I booked an accessible room for 2 nights being a person with limited mobility. While yes the room was great with no problems for me getting around,the bathroom was also very spacious.
However the toilet in the bathroom was a different matter!!!! You had to sit on it at about 45 degrees because the sink comes out right in front of it meaning you cannot get your legs in. It also now meant the grab rail was behind you as was the very low toilet paper holder.
While i managed just about a less able person would not and im pretty sure a wheelchair user would not manage at all
The room was 110 and i would recommend disabled people refuse this room

Ideal place to stay in Burnley: there is limited options for business travellers staying around Burnley. This has become my place to stay if in the area why? Good accommodation, close to trains, free breakfast, supportive staff and of course cost. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else, as always consistently good.

This is a very modern Holiday Inn with nice communal areas; cafe/bar, restaurant, reception desk, etc. There is a large car park. Our room was a good size and very clean and had air conditioning, an iron, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. There is an ice machine near reception and a cold drink vending machine. Breakfast is buffet style and has plenty of choice from cereal and pastries to cooked options (eggs, hash browns, beans, tomatoes, sausages (veggie on request), bacon, etc.) and a coffee machine and selection of teas and juice. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and all areas of the hotel that we used were very clean. I would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

I will NEVER use TL again. There is no comparison. Room is larger, spotless, has A/C, excellent shower, and FULL COMPLIMENTARY breakfast!!

Had a lovely night's sleep, comfortable and modern room with everything needed. Modern bathroom with large shower cubicle. Quiet, calm and relaxed. Only let down was the breakfast. Got there just after 9am and there were no sausages, no beans

It was good overall for the stopover. beds were comfortable but the soft bed was small for two children. We struggled to bring the room temperature down as it was hot for us.

Lovely room, warm, clean and well presented and the breakfast was excellent. What spoil the stay was the constant background hum in the room, some sort of mechanical noise, pump or generator that made sleeping near impossible. Not ideal when you have a long drive the next day. It was not the room heating system as I turned that off. The other issue with the room was the height of the toilet, the only time I have seen toilets that low are in the local infants schools. It was a ridiculous height for a normal size adult

This is a very good hotel. Extremely clean, fresh bedding, clean room and good breakfast that is inclusive of the price. I have stayed hear several times but this is the first time i have stayed where the room backs on to the motorway. The windows are not double glazed so there was a constant noise of motorway traffic throughout the night. These rooms need the windows updating. If it were not for this issue, this is a faultless hotel

We got there before check-in for a wedding and a new-ish woman was behind the desk. We tried to see our options for checking in but she wasn’t sure so asked us if we could wait until someone more experienced came along. While we waited (only a couple of minutes), I was wearing my wedding guest outfit and when I turned around she asked me if I wanted her to cut out my label because it was showing! This sounds like such a small thing but I was so thankful! Just a nice gesture.
After that, another woman came along and gave us our room keys. The lady, the original lady and the groundsman (I think?) were all super friendly, having a little laugh with us.
