The man at the front desk gives 100% and then some! EXTREMELY courteous! I was disappointed that both the pool and breakfast areas were not usable due to construction. I REALLY believe the hotel should update that fact for any perspective guests. The reason I chose that hotel was because my daughter was having surgery the following day and I knew she would feel bad for a week or so….i thought some pool time would be perfect little break beforehand. Simply put….i didn’t really get what I paid for, because I absolutely would have chose another hotel if I had known the pool was off limits.

Did not let me check in due to the fact I have a service dog. Completely dehumanizing and illegal. Guy at the front desk did not show any compassion. He reminded me of Pearcy in the move \"The Green Mile\". I did not press the issue with them. I am not going to stay anywhere i am not welcome. Still waiting on a refund. Needless to say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; especially people that care about others.

Never got to check in staff was extremely rude. I didn’t realize I had lost my wallet at the convention and the person I was with was under 21 so they wouldn’t accept his ID wasn’t willing to work with me at all or let me get my money back so I paid for a room they refused to let me in.

Great location! Red Lobster on one side with Dunkin Donuts beside it, Outback Steakhouse on the other side of the hotel and behind the steak house is a good sized mall. The room disappointed but it is an older property so the rooms and bathroom is tight. The problem I had with the room I was in was the fixtures were pited and dull, not at huge deal but the sink fixture was loose as well as the bathroom door handle and the toilet seat. Small stuff but it adds up, then there was food left in the freezer compartment of the fridge, still adding that the ice bucket was sticky like it hadn't been washed recently and the art work needed dusted. Oh, i just remembered the shampoo dispenser was empty.

I had stayed at this hotel years ago when it was an Amerihost. It looked like the hotel had not been updated since then. The carpet in the room was filthy and the furniture was worn. The bathroom fixtures were all corroded. Everything need updated.

I thought I made a good choice to stay at the quality inn but the pool heater wasn't working, 1 of rooms the room stunk like mildew, the mirrors were dirty, the housekeeper decided to yell at my kids about a towel because her bathing suit bled on the towel and breakfast wasn't good. This has got to be the worst experience staying in a hotel. Most hotels are accommodating but not this one. I will not be back.

They made sure we for 2 rooms because of protocol and regulations but didn’t care about no water or poor conditions of room. There was always a worker standing by our room listening in. One of the worst stays in a long time. Room had a mild/air freshener/cleaner smell that was offensive. Had to by a room sanitizer to try and survive the night. Toilet seat was broken, bathroom faucet was caked with something unidentifiable, desk chair was dirty, etc. I will be avoiding Quality Inns for future reservations! Expedia should remove this hotel from your offerings.

This is a great hotel. However, if u dont book with credit card make sure u bring $250 for a cash deposit refundable at end of stay. My fridge didnt work no freezer n fridge either. Poor communication with staff no English. Emptied own trash and got new towels everyday from housekeeping. I was 23min late checking out due to cleaning room up and having to fill coolers with ice. When i went to checkout and get deposit back.and was charged $35 for late checkout. Smh

Entering the room had an odor. The carpet needed vacuumed, curtains where hanging off the hook, bathroom walls were patched, not painted with water damage in bathroom. Pulling back the bed sheets, the sheets were dirty or stained. It was so disgusting! We did not stay here.

Arriving the front entrance and hallways were dirty. Carpet was black. The pool was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom. Once arriving to our room there was urine on the toilet seat and mold in the toilet bowl. The fire alarm was hanging out down the wall with electrical tape trying to hold it to the wall. They switched us rooms which was a little better but still dirty and the soaps were used. It’s bad when you have to go buy your own cleaning supplies just to take a shower and use the bathroom.

I would not stay at this place again! I checked in early and was charged an additional 25.00 which is fine. Place was supposed to be clean it was not. Was charged $150.00 deposit which I was to get back but did not. Manager said he found cigarette ash and took a pic. It was not mine! I do not smoke! It was their along with the rest of the uncleaned room. Used coffee packs, Sticky rug, etc. I am disputing with my credit card company Advise you not to stay.
