The information about paid parking is not clearly indicated when searching for hotels with parking. The breakfast made my stomach turn for 4 days straight, right after breakfast. The hotel was decent, but outdated and the service was what I'm not usually accustomed to... Menus thrown on the table in the restaurant etc.

Séjour hyper agréable

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. Même si il était quelque peu éloigné des principaux attraits de la ville, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les chambres sont propres et confortables et le personnel est attentionné.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que l'hôtel nous offre gratuitement un billet de transport pour que nous puissions nous rendre au centre-ville et à la gare en autobus.

Et que dire du petit déjeuner. Tout simplement délicieux !!!

Enjoyable stay.

Clean and the staff are very pleasant with good levels of English. The hotel often shows up as Ramada on Maps, possibly previous name. Rooms are only small but adequate for a trip such as this where I was out all day. Balcony and quiet location for sleep decided it for me, but better sound insulation of the walls would further improve the comfort.

Hotel Goslar is well placed, easy to get to and from with a wonderful breakfast buffet as well as a fine restaurant with a delightful selection.
WiFi is available but a bit slow and unreliable for reading my newspaper.

Excellent stay, very quiet yet near to the town

We liked this hotel, easy to park in a very quiet setting yet a quick walk from centre of town with its lovely old buildings and history. There are lots of very reasonable priced restaurants and bars in the town. The bathrooms were newly refurbished and spotless, very quiet rooms. Excellent choices for breakfast. We stopped here as a stopover as we were heading north of Berlin, we liked it so much we stopped here again on our return journey.

Excellent hotel

This excellent hotel does have a seventies feel here and there but it is incredibly well maintaned and upgraded where necessary. German lasting quality at its best. The hotel lounge bar is a quite typical and cozy German bar.

Much better than I expected to be and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Feels more luxury than the stars it is afforded. Breakfast was superb and staff again friendly and helpful. The only criticism is its tired in places and needs a lick of paint. Still the cleanliness and the staff overshadow this.

the hotel is located in a middle of a residential area, not much around.
there is plenty of parking to go around.
the building is old and stuffy.
breakfast was dull.
WiFi connection barely exists in the room, you will need to stand near the door, some of my colleagues did not have Wifi reception at all in their rooms.
its about 20 min walk from city center

2 days away in the Harz

I had 2 dogs with me & also my wife, in that order!!! The staff catered for all our needs & being a non German speaker did not matter as all the staff spoke superb English. All the facilities we used were excellent, including having a beautiful meal in the restaurant with great waitress service. The balconies in the rooms are very handy. The views are OK for the location of the hotel. Goslar is a lovely place with both Old & new attractions. Steeped in history for the more curious people. A 10 min drive will get you to some beautiful walks, which the dogs & I enjoyed. The hotel is good value for money & definitely worth a stay. Thank You for a pleasant stay..

De kamer is zeer schoon en heeft een balkon. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De gemeente Goslar schenkt een buskaart voor de duur van je verblijf. De menukaart is eenvoudig maar goed. Het ontbijt is waar voor je geld.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr haustierfreundlich, wir sind mit 2 mittelgroßen und 1 kleinen Hund angereist. 3 Näpfe haben dort schon gewartet und sehr freundlicher Brief mit allen Hinweisen.

Frühstück war auch lecker, wir würden wieder kommen!

Das zimmer war schön modern von der Ausstattung außer der Heizung okay sie funktioniert das ist wichtig im winter. Die ebend erdige dusche fande ich gut. Personal war immer Freundlich. Und aufmerksam. Essen im Restaurant lecker. Zimmer und Hotel waren sauber . Komme gerne wieder.

Zimmer war sehr schön. Personal sehr freundlich. Hotel ist stadtnah und die Innenstadt auch fußläufig zu erreichen.
Selbst im Restaurant beim Brunch wurde auf meine glutenunverträglichkeit sofort reagiert. Ist nicht überall so. Danke noch mal.

Vi fik udleveret nogle billetter til museum som vi ikke havde brug for. De kostede ca. 10 euro pr stk. Der kunne de godt have spurgt, om vi var interesseret, inde de tog betaling for det. Vi brugte dem overhoved ikke. Men ellers et fint hotel, med gå afstand til centrum.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich Zimmer war total ok Frühstücksbufet war sehr lecker es hat an nichts gefehlt war schade das die Buse nur bis 19uhr 30 verkehrten Da wir mit der Bahn anreisten war das nicht so toll wir wir wären gerne länger in der stadt geblieben 2mal hatten wir uns ein Taxi genommen Dann der SPA Bereich war auch schade den gab es leider nicht mehr wegen eines Brandes soooo schade wären abends gerne noch etwas geschwommen und in die Sauna gegangen

Personalet var flinke og servicen var fint.
Nååå selve hotellet var i dårligt stand. Vores værelse var forældet med faldefærdige gamle træmøbler. Tv så lille som jeg aldrig har set før. Dårlige senge som ikke engnag vores børn kunne holde ud af sove på. Gulvtæpper som lygtede og ikke virkede rene. Restaurant var meget god og bar også rigtig god. Lækker Morgenmad, men det kan desværre ikke give mere en 2 stjerner

Udmærket hotel, men det kneb med service. Vi bad kun om rengøring 2 ud af 5 nætter. Nummer to gang blev der ikke gjort rent, og da vi så bad om ikke de kunne komme og tømme skrald og hente brugte håndklæder skete der intet.
God morgenmadsrestaurant og udmærket værelse med altan.

Hotel in walking distance from Goslar old city

1970’s hotel in good condition and renovated bath rooms.

Close to freeway (but no sound) and still in walking distance to the old city.

No need to try the restaurant in the evening- that hasn’t evolved since the 1970’s… 🙃

Hotellet er ok, men værelserne er meget slidte. Hvis ikke man får hængt skilt på døren tidligt nok, får man ikke gjort rent eller tømt skraldespand. Morgenmaden er god.

Fint værelse med altan, altan dog ikke helt rengjort efter sidste gæster (kaplsler med skodder og joints).
Væretset var rent, 2 vand til hver gæst og 2 mini slilposer :)
Personalet søde og imødekommende.
Morgenmaden var ganske udemærket og mulighed for at sidde ude.
Desværre poolen under renovering men sådan er det, men den er der.
Ligger i fin afstand til Goslar by.
Parkering 10euro par dag.

Et lidt slidt hotel, men rent og morgenmaden var rigtig fin. Deres wifi fungerede ikke, vi spurgte ind til det, men sådan var det nogen gange sagde de bare…. Der skulle være swimmingpool og sauna, men det var tilsyneladende under renovering, men det bliver man ikke oplyst om.Det burde fremgå af hjemmesiden og på hotellet.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel. Es bräuchte nur hier und da vielleicht mal eine Auffrischung. Das WLAN war echt mies bis gar nicht verfügbar. Mein Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider etwas hellhörig - der Zimmernachbar hat gut geschnarcht die Nacht.
Parküplatz war gut und bei Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Hotel liegt im Wohngebiet etwas außerhalb der City ist aber gut fussläufig zu erreichen
Negativ war das man für eine Flasche Wasser die ich aufs Zimmer wollte 7,50 Euro berechnet hat. Vorab check in der angeboten wurde funktionierte leider auch nicht, sonst hätte es eine bessere Bewertung gegeben

Die Buchung habe ich sehr kurzfristig getätigt. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und ist mit dem Auto problemlos erreichbar. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer, sowie die weiteren Bereiche des Hotels waren sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings sieht man der Einrichtung an, dass sie schon älter ist.
Insgesamt haben meiner Tochter und mir der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Det er er outdated hotel. Personalet i receptionen er ikke specielt serviceminded. Vi oplyste at vores brusedør var delvist faldet af, det blev blot noteret uden kommentarer. Servicemanden kom 2 dage senere da vi skulle afrejse. Knage til jakker faldt også ned.

Für den Preis von 100 € wäre das Hotel in Ordnung trotz einiger Versäumnissen im Unterhalt. Geplatzte Fliesen , kein funktionierendes W-lan, schmuddeliges Ambiente etc. Dieses Hotel wird dem Preis von 175 € absolut nicht gerecht. Das frühstückst entsprach jedoch eines guten Hotels

Sehr angenehmer, entspannender Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage, sehr gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen.Pool, Sauna und Ruheraum sind super.Das Frühstück macht wunschlos glücklich. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich empfehle.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer im EG war klein und schlecht beleuchtet. Das Badezimmer war auch klein mit einer Badewanne, die als Dusche genutzt wird. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch keine 4 Sterne wert.

Das Schwimmbad und die Saunen waren gut. Leider gab es keine Sonnenliegen draußen, wo man aus dem Poolbereich raus konnte.

Too much for too little.

We have been traveling between different hotels for two weeks and this is the most we have payed for the least we got.
Parking spaced too small for people to fit their cars. Not friendly welcome on arrival. No towels or robes for spa area. Clearly ment for pensioners paying overprizes for bus hollydays.

Hyggelig Hotel i et roligt kvarteret

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie til Goslar i dette hyggelige hotel. Hotellet ligger i et roligt boligkvarter og kun kort afstand til Goslar centrum. Der gratis parkering til hotelgæster. Bade- og spa afdeling er rigtig god og hyggelig for os, der rejser som par. Morgenmad er standard. Vores værelse er fint med en god størrelse balkon. Der rent over hele hotellet. Hele hotellets personale er høflige og vi føler os velkomne. Et lille minus er aftensbuffet på restaurant. Maden er lidt kedelig og der er kun et lille udvalg. Der er plads til forbedring. Alt i alt er vi meget tilfredse og vil gerne komme tilbage. Tak H+ Hotel Goslar.

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Service beim Frühstück wirklich gut. Sauber und ordentlich auch das Schwimmbad und die Sauna.
Aber außen ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Der Blick von meinem Balkon ist auf ein altes Flachdach. Man glaubt man wäre in einem industriellen Abbau.
