but a variety is some not so common items.
I loved my entire stay
