Check in was smooth however, when I arrived in the room I noticed there were no wash cloths, they provided two towels and one hand towel to accommodate two people. I went to the front desk to ask for the wash cloths, as I was in town for a softball tournament, and was met with an unfriendly experience from the clerk. He stated he personally checks each room every day and that there were indeed wash cloths in every room. He said someone would bring the wash cloths the next morning but, they never came. I ended up going to the store the night I checked in and bought my own wash cloths to use for the remainder of the trip. The following day I was met with unfriendly looks from the same clerk. The overall experience was not great.

I walked into a room and felt like I was in a luxury hotel. My only complaint was that in the room I was in, the internet connection was very slow, which made it so I couldn't watch the TV fluidly. Other than that, my state was perfect at the Casa Playa Inn.

Loved loved loved this property. I'm a single woman traveler. From the outside looks like typical motel but whenI opened the door to my room I was pleasantly surprised. Pictures are exactly like shown on website.

Room 202. First thing I noticed was the smell of Lysol/Pinesol very clean Fresh hardwood floors. Small fridge n microwave which is always a . I went to the Walmart just down the street n got food for the whole weekend I was staying.

Bathroom was fully remodeled. Glass enclosure shower/no tub, which is fine. The bathroom mirror was big with a vanity light built inside of it. Perfect. Beautiful black/white/grey tile.

Bedroom had mounted tv with brown panelling on walls. Very elegant with beautiful light fixtures, large headboard, and shutters for the 1 window. Air condition in wall but I didn't use it. Bed comfy n clean w/ 2 end tables wet usbs built in them. Nice touch. Small modern table w/2 chairs for dining.

Quiet, private, and close to any kind of dining you desire. We'll be back. Also check was quick. Refundable $100 down payment

Safe stay!

Easy check in, refundable deposit required. This parking lot is gated and lit up. The king suite was spacious. Furniture was rather new, did not look dingy. Room was clean. Shower is excellent, great water pressure, shower head options, beautiful marble. Great stay, would stay again.

I could not recommend this place to my worst enemy looks so great online you get in there there’s holes in the walls with some smoke detectors are out there was a two way mirror in our room to make it even worse the owner moved us from our original room to the room with the two way mirror prostitutes everywhere at night

Its a \"you get what you pay for\" and lessons were learned. We will no longer cheap out on a place to stay. The bad reviews are mostly on lack of cleanliness. We had to go to target and got our own cleaning supplies because it's just gross. Mirrors dirty. Counters dirty. Towels and bedding stained and torn. AC unit worked but the filters looked dusty and moldy. There was even a poop stain in the toilet when we first walked in. And there was a water leak coming from the wall behind the toilet . We just delt with all the chaos but definitely would not recommend staying here. We certainly never will.

When we got there. The Hotel looked ok. The staff was friendly. We upgraded our room for a extra 25.00. The room was somewhat updated, and clean. But the Smoke Alarm was missing. After our concert was over, we returned to the Hotel, Boy had the area changed! It was Hooker Haven, and there also was a repo guy hooking up to car in the hotel parking lot, to repossess it. Big difference from daytime to nitetime in that area.

Pulled up and there was literally at least 5 hookers at the very front corner of the motel. Saw 3 of them get picked up from customers then cops showed up later to scare the other few remaining away. Girls went back to work not too long after and were even working when we left at 10am.

I booked this hotel on expedia, arrived and they told me there were no places. I was sure that I could get compensation. But when a support person called this hotel, they said they were waiting for me, but I didn't arrive. Smelly scammers, xpedia said they wouldn't give me my money back either. In general, I do not recommend staying here, you can stay without money, and beds, and you will sleep in the car like me 🤗

I don't like being surprised at the desk with deposits... This hotel is in Stanton, wish everybody knows is crack row... But there's too much legitimate business around squeezed between Knott's Berry farm and Disneyland so you have some really big name hotels and then Mom and Pop operations like this one, it is a clean hotel the rooms are okay and adequate amenity such as refrigerator and microwave which you almost expect today - I'm trying to scratch my head and understand what the thing is about face towels the near Extinction of face towels, LOL

Beautiful place to stay in. Loved the layout of the place. Bed was comfortable and the fact that a restaurant was right in the property was a huge plus for me. Front desk staff was amazing helping me. I had to change rooms and they just moved on it like nothing. Great stay would love and come back in the summer time again for sure!

I like that it had running water. The room though had such a bad interior that needs to be fixed badly and quickly. There was broken outlets, a square cut off of the wallpaper, a hole in the carpet, cobwebs on the ceiling, many burn stains on the sink counter, and a telephone that was really dirty and broken. Not only that, the front desk lady was very rude on the phone. In person, a man helped us and he was a bit nicer. He ended up reducing the security deposit from $100 to $40 because of “renovations”, not knowing how badly the room looked. It does not look like there was any renovations going on but that is what they claim.

The room was dirty and had fingernail on the wall cooler. there were stains on the bed sheets. Additionally, it was unsafe for a number of reasons. First and foremost, there was no smoke alarm. I’m the even that there was a fire (which is likely) lives are at stake. We had to leave early because the outlets started sparking and inevitably melted our phone charger. When Catherine issue was addressed to the manager I was scolded for plugging my charger into the wall outlet rather than the bed side table. Bad experience, we left early and we’re not a

The bed is comfortable. The room are very dirty, electrical outlet most are broken & unsafe, amenities is horrible, wall paper are patching, the sink is broken, door is very dirty. It was an emergency stay. But we won’t stay here agains in the future. There is a lot of prostitution on the corner of the property. The owner that check me in has no costumer service. It was what you'd think a sketch motel would be like. Green, stained carpeting, strained bathroom, missing outlet covers, patchy walls with walpaper cut outs, cracked window taped with scotch tape, exposed wires for where the smoke detector goes, stains on the bedsheets but they thankfully smelled clean, AND a pile of bottle caps and cigarette butts on the ac unit. Bathroom was clean but so stained it didn't look it. Fridge was the same. You pay a $50 CASH deposit you get back on check out. But the price is cheap and the lady at the front desk seems nice enough. So, perfect for a super last minute place to sleep for the night. The ac and tv work. There were no hangers in the closet so we played floor is made of lava and put our things on the desk and tables. Oh, water pressure was great but the shower head is pretty low even for a 5'4\" person like me.

The room we got was very dirty. The bed was clean but the room smelt bad upon entering like someones been living in it for a while. The bathroom had mold in some parts and the shower looked like it hasnt been cleaned in months. We found someone's worn shorts on the night stand that smelt awful. Walls had holes, stains, and ripped wallpaper all over. It looks like they got away with the bare minimum when it comes to cleanliness. I do not recommend staying here.

Do not believe the pictures on the website because they do not match the actual room. We had ants crawling in and around the bathroom and sink areas. Upon check out, we found ants crawling on our bed so who know how long we’ve been sleeping with ants. Our beds were never made up either. We would come back to the room and the trash would still be in the trash can. The front desk never told us we had to request maid service everyday or else we would have done so. Overall it was very disappointing. We expected a lot more due to the pictures.

We were shocked when we were asked for a cash only 100 dollar deposit. We asked if we could use use a debit card and they said no cash only. When we asked why Expedia didn’t mention that when I booked the room? I didn’t have cash they asked to keep my DL until we checked out. We needed to check in to then go find dinner. At the end they waived the cash deposit and returned my DL and checked us in . Unbelievable

Terrible motel, don't stay here if you can. The manager was super grumpy, took way too long to do anything. He asked me for $100 cash deposit, I thought it was pretty sketchy but I was tired and wanted to get to my room so I gave him the money. Lo and behold, when I go to check out the next morning, the manager claims I didn't pay the deposit. He wastes 10 minutes of my time looking through his \"records\" and keeps mumbling that he doesnt have my deposit. I was not having it and kept asking for my money back, eventually he gave it back but still kept claiming I didn't pay. Obviously trying to scam me. The room was also the grossest motel room I've ever stayed in. Stains everywhere, on the wall, floor, furniture, bathroom, etc. The towels they gave us had red and brown stains on them. There was hair in the shower. At the very least the bed/sheets were stain free and seemed clean enough. Stay away from this place.

Only 2 lights worked in the entire room. Bathroom main light fixture missing and a simple bulb was put in. Fixture over sink did not work. Main light coming into room did not work. Unrepaired and poorly patched holes in walls. $100 cash deposit was required in addition to credit card payment to check in and staff refused to give a receipt or any proof the $100 cash was given. Beware!

The room had ants crawling everywhere: the bed, the bathroom counters, the toilet and the dressers. The room was dirty when we got inside and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Door knobs came off when closing the doors, the curtains were shredded to where there was no privacy from the main road. TV wouldn't work either. I don't know how this place had such good reviews unless the people leaving good reviews are bots or friends of management. Although I respect the people that run this place, I ask that everyone stay away until they get their motel in good shape. The place honestly has so much potential.

The price is good, I was looking for an inexpensive room. Just know you get what you pay for, a room with a bed. No amenities; no pool, no cleaning service, no ice machine, no bells and whistles. The staff was not very friendly. Both gentlemen that assisted me were just neutral, not great, not terrible, just there for matter-of-fact business. If you are cheap like me, I recommend the stay. If you have a spouse and kids, and want the joys of a nice hotel for vacation, this is not it.

They are trying to fix the motel up. After I checked in they showed me a room that had been updated. But they gave me a room that needed a lot of work. The light over the sink didn't work. Everything in the room needed to be replaced including the carpet.
