This hotel has gone down hill. The couch and chair in the room were dirty with multiple stains on them. The breakfast was cold and not good at all. No more containers of yogurt just a big fishbowl of it with a soup ladle

We were given like no towels. 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths. Our chrome cast on tv wasn’t working. Asked everyday and kept being told someone would come fix it. No one did. The breakfast is very limited selections. And not good. Orange juice watered down. Coffee gross. Bread stale. The hotel restaurant on site is disgusting. The wings were burnt and the nachos had like 4 piece of dry ground beef on them. Only good thing about this hotel is the price.

Terrible…breakfast is Luke warm items/paperplates.
Chromecast was not working for full three day stay even though they said service company was called.
No online room service menu and taco plate was so basic we should not have ordered it.
No bathrobes in room to access pool/sauna in.
No response from hotel when I sent a message through the hotels.com access after receiving booking reservation.
Will not be staying here again.

Very poor experience at this hotel. When we got to our room we tried to use the shower. This was an accessible room and the floor of the shower was just a continuation of the rest of the bathroom floor with no barrier. The drain was not working properly. When the shower was turned on the water began to pool on the floor. Within minutes the water had reached the toilet. If we had left the shower on for longer it would have flooded the whole bathroom and moved into the carpeted area. We called the front desk and they told us they would send someone… no one came. We were unable to shower that night. Next day we stopped at the front desk after breakfast (which by the way is nothing like the pictures of eggs Benedict and omelettes you see in the lobby and on the website). We asked for another room. They told us nothing was available. We wanted to check out early but They told us they would send someone to fix the drain. Someone came and looked at the drain. He said he needed a part to fix and would come back. We waited and waited and waited. No one came. By 5 pm we concluded he was probably not coming back. We were still unable to shower so we left the hotel early. We were not the only ones with issues at this hotel. 2 of the 3 times I was at the front desk someone was asking to be moved to another room or asking the for something to be fixed… the other time there wasn’t anyone but me at the front desk

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The in-room refrigerator made an odd rhythmic howling noise. The receptionist took 25 minutes to check me in despite my handing her my booking confirmation email from a month ago. The waiter delivered the wrong dinner order and then the hostess said I would have to pay for it because the computer would not allow her to adjust the price. When I refused, she offered me an alcoholic drink or a dessert, neither of which I wanted. She finally relented and charged me for the meal that I had ordered. She was not courteous despite the fact that it was her error. I was disappointed that the complimentary breakfast which consisted of cold scraps of eggs in the corner of the serving tray and hard overcooked tater tots. The sausage was the only tasty part of the meal. I would not recommend your hotel.

The breakfast was really good and the rooms were very nice and clean. It is also in a great location for where we needed to be for our trip and was nice and quiet. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because we chose this hotel as it had a hot tub and steam room. Even when we arrive they told us where the “hot tub and pool” were. But 2 items of these items were not working and the pool was very cold. Other than this we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. And would still recommend it to others.

Great amenities but they were not all in operation.
Amazing features in the king room with jacuzzi that I rented. The couch in the room had a gross stain on it and there was nowhere to put clothing or luggage on stand.
The pool was great with warm water, the hot tub and steam room were both out of order when I went in. The fitness facility is the highlight of the amenities. The breakfast buffet was typical of any hotel.

Hotel is aging and not being upgraded or taken care of now. Rooms could be cleaned better-bathroom was dirty & the whole floor. Beds were comfortable though! Quiet at least which was welcomed! Staff are friendly until you ask for something then they become super rude and totally unhelpful. Would NOT recommend the West 67 grill! Unless you wanna serve yourself. Breakfast was not good-meat soaked in grease and watery scrambled eggs.
The hot tub is great! But the rocks are falling apart causing a sand like feel in the bottom and the entire pool floor liner is lifting making it a tripping hazard. Don’t know if we would stay again, only booked it because it was cheap

The hot tub was fairly small only about 6 people can fit. Pool was not that deep (can't remember depth) but was able to walk on my knees from one end to the other. Temperature was great in both pool and hot tub, Huge exercise/ weight area, free buffet breakfast, bed was comfy I'd go back again.

The breakfast food was dried out and plain. The food at the restaurant was served cold and flavourless. The order was wrong two times and the excuse to these issues was that he was new. It was one of the worst meals I have had.
The day prior to check in they informed me that my room was unavailable due to maintenance issues and I was given two adjoining rooms to accomodate my stay. The following day when I went to check in they informed me that I do not have the adjoining rooms any longer and now had my suite back. However, because I had one extra bed with the adjoining room, I had brought my nephew for the weekend. We were now with one less bed. They were unable to rectify this issue as they informed me they were fully booked and had given the two rooms to someone else within the 24 hour time frame. The price for the room was good, however the hotel is dated and the beds were very hard. I would suggest that you eat elsewhere if you were to stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ROUGH AREA,TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! My work truck was broken into on my second night here, and my $3000 Honda generator was stolen. This area is extremely unsafe and the manager Jason could care less for the inconvenience. When I initially asked for the manager Jason, he said he couldn't do anything about it and offered nothing in return for the inconvenience. I told him that I would not be staying here another night and asked respectfully not to charge me for the reminder of my stay. Anyone in my situation would not feel safe leaving their vehicle there after getting their vehicle broken into. He agreed, confirmed verbally no cancellation fee as well, so I left that same day. YET he STILL charged my credit card for the full stay after I left, so he blatantly lied to my face. I tried calling and his staff said he \"stepped out\" so I asked for him to call me back. I tried calling again and I get his \"voicemail\", so I left a voicemail. Now they are ignoring my calls. I have never left a negative review before but this will be my first. Protect your belongings and family and do not stay here. Don't even get me started on the bed having 4 different types of hair and the uncleanliness. 0/5 Stars. I reported this incident to the RCMP.

The hallway carpet on my floor looked extremely dirty and worn out. The bathroom shower was also very unsanitary the tiles and shower door were covered with dirty grout and visible mould. At first I thought it might just be the tile design because the shower area had poor lighting, but when I used my phone flashlight I could clearly see mould and grime throughout the grout. I had to lay down a towel just to attempt using the shower, and eventually decided to use the bathtub instead.

The towels were very old and worn out, with some even having holes and tears. The in-room coffee station was also very limited, providing only one regular coffee and one decaf K-cup — and this was in a suite.

I am an Expedia Platinum member and usually request late checkout when available, but the receptionist said the system automatically charges guests if they are not checked out by 11:30 AM, meaning late checkout is essentially not allowed.

The only reason I booked this property was because it offered an electric car charging port, which was very convenient for me. Unfortunately, aside from that convenience, the overall cleanliness and condition of the room did not meet expectations.

Bring your bathing suit! The pool looked so inviting and the water was a decent temperature but we forgot our swim suits. The room was nice, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower could have a bit more pressure but the water was hot so we were happy. Nice breakfast. Super friendly staff!

I’m glad I didn’t pay full price, but bye bye Expedia credits for nothing. This felt like a run down hotel just trying to be fancy. The hot tub (which is why I picked this place) was out of order the two nights, 3 days I was there. When I asked the front desk about it, they looked confused like they didn’t know the pool was closed and just told me “maintenance”. Wish that was on the website when I booked. Also the “continental” breakfast was subpar and not a lot of options at all. The waffle maker was out of service, but yeah for the pancake machine I guess. If you’re looking at this place, book the best western nearby instead, it’s closer to a nice restaurant and you know what you’re getting.

Hotel is run down in general, room was dated with poor bathroom with no electrical plug in it and only two towels were supplied for me and my two children who stayed. Pool and hot tub are dated and not well maintained. Sauna was not operational. Went to sleep early as had to be at children’s sport competition by 7:30AM. Many incidents of loud disruptions during the night - what I assume was minors running down the hall, speaking loudly and even running into the door of our room. Would not return or recommend to others.

Checking was friendly and fast but once we got settled in the room, we noticed it was dirty and several things for a broken, including the tall floor lamp which was still plugged in with a blacked out bulb and the outlet hanging outside of the pool. The restaurant was absolutely terrible for room service dinner and breakfast is what they called it. I would not recommend to anyone or return.
