Just a quick one-night stay. Room on the small side but functional. Due to the street noise, avoid the ones on the front side of the buildings.

Das Personal beim Frühstück und das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich Klasse.
Leider war das Zimmer nicht so wie man es sich von einem 4**** Hotel vorstellt
Der Bettbezug war etwas schmutzig, im Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon lagen noch Zigarettenstummeln vom Vorgänger und auf dem Fußboden lag ein altes \"Gummibärchen\".
Das Bad sollte unbedingt mal renoviert werden.

Der Spa Bereich war sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Die Saunen tip-top.

Udmærket hotel og et rigtig sødt personale. Men -‘vejen LARMER virkelig meget (vi betalte et tillæg for at få et værelse mod skoven i stedet for mod vejen - og det afhjalp vejstøjen, men ikke tilstrækkelig)

Das Positive zuerst: Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr großzügig und schön gestaltet mit einer guten Auswahl an verschiedenen Saunen, wobei ich die Waldsauna ausgrenzen möchte.Sie liegt sehr versteckt in einem Hinterhofbereich .Das Team im Harz-Beauty ist super nett und kompetent und auch dieser Bereich ist schön gestaltet.Der restliche Hotelbereich hinterlässt bei mir den Eindruck von gewollt und nicht gekonnt.Moderne Inneneinrichtung wurde irgendwie in altbackene Räume gestellt.Auch in den Zimmern fällt das auf,z.B.alte abgeschrammelte Messingwandlampe neben modern pinken Hirschbild oder 3 verschiedene Steckdosenarten in einem Raum mit Kabelkanälen verbunden.Nicht schön!Anmeldung und Service an der Rezeption wirken unpersönlich.Mein grösster Kritikpunkt ist aber, daß von dem auf der Expediaseite angepriesenen kostenfreien Green Fee beim nahegelegenen Golfclub keiner im Hotel was weis und auch nicht drauf eingegangen wird.Da dies aber der Grund für meine Zimmerbuchung war, hat mich das sehr geärgert.

Ein toller und gepflegter Wellnessbereich, kostenloser Bademantel, leider das Zimmer zur Straße gelegen und dementsprechend sehr sehr laut. Trotz der Wärme musste ich das Fenster auf Grund des Lautstärke schließen. Mein Fahrrad durfte ich kostenlos in der Garage unterstellen, Frühstück wollte ich mir für 20€ nicht gönnen

Frühstück war Klasse, das Hotel sehr schön. Tolle Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Saunen waren top. Das Schwimmbecken ist kalt und das Zimmer ist schon etwas runtergerockt. Kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten zur Genüge vorhanden. Zu Fuß kann man vieles erreichen: Wanderungen, Therme, Restaurants, Kaffees, Tankstelle.

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zur Straßenseite ist es durch den Verkehr sehr laut. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr gut, leider gibt es abends kein Buffet mehr. In der Nähe gibt es aber auch gute Restaurants. Vom jetzigen Abendessen im Hotel sind wir nicht gerade begeistert. Auch in der gemütlichen Bar mit netter Bedienung kann man später gut noch ein Gläschen trinken.

Dejligt hotel

Det er et dejligt hotel, vi boede i den nyere del. Vi var glade for at vores værelse ikke vendte ud mod vejen, da den larmer en del. Dog kunne vi godt have tænkt os at der havde været engangshansker til at tage mad.

I hjertet af Harzen direkte til vandreruter

Fantastisk gammelt hotel der er blevet renoveret m god resraurant både morgenbuffet og aftenbuffet og bar. Dejligt stort Spa område og udendørs sauna m brus. Rigtig godt stort Fitnessrum m få gode basis maskiner. Eneste ulempe er støjen fra vejen ellers ligger hotellet dejligt op af skoven og masser af vandreruter & tæt på den hyggelige by Bad Harzburg. Hotellet er også hundevenligt se billede🌸

nur teils renoviert, tolles Frühstück

Das Hotel ist teilweise renoviert. Die Gemeinschaftsflächen schön modern und neu. Der Fitnessbereich ist top, sehr neu und sehr gut ausgestattet, nur Wasser fehlte noch. Das Frühstücksbuffet großartig, eine wirklich tolle Auswahl. Unsere Zimmer waren noch aus den 80ern mit ein paar Dekoelementen aus der aktuellen Zeit. Das Badezimmer bedarf wirklich einer Sanierung, eine 40 cm hohe Duschtasse und graubraune Fliesen sind wenig zeitgemäß. Ein wirkliches Manko ist die Lautstärke, unsere Zimmer lagen seitlich zum großen Parkplatz, also nicht direkt zur Straße. Auch die geschlossenen Fenster lassen sehr viel Lärm durch. EIn Pluspunkt noch war die Bar mit der Barfrau, wirklich nett und herzlich. Wir würden trotz der beschriebenen Mankos wiederkommen. Es hat uns gefallen.

Der eine Teil der Unterkunft war sehr schön und neu renoviert, wir waren leider im noch nicht renovierten Teil und da sah man dann auch, dass das Hotel etwas älter ist (anhat des Mobiliar), es war allerdings sehr sauber und Hunde freundlich. WLAN könnte besser sein. Essen war hervorragend, einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass wir wenn wir zum spa wollten durch Restaurant laufen mussten was abends sehr unangenehm war.

Du har hvad du behøver..

Bare en enkelt overnatning - Et lille værelse, men dog med alt der behøves. Ingen safety boks på værelset og en del trafikstøj trækker ned. Der er del faciliteter på hotel, hvilke vi dog ikke benyttede os af. Ok middag og fin morgenmadsbuffet. Alt i alt absolut fint til prisen..

Wochenendausflug

Bei dem Aufenthalt handelte es sich um eine Übernachtung am Wochenende. Der Empfangsbereich ist sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Der Check in verlief schnell, jedoch wirkte das Personal genervt. Mit dem Gepäck ging es dann über eine kleine Treppe zum Aufzug und dann ins Zimmer.
Dieses ist jedoch leider noch nicht saniert worden. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und das Platzangebot sehr gering. Grundsätzlich war es sehr sauber und ordentlich, entspricht jedoch nicht einem Standard den man bei vier Sternen erwarten könnte. Gegen Abend ging es dann in den Wellnessbereich. Dieser ist sehr ansprechend saniert worden
. Leider störten spielende und kreischende Kinder die Ruhe, sodass entspannen nicht möglich war. Leider gab es keine Aufsicht in diesem Bereich die für Ruhe hätte sorgen können. Somit sind wir nach einem kurzen Aufenthalt wieder gegangen.
Am nächsten morgen ging es dann zum Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön gestaltet und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal hier war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Anschließend ging es zum Check out, welcher problemlos verlief.
Alles in allem war es in Ordnung. Man merkt jedoch deutlich den derzeitigen Umbruch von Alt zu Modern. Die modernen Bereiche können sich dafür aber wirklich sehen lassen.

efterårs ophold.

Ud af hotellets personale, var der to som kunne engelsk. Personalet var lidt uhøflige og ikke venlige. Særligt i hotellets bar. Værelser var slitte og gamle. Vores bil måtte vi flytte to gange fordi de skulle male vægen hvor den stod. Det mest positive var maden.

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen

Rigtig dejligt område. Godt hotel med venligt personale. God pool og sauna. En fin krostue med bowling man kunne benytte om aftenen. Maden var udemærket, specielt morgenmaden. Hotellet er lidt 80’er kitchet, men det er faktisk bare hyggeligt😊
