Had yet another lovely stay. We have stayed here quite a few times now and we are never disappointed. Staff were lovely, friendly and extremely accommodating. Bed was really comfortable so had a great nights sleep. Rooms were warm and cozy too. Breakfast was ok but I feel it is very limited as I would have preferred maybe that other options to pick from were able that’s my only issue. The lady who does deals with the bookings and front of house went out her way to accommodate our request and she was such a chatty approachable person. Definitely booking again. Highly recommend it.

The room had an overpowering smell from some type of cleaner. It made me nauseated sll night. We left the eindow open so it was not as bad the next day. The shower was moldy. We understood breakfast was served at 7 so went down and wS told it was at 8 that day but would be at 7 the next day. When we went down at 7 the next day we were told it was at 8

The hotel room was cosy & spotlessly clean. Nice big comfortable bed, great shower and nice fluffy towels. We stayed 2 nights. The maid made sure we had fresh towels and we were stocked up on tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was hot and tasty. We also had some lunch in the bar area, it was really nice. Service was 10/10 in the restaurant & bar. Would definitely return.

Great Value for Money, nice rooms, great breakfast too. Only small niggle was the larger of the two beds in our room was very hard. The best thing without question are the staff. Every one of them even in the bar really seem to care about your experience and nothing is too much trouble. For a young group they are all an absolute credit to the place and we would only consider here in future when we are back in Callander.
