The worst experience ever?

Manager left us waiting until 2am without a room as our. booking reference didn't work at the self check in terminal. We tried to call multiple times during the day to let them know that we will be checking in after 10pm, no response, same for multiple emails and messages via hotels.com. The emergency number at the reception was a waste of time, for 3 hours I was told they were trying to contact the hotel manager but they were unavailable.

I am generally a fan of ibis budgets. This was the exception. The bed sheet was too small so the mattress curled up. If you put any amount of water in the sink it covered the overflow - which wasn’t connected to anything and just went on to the floor. The area at night was pretty dodgy. I’ve not commented on the staff as I didn’t see anyone. They might have been great but lumbered with an awful hotel.

Uncomfortable small room

Bedroom was worst expeience in many years. The room would have been small for a single bed let alone a double. Difficult to walk around the bed due to large window frame ( which stuck out into room) and small room.

Das Zimmer bestand hauptsächlich aus dem Bett, weder Bewegungsfläche noch Platz um irgendetwas abzustellen, Matratze durchgelegen, Bezug löst sich von alleine, das Bad bot mehr Freiraum als das Zimmer selbst. Gesamtzustand wie das gesamte Umfeld ungepflegt, Personal mäßig interessiert, Frühstück einfach und wenig inspirierend. Im deutsch- französischen Grengebiet sollte kein Problem sein auf dem TV auch deutsche Sender zu programmieren.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à 8 amis, répartis dans 6 chambres, et nous avons globalement passé un très bon moment. L’établissement est agréable, propre et bien situé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment confortable. Les chambres étaient fonctionnelles, avec une literie de bonne qualité qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer après nos journées bien remplies.

Un petit point à améliorer cependant : dans les chambres doubles, il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette par personne, ce qui n’était pas très pratique lorsqu’on séjourne à deux. Ce n’est pas un détail dramatique, mais c’est le genre de petite attention qui fait la différence et qui aurait rendu l’expérience encore meilleure.

En revanche, je tiens à souligner la grande sympathie du personnel. L’équipe a toujours été souriante, disponible et réactive. Chaque question ou demande a été traitée avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et on sent qu’ils font de leur mieux pour satisfaire les clients. Cette qualité d’accueil a vraiment marqué notre groupe et a largement contribué à la bonne ambiance de notre séjour.

En résumé : un hôtel très agréable, idéal pour un séjour entre amis, avec un personnel chaleureux. Un tout petit effort supplémentaire sur les serviettes dans les chambres doubles, et ce serait vraiment parfait. Nous garderons malgré tout un excellent souvenir de notre passage et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Interphone, ascenseur en panne. Chauffage reglé à 19°C et pourtant 26 °C dans la chambre. Obligé d ouvrir la fenetre mais les chiens des voisins aboient toute la nuit !

Séjour rien à redire , toutes les personnes dont j’ai eu à faire ont été d’une grande gentillesse et simplicité, le seul bémol est pour la chambre en elle-même ou au vu du prix j’ai été déçu qu’elle ne disposait même pas de placard ni d'aucuns rangements.

Pas d’eau chaude

J’ai passé plusieurs nuits dans cet hôtel.

L’avant dernière nuit nous avons eu de l’eau tiède pour se laver mais alors la dernière nuit nous sommes rentrés vers 22h30 et l’eau était complètement gelée!!
Sympa après une grosse journée de travail dehors .

chambre qui vaut juste son prix

pas terrible au niveau de l'accueil car chambre réservée par votre site... rien pour poser sa valise, pas de place autour du lit, table de chevet très petite, porte manteau qui ne se retire pas donc pas possible de mettre un pull... petit déjeuner juste (manque des yaourts et des parts individuelles de confitures et nutella)

peu mieux faire, chambre exigue

accueil mitigé quand j'ai dit que j'avais réservé par Hotels.com. Elle ne trouvait pas la 2e chambre, voulait me la faire payer alors que j'avais en ligne... Me dit que j'ai émis un souhait (2 chambres cote à cote) sur un ton... mais qu'elle ne pouvait pas car pas les mêmes chambres, ce que je comprends. J'avais demandé également pas au RDC ni vers les portes. Or, j'étais au 3e juste à côté de la porte des escaliers... Déçue également par le petit déjeuner, manquait des danones et prendre du nutella dans le gros pot... c'est du gâchis, c'est mieux les portions individuelles... De plus, la chambre avec les 2 petits lits est vraiment trop petite. Table de nuiit : une petite cage ajourée ! Pas de place au bout du lit. 3 porte manteaux en bois fermés donc on ne peut pas mettre de pull... Bref, je m'attendais à mieux

Je suis arrivé après 22H, la réception était fermée, et je n’avais pas de numéro de réservation pour l’automate de l’hôtel. Le numéro de voyage donné par hotels.com dans la confirmation n’est pas reconnu par l’hôtel. Donc je n’ai pas pu avoir la chambre. En suivant les liens sur ma page de réservation, j’ai découvert que j’aurais dû contacter l’hôtel pendant les heures d’ouverture afin qu’ils me donnent un code de réservation à eux en échange de mon code hotels.com. Mais le message de confirmation d’hotels.com ne prévenait pas qu’il fallait faire cette démarche. Et à minuit, aucun moyen de joindre quelqu’un chez IBIS. Donc une réservation perdue et une nuit de galère. Merci hotels.com

Ich hatte als Wunsch angegeben: glutenfrei und Laktosefreies Frühstück zu benötigen. Es war nichts vorhanden und es wurde auch vorher nicht rückgemeldet, dass das nicht möglich ist. Schade. Ansonsten wäre das Frühstück sehr vielfältig gewesen.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft in die wir gerne wieder gehen werden, wenn die Türe zu den Zimmern im 2 Stock nicht mehr quietschen wird und auch evtl. im Zimmer ein Schrank zum platzieren der Klamotten ist. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr kompetent und wir konnten einr gute Zeit dort verbringen

Nur in absoluten Notfall nehmen ,

Hotel ist in einem desolaten Zustand, die Einrichtung stammt noch aus ETAP Zeiten, mindestens 10 Jahre alt, Sehr unsauberer Zustand , Aufzug verschmutzt , Im Zimmer grosse Fecken auf dem Teppich , Fehnseher hat nicht funktioniert, Im Treppenhaus fällt die Farbe von den Wänden , Zumindest das Bett und die Handtücher waren in Ordnung, die Dusche und Toilette brauchbar. Frühstück habe ich gar nicht probiert.... , Ich bin nach 7 Jahren Geschäftsreisen in Frankreich nicht sensibel , das ist das schlechteste IBIS Budget was ich je erlebt habe .

C'est le deuxième message que je vous laisse, sans réponse, mais également un message chez Ibis directement sans réponse.....problème sur place .....pas de Télé (pas trop grave) , le Montant de ma facture ne correspond pas au prix que j'ai payé lors de ma réservation ( montant payé 34,20 - Facture 30 € )....et enfin nous ne sommes pas raciste mais on aurait pu être prévenu qu'une partie de l'hôtel était occupé par des réfugiés............. on ne peut donc dire que ce fût un séjour des plus agréables.....(Sauf les personnes ce trouvant à la réception ) je tiens à le signaler....

Nous nous sommes dépêché de quitter l'hôtel. Continuez comme ça vous avez trouvé le moyen de couler un établissement. Bruyant, des enfants courant dans les couloirs jusqu'à 1h30 du matin. INADMISSIBLE. Nous cherchions juste un peu de repos après la route. D'autres client se sont aussi empressés de quitter l'hôtel des TRÈS BONNE HEURE le lendemain.
Les familles logés par la préfecture manquaient d'un minima d'éducation et respect des autres. HONTEUX.
