Great place to stay to spend time at the blue lagoon and frenchmans cove. Clean , comfy and friendly. Its not luxury but its a perfect little stay to see the local area. My partner and I had dinner and breakfast on the terrace which was lovely. Spray bug if outside - its the only place we travelled to in Jamaica i came away with some bites. Deffo worth a stay!

Great property in the remote and rural Breakfast had to be preordered from the night before so the staff can make preparations in the morning.The host was very gracious and welcoming, he explained all the necessities upon arrival. Host also explained that he took over the property a few months ago and was still familiarizing and learning with the staff. I anticipate that he will look to implement a few changes in and around the property to make it more modern for guests. Orherwise, it was peaceful and one will feel engulfed in nature and beautiful scenery as wll as the excellent views of the ocean and river that was close by. The staff on-sight are very warm and willing to assist with your needs.
Only take away is that the host shouod allow guests to be able to order meals such as lunch or dinner same day instead of a preorder. The menu is simple enough to be able to take a day- of order.

The stay was good. (With the exception of the tropical storm that ruined some of our plans. All mother nature and nothing to do with the property.) A few things can be updated in and around the property but all in all, it was a good stay. I would probably recommend to a few friends for when they head east. Property location gives easy access to main Portland offerings with a feeling of safety as well.

The property was cute but I think it needs to be a bit clearer that the rooms with the amazing views require a LOT of stairs. Not just two or 3 levels but a lot. The place was very clean. The pre-arrival service was exceptional. Giving directions to the place was extremely helpful. The check in upon arrival was also great. I did not like to have to take my shoes off. It felt unnecessary and was a major inconvenience. I didn't know about it until after I booked. Overall, it was fine.

The place is located in the highland along the coast. It is actually difficult to get there with Google map because the small road that leads to the place is not correctly recorded on google map. We found that Apple Map works much better in this area. The place has a beautiful view of the landscape and convenient access to a swimming pool. Lots of mangos that you can pick. The lady at the reception was super friendly. However, it's not very easy to find a decent restaurant within walking distance. You either have to drive to the town or eat at the guesthouse. It was also difficult to make payment if you book the room on their own website and credit card will be charged an additional fee. It is within walking distance to Frenchman's Cove but it feels dangerous to walk on the roadside as there are some wild drivers and there is no pedestrian lane. The property has a no shoe policy and it feels uncomfortable to walk on the wet floor with bare foot when it's rainy.

I was informed that the room i booked could not have 4 people in as all nations had the reservation for 3 people. I immediately asked for the money rerurning and that we would go some where else. The staff member was patronising and stated it was none refundable. We thrn left the accommodation. While i was out the owner of All nations Alex phoned me on my phone and on WhatsApp and was sending messages on WhatsApp for 4.5 hours. Until 1am, i informed him this was harassment and explained i was very disappointed with the reception i had received. Alex insisted i purchase another room for 1 guest which i wasnt prepared to do as there was enough room for 4 people in the room i booked and paid for. The owner made myself and guests felt so uncomfortable that we did not even stay at the accommodation. I would not recommend this accommodation

Our original room was described as Panoramic with an Ocean View and a Balcony. The ocean view was entirely obscured by the enormous bed headboard, the tiny balcony was on the side and just about offered a view. There were two stools, no seats. Worst of all was the 67 steps to get to and from our room every time. But the staff were friendly and super helpful, getting us moved to a room downstairs in the front building - no steps! Unfortunately this room had a shower in a narrow bath, the bathroom mirror was chipped and some of the tiles stained - all needs upgrading. There were no seats, no in room or free coffee. There was no fridge though buckets of ice were freely available. No bar, but alcohol always available and a fantastic bar in GeeJam hotel next door. Good food in house and a great restaurant in GeeJam. Good pool..

If you are looking for homey, attentive and accomodating staff, great breakfast, top tier clean...this is it. I rented three rooms upstairs in the front villa. Two issues was the king room that I rented did not have a working whirlpool tub and the spa shower was also not fully operational. I queried the front desk about both. The response was that the whirlpool tub leaks in another room and I was told someone would check out shower but no one got back to me. I think it is fair to rent that room at a cheaper rate due to those issues. The other is if you are interested in watching Netflix etc, 2 of my rooms had smart TVs that did not work due to weak wifi. Just a point to note if you are a TV watcher. Otherwise I would recommend the property to all you want a clean, safe and beautiful home away from home to stay in the hills of Portland. The guesthouse is close to frenchman cove, blue lagoon and boston bay beaches. We got good recommendations to go into Port Antonio town for dinner and ice cream from staff. Staff even warmed up our food that we bought from outside restaurants. Overall we had a great stay and the staff was awesome.

We were greeted with the most pleasant smile by owners Alex and wife Frea. Free Parking on site. After checked in we were given a tour of our rooms and the property...can i say \"AMAZING\" ...the rooms were clean and just as shown in pictures...the views were tranquil. Grounds were well kept...Wifi and netflix worked well. Staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating... special thanks to Fitzroy and chef Shadea those breakfast were on point. It felt like home away from home... I'm a frequent traveler and this has just become one of my top 2 places to stay...Can't wait for my next visit...thanks guys for an incredibly stay.

Everything I was hoping for on our off-resort family vacation (mom and 2 kids). Close to many natural attractions and just hanging around the guesthouse was relaxing and beautiful. Use of the communal kitchen was a lifesaver for my picky 5 year old and we were able to pick up simple groceries at the convenience/grocery store in a village just 10 minutes walk away (fresh veggies and fruits were even closer). The same village also had a couple of small takeout style restaurants but we went twice to the same hot dog/burger/fries spot since that’s what the kids wanted. Meals prepared by the chef at the guesthouse were delicious and authentic and reasonably portioned.

The property is beautiful, clean, and very quiet/calm. If you like the odors, this is perfect for you. You’re surrounded by trees,birds, and the view from the pagena room is beautiful. Only negative is the distance it is from the main part of town. And how there really wasn’t much to do but go to the pool and sleep. FYI- no tv’s in the rooms. But the staff has trusting drivers that can drive you around for a fee if you want to go out and do activities. Also taxis down the road. The property offers meals but it was more so on the pricey side- for dinner ($15-20 per person.. not including drinks). I wouldn’t recommend this location for young adults who want to go out and experience the night life. Not many parties, if any, happen near that area. Again, you’d have to get a driver or ride a taxi. While there, we experienced Frenchman’s cove and that made the trip for us! Very clean, beautiful beach with great staff an amazing food.

If you are traveling near Port Antonio, this is a GREAT place to stay! The hosts could not have been more welcoming and accommodating towards us. The house is very clean and the owners clearly care about keeping it that way - we even took our shoes off at the door to help keep it clean! We also felt very safe there. Sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean was extremely relaxing. There is a BEAUTIFUL little beach (free) only a 5 minute walk away where we went snorkeling. Frenchman's cove beach ($1000 JMD per person) is also within walking distance. The house offers meals, however, we had some excellent food at the local places down on the street which was delicious.

My partner and I stayed at All Nations for a week. The room was spacious and clean. The guesthouse is beautiful and has amazing views. Nadia & Nino, who run the guesthouse, were very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. The guesthouse is peaceful and calm, they ensure that all guests are comfortable and have access to all areas of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we hope to stay here again soon.

The staff were great. The property is located away from the centre of Port Antonio, requiring a route taxi to get into town, but this is not a problem. Walking distance to Frenchman's Cove, a very nice beach.

We stayed in Rodinia for 5 nights. Nadia, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very much at home. The balcony for the room is small so we spent time in the communal areas which allowed us to mix with the other lovely guests. A trip to Reach Falls with a local guide, Chris, organised by Nadia was the high spot. The bed was big and comfortable and there was plenty of hanging and storage space. Frenchman's Cove is a 10 minute walk and Nadia also arranged access to a private beach which was small but with luxury loungers and a great outlook, just a few minutes a at down some steps. Winifred's public beach is a short drive away.
