We stayed 2 nights at the Villa in their most delux sweet. The view was increadible and the location was great. The service wasn’t reflective of the price tag that we were charged:
1. We were told at our arrival that complementary water is only included for the first night(!!). Very disappointing considering we had paid >500€ per night.
2. The breakfast was included but only included pastries/ham and cheese. Any eggs/omelette were extra.
3. After we had checked out, we asked the front desk if they had any available showers since our airport transfer wasn’t until the afternoon and we were planning on spending the remaining part of the day at the beach. They said they could only offer washrooms to freshen up which is very reasonable. To our surprise, the washrooms they provided included showers and were fully equipped they just didn’t want to give us that service.
Overall, our experience was good at the villa, but we expected a better service and care.

You'll get your steps in (literally) every day as Positano has some steep walking and this hotel is no exception. But the view & space on the top floor was worth it if you can handle the daily workout. No elevator but there are chairs mid-way to rest haha. All of it helps walk off those big Italian dinners! If arriving with more than carry-on luggage, I recommend taking taxi directly to hotel instead of trying to walk from ferry.

Being on the seaside of Positano this is a beautiful and setback tropical feel hotel, their room is decorated with renaissance touch, glass door dropped to the floor gives you a full and rich sea view, sun bath in the afternoon, breakfast serviced on terrace, very satisfying stay, ask their staff for different rooms as they offer different view and layout and gives you different experiences of your stay.

We were lucky enough to upgrade and what an amazing view. If you can, and it's available, upgrade it's worth it. This is perfect hotel with excellent staff and this hotel is super clean. Each room has a spectacular view. It’s right across the street from Franco’s Bar which is a popular destination. It’s a bit of a walk down to the beach so just be prepared for that. The breakfast served on the patio in the morning while taking in the views is such a nice touch.

Amazing view! No need to eat a restaurants when your own view is better. The only negative is the noise. There is a popular bar across the street and it was quite loud in the middle of the night. They must take their garbage out at 1:00 am because we always woke up to the sound of glass being tossed into a dumpster. You can also hear everything in the hallways or when someone flushes. All that to say, we would still recommend this place for the view and location!
