Rude staff, checked in with 2 children for spring break. There is a big sign that says the pool and hot tub are closed but you can not check in and be refunded, we chose that option because with the kids we wanted the pool. They wouldn’t refund us. Had to charge it off my cc we never checked in

No liquid soap in the dispenser in the shower. Microwave had not been cleaned. At 1015am housekeeping tried to enter my room with key, without knocking. Not the first time this has happened. This hotel has gone downhill in the last year. I like the reasonable price, but i don't feel i get my moneys worth anymore.

The pool is closed. No notification. The front desk staff didn’t even mention it when I was checking in. It was on a sign next to check out stating “pool closed, let us know prior to check-in if you would like a discount or refund” how am I supposed to do that prior to check-in when the sign is off to the side and the staff says nothing about it. I noticed the sign as she was handing me the keycards. The room was clean and we felt safe. Just a bummer when you have kids who were looking forward to a pool.

Hotel is run down. I stay there for the 24-hour hot tub which is indefinitely out of service, along with the pool, which is a bummer. I tolerate the hotel not being nice because of the hot tub but I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time. Staff is always nice though!

This property claimed to have a pool and hot tub however, when we arrived, we were told that it has been broken for quite some time, no updates were made when booking the rooms. One of the rooms we were checked into, I opened it up and it was not clean so we called and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and got us a new room however I was very disappointed with the property itself! It seemed to be rundown for being a new property.

We have been stopping here for years, maybe 8. The last 2 years we have noticed a decline in condition. Dirty carpet, stained sheets, smell. The pool and jacuzzi were disgusting this year. The hot tub was like sitting warm toilet water. Unfortunately, this was our last time. With that said, better than other bargain hotels in the area and staff has always been great.

Our Home Away From Home

Comfort Suites is our go to every time we're in Ohio. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. The staff is always very welcoming, friendly, and accomodating and the location suits our needs. It's close to many food options (however, the hotel does offer complimentary breakfast each morning) and a Super Walmart. I've never had a bad stay. If I had to say one thing that could be improved on, it would be the carpet in the rooms. A couple of the rooms we stayed in could have used a good vacuuming or deep clean, but other than that everything is always clean. We'll be back again, thank you!

This hotel had a very comfortable bed and pillows. However, there was no hot water when we wanted to shower because the washing machines were running. The hallway carpeting is very stained. Breakfast is average at best. The place needs a facelift and a better water heater. Will not stay here again.

Loud. Day & Night.

When we arrived, I picked up the key cards & they didn't work, went back & they moved us to another room across the hall, no big deal there. The problems came that evening close to bed time, doors slamming, children seemingly jumping from furniture literally shaking the floor, running up the hall, something kept making some sort of whistling noise & the toilet would run out of nowhere every few minutes, just very, very loud - ALL NIGHT so I woke up several times during the night then very early the next morning employees were in & again, everything & everyone was very loud - slamming doors & apparently slamming things around in the storage room near by. I was hoping to sleep in but that was absolutely not happening so I just laid there listening to all the loudness. I went to shower & the water completely stopped, called FD & they said it was because of the washing machine?! Waited a while, got back in - happened again. Waited again, finally got my hair washed & BAM, off for the THIRD TIME. Someone had a dog that kept barking which also happened during the 2nd night as well, on top of the whistling noise, the toilet & the loudness from people & of course very early the next morning the crew was there slamming things all over again. There's only one elevator so trying to leave this morning also took forever just waiting on the elevator. & I know, \"why didn't you leave?\" I didn't have the extra money to go somewhere else, if I had - I absolutely would have. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely loved our stay here! However, something was wrong with the shower and midshower, the water just stopped working. They offered to switch our room or shower in another room, but we were already settled and didnt want to relocate (full fridge, snacks, luggage, etc) so we chose to shower in another room. The next day, water was fine. The only other downfall was that when we went to use the hottub, it was only half full of water. The clerk on shift had no idea how it happened or when. We know it didnt go to the showers ;) Needless to say, we didnt get to use the hottub which was rather disappointing since that was one of the amenities we wanted and why we chose this hotel. That being said, the rest of our stay was good, staff was great. If its any help, regardless of the water situations... we will stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Very dirty room NASTY!

The room was very dirty! Sheets on the pull out couch was stained and there was a ton of garbage underneath it. We booked that room with the intention that our daughter would sleep on the pull out. Carpet had stains on it and it was dirty. Toilet would not stop running. The sink drain drained slow and the same in the shower. When I addressed this at the front desk they said they will let maintenance know and did not offer any discount for the problems in the room. We will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Shower water pressure disappears

Hated that the water pressure disappears when they do laundry. Was trying to take a shower on Saturday morning around 9:30 & water pressure/water went off during my shower. Had to wait a few minutes to get pressure back, only for it to disappear 2-3 more times in my 10 minutes or less shower.
