A good stay and possibly the best breakfast ever plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast was piping hot on the negative side we booked this hotel as it advertised parking which it has but they didn’t say is it’s limited parking for possibly 6 maybe 7 cars only and on a first come basis

The hotel looks a little tired and could benefit from more regular, thorough cleaning, especially in the communal areas. Unfortunately, I did not have any Wi-Fi on the second day of my stay, which was deeply problematic as I had intended to take some online video calls. I was very happy with the breakfast. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. The bed was average.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom luxury apartment for 1 night with my husband and children and 1 night wasnt long enough! What a beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. We most certainly will be staying again and will be recommending to our friends and family. Little treasure by the sea.

Outstanding service, outstanding apartment, wonderful views. The property was very modern (luxery 3 bed apartment ) with a mix of the old buiding still in place. The lounge has a large bay window that commands a view of the entire beach front. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and modern appliance. The bathrooms are modern with rainbow shower heads. The main bedroom beautifully decorated with a lovely comfortable bed. I can not fault the service front the 3 staff in the hotel that i met. I had a wonderful stay absolutely wonderful.

Fabulous Hotel

I asked for a quiet room, and they happily obliged, plus parking for my motorcycle which again was provided in their private (but small) car park. The car park was a bit difficult to find, but if you head towards the Premier Inn, it's dirctly opposite and is part of the Four Seasons hotel. Breakfast was vey good and filling. A few minutes walk to the centre and the sea front. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The hotel was a bit tired and my room could've been cleaner. Easy to find but parking spaces very limited. Well located to walk easily into town or the seafront. The owner and staff were very welcoming and cheerful to be fair. Breakfast was very good. Hot and cold buffet. Lots of choice and plenty of it. Bedding was clean but mattress very thin. Excellent value for money though. It was a pleasant stay for the time we spent there. Honestly couldn't fault the helpful staff and it was a concern after reading some dodgy reviews.

The hotel has a restaurant, it is also very convenient to shopping, cafes and restaurants.
Central location; Few short blocks to the ocean promenade and few short blocks to train station.
Peaceful and relaxing town.

Staff were fantastic, accommodating my booking error and made us feel very welcome.

A few fine details such as the corners in the shower could use a little attention and the mattress could do with a little padding but overall a wonderful stay. We will return on our next visit.

Only booked a one night stay, initial impressions were that it was quite scruffy, we had to walk through the minuscule car park to get to our room, lots of cigarette buts on the floor, greeted by an open cleaners cupboard on entering the hallway, our room was very basic with no nice decor and supposed to be a deluxe twin, not sure what the deluxe was. Tea coffee and bottled water provided but these were warm due to no mini fridge. The bathroom was too hot and there was no reachable window to open to let air in, it also smelt of cat pee for some reason. The beds were comfortable although we got woken up early due to staff accessing their cleaning cupboard. Breakfast was disappointing, small child size cereal boxes and a dried up fried breakfast and a few apples was all that was on offer, juices, water and the milk were all warm due to no refrigeration facility. It served its purpose but i wouldnt return again.

DO NOT BOOK - the hotel contacted me 15 minutes before check in to say they had no room and would put me in their sister hotel, the Queensbury. It was FILTHY. It was run down. The room we had was not in any way deluxe and not what I paid for. The hotel is also refusing to compensate. Steer clear.

A party came back at 2:30am woke me up as you can hear all doors on the hotel open. That and they were being so loud. They were young and drunk. So that part I can forgive. What was horrendous is that they were playing music until 5:45 in the morning. They kept me up. You can’t complain because the hotel isn’t manned as I found out at half 4 after having enough. When I complained the next day the hotel dissolved themselves of any kind of accountability and said the hotel manager would call me as he was away. I never had that phone call. I would go to the premier inn directly across the road

The person on reception wasn't friendly, we had arrived early and when i enquired if the room was ready, the reply was short and sharp.
The studio room wasn't as advertised, it had one single bed in the kitchenette area with no blind at the window or the rooflight. The hotel were unable to change the room as they were fully booked and sent maintenance to buy a blind which was prompty fitted.
We were woken at 2am by we can only assume staff who were sitting outside chatting, this continued until approximately 4am
Neither window opened, therefore it was very stuffy.
I certainly wouldn't recommend.

WIFI good enough for work emails, staff very helpful and polite, Breakfast good, room very spacious and clean but bed a bit hard and noisy seagulls all night which will the same for every hotel in area.

Nice cosy rooms, central location. Very limited parking in a very small forecourt, 4 cars maximum. If you’re booking for the parking don’t be fooled by the ‘free parking’! And a late check in at 3pm plus the added time to find parking, and an early check out at 10am is abit harsh. But everything else was nice! Room was clean and breakfast was included in the price!

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding my recent stay. On Saturday morning, construction work commenced early, involving the use of very loud machinery. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance about any scheduled work during our visit. Given our long journey the previous day, the noise was quite disruptive to our rest.

When I inquired with the receptionist about the ongoing work, I was informed that it was planned, but the response seemed rather indifferent. Additionally, the area was cordoned off, which made accessing the restaurant from our room inconvenient, requiring us to take a longer route.

Furthermore, the room designated as a superior twin room did not meet my expectations for the price paid for our two-night stay. Due to the inclement weather on our final morning, we decided not to go for breakfast because of the distance we would have had to walk to reach the front of the hotel.

I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope they may be addressed for the benefit of future guests. Thank you.

Group booking of 3 rooms. All parties were more than happy with the room standard and the bar. Breakfast was a buffet style \"full Welsh\" and did the job. The breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive as was reception upon arrival. The only point to note is the hotel car park is small and can only accommodate 5 average cars, this meant we all had to park on the street surrounding the hotel. It was free to park on the street, so not the end of the world but just something to consider.

What can I say the room we had booked boasted a king bed. In fact it was two single beds pushed together that drifted apart when you lay on it. When questioned the owner/manager was rude and aggressive and said it could not be parting as it was a “zip and lock bed.” I checked and it was 2 single beds pushed together that were not secured by any zips or locks! We were allocated a different room that had no wardrobe and the fumes from freshly applied gloss paint was so overwhelming that within 10 minutes my eyes were streaming and I had a headache. Again the owner/ manager was rude and said we were more than welcome to move out. All other hotels were fully booked otherwise we would’ve vacated there and then. Eventually a third room was found for us which was adequate by that time we just wanted to unpack and enjoy our stay in Aberystwyth. We were not offered any refund in fact we were not even offered a complimentary drink from the bar for the inconvenience of having to change rooms 3 times! I will definitely not be recommending this hotel the service was shocking I have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone. I had to question why all the other hotels in the area were full yet we were able to change room three times. I now know why.

The location is perfect for the town and the seafront. Parking is non existent, pot luck if you can find something outside or a near by street.

Fours Seasons - all you need when in Aberystwyth

Excellent choice for anyone who wants a convenient, close to the beach hotel and who doesn't require a high star accommodation. The room snd the bed were big and comfy, the bathroom with the shower was huge, and it was pleasantly warm. Room could do with some deep cleaning but otherwise was perfect. The car park is small, fits 4-5 cars, and i was lucky to grab a spot for my car. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style and you could choose from fruits, cereals, juices, jogurts, full english, tea, coffee, all you need to start a perfect day. And the ladies serving food were very friendly. Will definitely choose Four Seasons again in the future.

On booking in, i was taken to a different hotel, which was down the street, Morawel, i didnt realise at the time but on checking, i realised they advertise in their own right and i certainly wouldn't have booked it given its reviews. As it turned out, i was given the attic room but the stairs was unsuitable for me, surprised there suitable for anyone actually, thin and steep, so went back to the main reception, which i was then given a room in the main building, not sure why i wasnt given this one in the first place. The room was suitable, shame about the ripped nets at the window, and the wonky table, bed not very comfortable but that can be personal choice. The bathroom was modern, and i couldnt fault the breakfast, staff was friendly. I would stay again but id want to make sure where i was actually staying first, if im booking from a particular advert then thats what im expecting, there seem to be lots of rooms off site.

Very poor customer service. We were told to stay in another associates hotel called Queens bridge at the last minute. We made booking at east 6 weeks in advance and when I called the hotel on the day to enquire about parking we were told to go to another hotel. They did not bother to contact us and discuss with us forget about an apology for inconvenience y tu I the whole family. Very bad experience and never going to book four seasons again

Never again!

One night stay in this hotel. Looked very clean and welcoming on ground floor...dining area lounge area etc. However, once on the stairway on the approach to our room, the plsce was very different. Dirty carpets, really bad paint on walls. Our room was tiny, windows filthy, and although we had booked as a couple, only one tiny towel and one bath towel were left for us. Handle of cupboard missing, and skylight window filthy. No water glasses in the room. Breakfast was good...the only thing which was good about this stay.
