Yet another lovely couple of days at The Murraypark. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room with great views of Crieff. We ate dinner in the bar because we had our dog with us but it was so cosy and the menu is the same as the restaurant. The food was all delicious! The cooked breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. We are already planning our return trip.

Our stay was lovely from the minute we arrived, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection with freshly cooked breakfast to order , plentiful tea and coffee.

The shower in our room wasn’t working . This was really inconvienent for a family of 4. We reported this to reception and advised someone from maintanience would come and fix it , unfortunately it was time to book out and no one had came . This cut our trip short as we had planned to stay for the day however without being able to wash our hair etc we just headed home. This really put a dampener on our family trip and would put us off returning to the Hotel.

Lovely hotel. Although, everytime I left my bathrobe on the radiator it disappeared after the cleaning was done! They can be worn more than once. Also, rookie error, upon arrival I mistook the coolness of the room to be the heating wasn’t on, which I sorted. Only to find the window wide open when I opened the curtains in the morning, seriously would never imagine an open window on arrival in October, hey ho. Definitely would go back though, really nice staff, food and location

However, we were trying to go to a wedding that was about 6 miles away and we were unable to get any transportation back from the wedding and needed to leave early. That certainly wasn’t the fault of the hotel, but it was not some thing we anticipated in our stay.

This was our first time here, but it will not be our last . From the time we arrived to when we left the staff were just brilliant, they were so attentive, so caring, our special thanks to Zaneta,Carla and Alexandra they were amazing. Overall we had a good stay but with a few hiccups

Have stayed 3 times before pre COVID this was our first time back.
Recognised some of the staff at check in so that was a good start as staff were always friendly and helpful and was nice to see they were still there after COVID.

We were staying for 4 nights and I was looking forward to some quality time with my daughter, our first room was lovely but unfortunately was very noisy due to a generator that can’t be turned off during the night so our first nights sleep was distributed by a constant horrific noise that you just couldn’t get out of your head!!!!

Next morning I mentioned the noise and thankfully was moved to another room which was again lovely and this time very quiet !!!!
Unfortunately this room did not get serviced, again I spoke to reception asking for clean towels, bins to be emptied etc and was told that this was very strange and should have been done (but we are now on Thursday) with no cleaning, bed making, fresh towels, clean crockery for tea and coffee etc.
We came back Thursday evening around 5.30pm to a room which still hadn’t been cleaned
I was disappointed as yet again I had to go to reception to complain about something that really should be getting done everyday.
On a positive note my daughter and I had a lovely time at breakfast and dinners were tasty and stress free, the Hydro was fab we tried most of the activities they had on offer, Active glen Was impressive and the swimming pool was clean and well organised. i

We had a great 3 night stay. Our room was a good size but not much of a view. Beds were comfortable. Powerful shower. Breakfast was very good. We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights. Food was very good and drink reasonably priced. The hotel is in a handy location to get to Crieff Hydro to use the facilities. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful hotel, situated in what looks to be a big, old house, with lovely details and a cozy feel. We had breakfast there every morning, and the cooked breakfast was lovely, as was the service. All of the staff were extremely nice, and the grounds around the hotel are lovely for sitting and reading a book, out back at a picnic table, having or what-not. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. Staff were attentive and friendly. Room was clean and well maintained and the bathroom likewise. Parking was plentiful and appeared safe. The bar was comfortable and the barman was knowledgeable about the many drinks that were available. Breakfast was a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. Overall this hotel although three star provides great service at a very competitive price. Well worth a stay if you are looking for somewhere in the Crieff area.

Hotel is partly through updating, I had a ‘done up’ room, I think, however it is mainly cosmetic, floor boards in the corridor and room above noisy, cracked tiles in bathroom, bathroom door all ratty at the bottom. However really really clean, don’t let this put you off, just not worth the £151 single room B&B charge, standards need to be much higher to achieve this price.

The hotel chain is trying its best under difficult circumstances. No toiletries so take ur own. You need to ask for tea etc after the first day as this does not get replenished. Breakfast was okay served by some lovely staff especially Shannon who tried to make the experience as nice as possible.

My day went well.

My stay was very pleasant,check in was good, staff were very friendly, and efficient, food was good, the hotel is in a very quiet location, and comfortable, it suited my needs for a overnight business stop, if there is any criticism, then it would be of any older building, floor boards,or ceilings creak as residents move about, light and general sounds come through room doors, on a positive note I would consider staying here again.

It’s a nice hotel, cosy, great food. Rooms are large but I feel they should update them ,beds not that comfy and pillows not great. Carpet in room 8 bit old. Maybes this is an older room that’s not been refurbished. I think if we came back we would ask for a modern room.

First time at this hotel in Crieff. Absolutely fabulous. Staff were amazing, the hotel room was clean and fresh , the food was amazing! Try the smokey fish soup!!!! Lovely breakfast! Overall 5 star experience at a really decent price. In top of that, being little sister of Crieff Hydro we were enjoying the facilities of the big hotel had to offer , being a short walk from Murraypark. Definitely will be back. Highly recommended!
