There was an out of control sports team there at the same time and the staff did nothing to mitigate the noise or thundering in halls at all hours. Reached out to the GM on email and called with no response. Terrible experience and wouldn't suggest anyone stay here.

Breakfast menu was great; freshly cooked waffle and all breakfast stuff was great. Room was lovely and only complaint was the fridge was really noisy. Our cards were also cut off early at 9am before the check out time and we had to go to reception to have them redone, as did the lady in the same elevator. good value though and would recommend to others.

Room was a little smaller than expected. Bedding smelt of bleach. Pool was a little murky but there were a lot of people. Only one pool. Would have liked a separate pool that was deeper. Staff was incredible and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Again, it was a busy weekend. We didn’t have the breakfast because of the amount of people. Parking was tight. Again, it was a packed hotel.

The shower in our bathroom had Luke warm water but the sink had hot. The property was aware but did not mention it to us on arrival and no compensation offered for the inconvenience. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lady who checked us in was really nice but the guy who took our keys in the morning neglected to check us out and was quite irritating.

Apon arrival to the hotel room we walked in and the bathroom was very dirty and the bath tub as well, we alao did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom, when we approached the front desk all they gave us was more towels to clean up the water, they didnt even attempt to come and put a shower curtain in for us

We stayed in room 423 on the 14th and checked out on the 15th of February it was our valentines day together. My husband woke up yesterday morning with bed bug bite on his legs and now his legs are very swollen and hes in alot of pain. I'm so disappointed as hes nowfar away from home working in alot of discomfort and pain. I can provide pictures also.

The room was all right. Check in could have been handled more efficiently. We arrived at 14;00 and the Lobby was empty but they said wouldn't allow us to even check in. We didn't need access to the room but would have been nice to check in, as we returned at 15;20 and the Lobby was full, and a line up with only one person doing the check in. Seems not logical to have shift change at the check in time. Could have both people over lap, and expedite the Check in line.

We did not have housekeeping come by even once to change out our garbage. We had no coffee other than one pod of decaf and decaf tea. We were staying for our daughter’s tournament in Lacombe. Early mornings and all with no coffee. The front desk tried to help us but said all out if everything. That’s a shame with a hotel room that costs as much as a good hotel. The sunk in the bathroom leaked. We could hear the pipes like they were bursting in our room every time a neighbor ran the water. This is shameful when you are only occupied because of sports tournaments. We stay in a lot of hotels and that is the worst over the years. Pillowcases had stains and smelled stale. Just overall terrible and a true 2*.

Room was very dirty. Blood on pillow case, trash under sheet (pringles can lid under my sheet). Way too much hair on and in the bed as well as the pillow case to convince me the sheets were changed since the last person.

My wife and daughter refused to shower as the tub looked filthy.
Breakfast was awkward, you can’t get anything yourself. No control over portions and have to wait in line to get anything. Unfortunately I paid $30 more to stay there than my first choice to be with my kids team.

The reason for the 3 star is that the hotel really needs a renovation. The room is clean but very out dated and old. Definitely time for a new coat of paint and floorings. The front desk, housekeeping team to breakfast room were all friendly and helpful. For the price, I am sure we could had found somewhere newer but everywhere was booked during the tournament weekend.

Clean hotel, bad was great. Could use some TLC, there was a crack in the sink, wood handles in the elevator is worn and a few other things that could be quickly fixed. Staff was lovely, breakfast was good and the coffee was hot.
For the price I would stay here again.

When we arrived at 730 pm our room disgusting and dirt and sludge in bathtub, what looked like dirty fingers and boogers on the door of bathroom, the girl on the desk was very kind and upgraded up to an executive room, but the pull out bed for kids was terrible and old bumpy cot also terrible. Breakfast was great very kind server both mornings and then upon check out the maybe Spanish lady very rude and impatient because I chose to pay with cash then annoyed and disrespectful when I asked that the receipt show that I paid with cash and even yelled when I asked for a new copy with correct payment method. Not a hotel I would stay at ever again.

Rooms were alright, hot tub is way to hot and pool is an ice bath. Not being able to serve your own continental breakfast was very disappointing and the small portion sizes were not great. It jammed up the space and we had to eat breakfast in our room both days of our stay. The pool and the breakfast were the reason we chose the hotel so very disappointed with both.

The staff seemed great and very helpful, but the Hotel is a bit rough around the edges. Strange goings on in parking lot with somewhat shady characters hanging out in their running cars with window visitors for hours. Top that off with a Hotel, that is a bit overdue for a facelift I'd likely stay again if there was nothing else available, but generally i expect a little more from a Ramada. Holiday Inn across street is a better option at similar price point.

I have booked room according to the pictures that were posted on Expedia website.
King size room with the sofa bed and it had two rooms(on the picture). What we got was “King size room with the sofa bed” all one room.
When I realized that the pictures don’t match what we got, I went to talk to the front desk person. They explained that I have booked that room not the Kind size bed suite! They were not responsible for the misinterpretation of the Expedia website.
I have reached out to Expedia customer service, which is text messaging service, and I have got the information that they used only the pictures that were provided by the Ramada hotel.
Who’s wrong or who’s right?
No one took responsibility. I made suggestion to the CSR that someone should take time and actually make sure that pictures are relevant to the description of the rooms they are selling.
I was offered small amount of points towards my next booking, as a courtesy and compensation for the trouble they caused.
It was not one night sleep and the rooms made difference in my decision to stay at the Ramada.

The room was spacious, and we slept comfortably for three children and two adults. The downside was that when we checked in, it smelled of cigarettes, and they didn't have another room, so we had to open the window to air it out. Breakfast was decent, with few options that day. There were a lot of guests, and it took more than 10 minutes to get a waffle. All in all, it's a relatively cheap hotel, so you can't ask for much.

I gave my stay a mid range review. The hotel and staff were wonderful. The breakfast crew were awesome. The birthday sign, bottle of booze and early check in were above board. The only things that really brought our stay down were the people in the room beside us kept banging on the wall a lot and the children who kept running up and down the halls. We understand kids get excited from being in a hotel but it was annoying at 8 am in the morning on consecutive days. We will definitely be back again but with hopes parents teach their children more respect next time.

The staff was very uninviting, first off the alarm clock in the next room went off for 3 hours. When I said something they didn’t even check what the noise was. The pool was labeled 4 feet deep but it wasn’t, my kids kept tripping on a damaged step. Midnight the front staff called us twice because the people before us forgot a fire stick remote in the room. Made us feel the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and woke our kids up. The record everything you have for breakfast which was odd but whatever. Then checkout came, they didn’t do it I didn’t get the email receipt I had to call. The deposit wasn’t reissued untill I called. I asked for a discount because of the midnight wake up and he didn’t even let me talk just talked over me just I gave up on that. If you are looking for a relaxing time this is not it! Only positive I’ll give it is that there was restaurants near by that’s it. Will never be back

Loud road when facing highway so children woke up early, our toilet was broken 2nd day, and would prefer to be able to serve ourselves at breakfast (except for the waffles perhaps). Staff was really nice and helpful. Great water slide.
