There was poop on the toilet seat in our room when we checked in. We called housekeeping and asked to be moved. Then we waited well over an hour and had to call a second time. Finally almost two hours later a lady came and moved us. Disgusting.

The staff were great, rooms were clean and comfy. Lower level is a bit dated, but whatever. You sleep with your eyes closed, and the room itself was nice. Water pressure in the shower is hit and miss, and will go from luke warm to scorching hot in a snap, so be ready to dive out of the way! Overall, everything was excellent

Room is very dated. Torn blinds, tv not working properly, fridge extremely loud high pitch and bathtub plug/drain broken. Beds and bedding were comfortable. No fan in bathroom so steams up quickly. Pool area quite dated. Hotel is in need of a few updates. Hallway to room was extremely dirty and def not vacuumed during the stay. Loose dirt and wrappers visible

We enjoy staying on the Club level and taking advantage of the Club Lounge. The rooms are clean and spacious. The lounge is convenient and serves great Appetizers in the evening and breakfast in the am. The staff are friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The steakhouse had a decent menu however the food itself was sub par. Food was cold or forgotten, waiter appeared sloppy and the service was reflective of the appearance. The hotel was clean and bough however visibly starting to be run down. Hotel staff made jokes like “we put you in the presidential suite, just joking it’s the cheapest room we have” when checking in. When asked about snacks that were available our room type was reviewed and then said “for you just the vending machine”.

Our room was very clean and well maintained. Lots of toiletries, towels, etc. And the bed....oh..those comfy beds! Fantastic! The Staff was amazing, right from the time we checked-in and checked-out. At the Garden Terrace Lounge, we had a fantastic steak supper. Our waitress was awesome. All the staff had fantastic personalities and were very professional. Any question we asked was answered. A fantastic team at the Red Deer Resort & Casino!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the incredible experience!!

Our visit to Red Deer Resort was enjoyable. Check in was good.
Restaurant's were very good, great service.
Parking excellent.
Our room was a deluxe King, we were a bit sad, really thought we would have been supplied to with robes, slippers, glass water glasses, coffee mugs for the coffee maker that was in the room. That's how it was described .
The bar fridge was inside a cupboard with a wooden door which should be replaced, when you opened the wood door it dragged on the floor all the time.
Pool - bathroom/change room, the door sticks when closed, I thought I was locked inside. I finally had too kick the door for it to open. Not impressed. Hot Tub jets need to fixed . Yes a whole bunch of little things add up to alot. Give TLC to this property would go back for sure

Went for supper and the food was crazy expensive. Food was ok but have had better. Seem like they want to make it look like a high end steak house type place but it is far from it. Be ok of prices were have what they were. More like a Montana's restaurant but Keg Steak House prices. Will not ever eat there again.

Room is dated but fine. It seemed clean but, of course, when it is this dated it can never feel that clean. It did its job. Casino was nice and staff were fine. The gym also was not that great as the one cable machine was really weird and did not function very well. Luckily they have a couple benches and dumbbells which do the job. They also had treadmills and stationary bikes which were good. Overall, was not impressed and the rooms definitely need renovating but it did the job for a few nights.

Clean room with tasteful decor & well made furniture. I appreciated the thickness of the duvet and quality of the pillows. The local photographs in frames were a nice touch. Only one elevator was working, making for a very long wait to head up to our room. Wasn’t impressed with the food at the lobby bar, the burger was burnt, fries were cold, “baked lasagna” was more like microwaved lasagna and had a sour taste. But overall the hotel was a nice place to stay, would stay here again.

I had asked Expedia to Cancel our reservation, as I had paid for cancellation insurance, they kept saying they could not get a hold of your property, I called your Office at the casino and they advised me that Expedia never contacted them and they were the only one that could cancel it. I will never deal with EXPEDIA AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT AS WELL AS I PAID OVER 170 DOLLARS AND AM OUT OF IT.

This was a horrible stay! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was one of the worst.

We had no choice of room because we booked through Expedia. We were in a very old section. I hear the other section is nice but we stepped back into 1960’s.

The room stunk. It was very old. Stains on carpets. Tile floor needs redone.

The staff was very nice.

If we could have canceled we would have but we booked through Expedia so we had no option but to stay or lose our money.

The check in process was seemless but staff members acted childish and not how I expected in front of a client. On the way to my room the hall floors were very dirty. Comfortably large rooms. Beds were a bit lumpy but managed for two nights. Likely would not book again with no breakfast included. Pretty much every comparable hotel has a free breakfast and is likely newer. Since there is no cost savings here, I'd pick an area hotel that includes the free breakfast and you're better off.

Hotel rooms are outdated, dusty, hard to breathe. The hot/cold water was reversed, and the bathroom design allows for the entire bathroom to flood while showering, and if you have a fancy outing, your clothes may get soaked. The bathroom door is waterlogged from being soaked from the shower. The tv is intermittent, there are only 2 vending machines for 14 floors of rooms. The elevators are old and the buttons don’t work, they go up and down passed where you want to go multiple times before picking/dropping you off. Alternatively there is NO option for a staircase instead. They said there’s too many homeless. Perhaps you could have key access to a door. What happens in a fire situation?? They charge like it’s a luxury hotel, when in reality, it’s extremely subpar at best. The staff are nice, but you can tell you inconvenience them when you ask for anything (like a pen) The food was just ok, the conference room ceilings are water damaged from previous floods… honestly the entire hotel needs to be redone. I wouldn’t come back here.
