Parking is a NIGHTMARE and the staff was rude about helping us figure out parking. They should really have a link that clearly tells people there is NO PARKING at the hotel and where the parking lots are located. (We had to walk .8 of a mile with our luggage which was totally unacceptable for how much we paid per night! They should have at least told us we could drive up and drop our luggage.)
The room was big, clean and had a great view. The coffee maker was nice, but instructions in English would have been super helpful (or even a QR code on how to use it)!
The bathroom lighting was the worst we have had in all of our stays in Europe.

The hotel is nice and in a fantastic location. However be very wary about the quote given by Hotels.com. Even though I booked a family room for 4 people including free breakfast, when I checked out of the hotel they charged me for breakfast and an extra \"Alloggio\" fee for each of my children for an extra 240 francs! This was wildly inconsistent with the Hotels.com quote.

Great location, right on the waterfront. Had a great dinner with many good restaurants within a block and nice breakfast in the hotel. Make sure to use the spa on the bottom floor while you are there.

Schönes Hotel direkt an top Lage mit vielen Restaurants! Das Zimmer war gross genug und modern eingerichtet, lediglich der Fernseher war sehr klein für aktuelle Zeiten (vielleicht 20 Zoll). Wir waren dort für eine Nacht und eigentlich sehr zufrieden, wenn die Matratze nicht so hart gewesen wäre.

Wir waren im Zimmer 401 mit Dachfenster. Generell war die Höhe der Lukarne knapp. (Bin sicher nicht der ‚Kleinste‘.)

Kurzweitiger Urlaub gewesen, das Hotel hat kein Restaurant und keine Bar, aber es hat viele in der nahen Umgebung. Es hat einen Kühlschrank mit Mineral oder diverse Alkohol Getränke die man selber nehmen kann und auf das Zimmer schreiben.

Konnte früher einchecken, Zimmer schöne Aussicht auf den See. Frühstück war Okey. Leider hat es im Zimmer 403 einen fauligen, stinkenden Duft. Dieser verging auch nach intensiven Lüften, über Stunden, leider nicht weg. Hab am nächsten Tag, frühzeitig ausgecheckt! Musste beide Nächte zahlen, ausser einen Sorry, gabs nichts!!!
