The property is well located to the main Central points of view, the building it self is well maintained but could be better, as we have strained in around floor am 209 and during the shower time the wanter was leaking between the doors...
Breakfast was average.Reception women staff was really helpful and caring ,always asking about the breakfast time wanted and if required a snak box for when going to the trips, also helpful with the taxi service to the airport and the required payment needed. Reception staff were very prompt in answering the messages online.
The taxi service from arrival time was fine, but the drop off was not pleasant, as the car was not working properly as was not entering into the gear and ge was a bit strefull as well as was the times of the Cuzco party and he was stressed about it and make unpleasant atmosphere for us too which was not needed, also at the drop off to the airport he was asking for more money than the receptionist has said that the cost will be, despite the fact that we have left for him tip and he was keep on asking for more as he spoke with one of his colleagues in Spanish and has suggested a different price... s/35 Receptionist said s/25.
A down side will be that at night some music could of been had due to the near by club, but as a lot of activities did not bother us much, but just to take into account
