Hotel is great for the price. It’s under Reno’s and a lil older but a really nice stay for what they charge. My sons loved the Hot Tub and Steam Room. Breakfast was great. Staff when checking in were very nice and put us right by the pool area!

Upon checking in the room looked clean but upon closer inspection noticed what looked like blood smear on the door and bathroom wall above the toilet paper holder. Sat on the couch and had the arm piece flop down.Later on we noticed there were tiny ants crawling everywhere on the floor. We ended up putting all suitcases up on the desk to avoid having them crawling in our bags.We ended up checking out at 5 a.m.

Our room was an absolute disappointment. The photos show tastefully renovated rooms, clean and good amenities. Our room has had zero updates, very dirty, stained carpet, a tiny tv with deep gouged scratching, making the picture hard to see, cube sized fridge and very smal old microwave. If I had seen a photo of the room we received u would have NEVER considered booking this property. They were unwilling to move our room when asked. In addition the lights from the pool area were on and bright all night, and we did not have adequate window covering to keep the light out. The towels were tiny and scratchy to use. Finally when I went to check out at the end of the weekend, the hotel charged me more than th le fees on hotels.com. I am absolutely disgusted with our experience here

The front desk staff, not particularily polite when I checked in. Didn't provide much information, had to try and figure out stuff ourselves. Biggest concern ... NO snow removal on exterior stairs, making for a very unsafe situation. Bed very firm ...tap was very loose in room. Breafast ( scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns ) cold.

Worst hotel experience. Was told upon check-in that my deposit would be returned in approximately 7 days. The deposit was also 2.5 times more than the night stay. So I said nevermind i will go to another hotel. The associate named Inder to me he had to wait till Monday to get my refund that i jad initially paid for. Still haven't received email or refund.

TL;DR? 0 stars. Disgusting. Felt unsafe. Dirty. Lack of amenities. Very run down, under reno. Do not book unless you know you have a renovated room, at very least.

Full disclosure, I wouldn’t have bothered leaving a review had I also not had a poor experience with management - I spilled some red wine (my fault, I acknowledged) on the sheet and was invoiced by email $80 for a sheet and mattress protector. It took 3 attempts (including a complaint to Wyndham directly) to get a response from the hotel about the charge, and their response was ‘that’s policy’ even after I described the conditions of our stay. Maybe they should switch to Tide? 🙄 I wasn’t asking anything other than the reversal of the invoice, not the stay.
I booked the room not expecting much, we just needed a place to sleep and I’m not overly picky - I figured it’s a Ramada, how bad could it be? Had we not arrived late and exhausted with kids I wouldn’t have stayed. The room itself was so gross, incredibly run down with damage everywhere, disgusting carpets, dirty mugs, no drinking glasses, questionable room towels. The pool had no towels and there seemed to be no inside access to an attendant/reception, you had to leave the building to get around to the front desk? Didn’t feel ideal for a late check in. There was a pile of stuff in the lot at room entrance, looked like someone was camping out there or evicted from a room, couldn’t tell if someone was sleeping there. I could go on.

My stay wasn’t long but I had a great experience here. The stuff was really kind and helpful when I had questions and the room was very clean! I had to move the couch when I dropped something behind it and there was not a spec of dust or crumbs under it (even my own house isn’t always that clean haha). Some rough spots in the room were unfinished or a bit run down but for the price I was impressed and happy. Some rooms are motel style so if you don’t want that you should check if you’ll have indoor or outdoor room access. Otherwise, I would stay there again

Booked it because it was a Ramada only to get there and find out it's a old outdated motel that they slapped the name radar on. The only thing that was ok was the pool area.

The rooms were not very clean and had patched drywall everywhere. Upon getting there we discovered that some of the room had indoor access to the pool and breakfast area. One of our group had 3 small children and had to get them dressed and take them through -25 weather to the pool then had to go back out wet after swimming in the cold to get a room. Their website is misleading as there is no mention that most rooms are motel style. Our bed was broken and when I complained about they said someone would have to look at it to determine if we did it. They changed the bed and noticed that there was a Pepsi spill on the sheets and said we would need to pay for the \"stain\". I said it's not stained if you want i will take it and wash it to prove it. They didn't charge me. Everything stated that breakfast was from 7-10 but they kicked us out by 9:00. Then finally after leaving we were charge extra money because another room had spilled chocolate milk in the bed. The said they did not want to you h it and made us pay for it. I asked for pictures of it washed to prove it was stained and they stated it was not washed and was written off. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was an interesting stay, the building doesn't look like much, but they have a pool, hot tub, and steam room. The rooms were super clean, and the staff were top notch. The staff went out of their way to make our stay worthwhile. I would most definitely. Breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely be back, and this is where I will choose to stay.

The room/bed itself was decently big and comfortable. We don’t expect too much from a budget motel but getting locked out of your room for 45 minutes in a swim suit at 10 pm. Management couldn’t even open it with a master key. When we finally got in we had plans to go eat and their solution was to prop the door open while we were gone. We finally after an hour got the key to work but seriously. Make sure your doors work and batterie's/key locks are changed.

The sheets would not stay on the bed. I didn't like that I had to go outside to get to the indoor pool when it was -20C. Breakfast was literally empty and she couldn't make it fast enough, showing me she was not prepared, and when I asked for something she was annoyed. The toaster was broken and the coffee was luke warm. I got the last bagel and it was only 8 am.

Shower heads but no way to turn them on as they changed spout in tub to regular with no part to pull to start shower. Plug for in tub on bottom was total black mold. Tv in one room no signal. One bathroom never had plug for tub and had to use face cloth. Only have decaffeinated coffee in rooms. Parking not great either. I will never use Ramada again

I understand doing construction however this is something that should have been mentioned after booking as we were travelling with a small child who does need to take naps and it’s a little difficult with the construction noises. In addition the rooms themselves weren’t very clean lots of dust microwave didn’t work, not good breakfast options. Overall I should have paid a little more to get a nicer hotel.

I can’t say very good and the same can’t say bad! Price very nice for my family, but when we were by the swimming pool, the guys drink the alcohol, my kids don’t understand that. My neighbour was smoked couple times and smoke came to my room. I’m ok with the price but kids don’t want to come back. I hope this hotel can be better!

The front desk area smelled bad.
No dishes in Kitchenette room. The staff gave us some, that we had to pick up, only to discover most were OBVIOUSLY dirty, including one pot with dirt, food and even a dead fly!
Garbage and 2 pairs of garbage shoes were in parking lot within 10 ft of our door, the whole 3 days, and very dirty outside. In 10 minutes, a worker could pick up garbage and sweep!! Very dumpy looking outside, especially at the farthest back area, makes for a bad first impression.
1 inch gap under the inside door to the hallway with light and noise coming in. Many doors were this way.
Disgusting couch in room, dirty with greasy looking stains.

All main floor rooms were under renovation, so we were placed on second floor. The beds and bathroom were clean. Same cannot be said for the chair and rug. Perhaps that will change as renovations move upstairs. Breakfast was ok. Beds were ok. Front desk staff were ok but the area smelled of body odour.
This would have been okay for an overnight only but wasn’t great for a weekend stay.

Friendly staff, quick check-in, ease of parking, room had everything and more, clean, comphy bed. Didn't use the pool.

Only thing I'd suggest would be to have signage around the inside of the hotel explaining where the front desk was. The halls were very confusing. I got turned around, so I had to go back to the room and leave by the back door.

Wouldn't stay again. I booked this hotel for the kitchenette and hottub, the hot tub was out of order and the kitchenette wasnt stocked with dishes.

Flies in my room, killed 6 on the first night. Paper thin blankets and walls. You can hear your neighbors moving in their rooms and talking. Hammering early in the morning near my room, and because half the rooms are outside facing (motel style) there was random knocking on my door at 7 am one morning.

Staff are friendly, lobby needs some serious TLC. Wishing I had booked at the hotel across the parking lot instead. Overall unimpressed and frustrated.

More Cons than Pros

- [ ] Had to use my cell phone to call the front desk as the telephone was not working.
- [ ] Explained to Ali that the air conditioner would not turn on. He said he’d be up in five minutes. Which he was. He went and reset the breaker that was located in a different room. Assuming a mechanical room. Air conditioner seems working well now.
- [ ] Later the AC stopped and was just blowing air. Lucky we had a window to open.
- [ ] The room was pleasantly cool enough.
- [ ] Bed nice and comfortable.
- [ ] No floor plan posted anywhere. Should at least be in the room showing emergency exits, alarms and extinguishers. Not sure if I just missed it.
- [ ] No fire escape plan. Did not see any indication of the emergency exit in hall.
- [ ] I’m sure there were there but I didn’t notice any fire extinguishers.
- [ ] A sign not seen is useless. The sign for the ice machine was flat on the wall. Not visible from either end of the hall. A hanging sign over the ice machine would be more visible and useful. Much like the sign for the breakfast room.
- [ ] Was a menu for the neighbouring restaurant, that was nice.
- [ ] Breakfast eggs, just ok, sausages undercooked and funny spice, potatoes were overcooked and tasted bad.
- [ ] Had real plates and bowls, very good.
- [ ] Utensils were poor plastic but not unlike most other places I have stayed.
- [ ] Hot water dispenser extremely slow. Took nearly a minute to fill my large mug. Did it in two trips. .

The photos are VERY misleading. I think they may have renovated a couple of the rooms & took photos of those but left the rest as they were 40 years ago. The bathroom (toilet & tub) had been redone recently & it was nice, but the sink was straight outta the 70’s. The faucet is so short that the water runs down the edge of the sink so it’s very difficult to wash your hands & the drain can’t handle the direct water flow so it backs up, leaving a pool of toothpaste & spit when you brush your teeth. The carpet was filthy & very old & the chair in the corner had all kinds of stains on it. Although the hotel room is non-smoking now, the stench of decades of stale smoke smacks you in the face as soon as you open the door.
The bed, however, was comfortable & the sheets were clean. The price was low (which admittedly should have clued us in, but again, those photos are misleading.) I wouldn’t stay here again or suggest it to anyone else, but my husband & I were looking for a quiet place to sleep while our son celebrated his 18th birthday at our house with his friends & we got what we went there for… the hotel was very quiet & we both slept fine.
