Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. I simply wanted a cheap and clean place to stay. It was much better than I expected. The breakfast that is provided will not let you leave hungry. There were many types of foods available, was well prepared and always fresh. I would encourage anyone to stay here.

The location is not that gd at all.
It’s quite far if you take off the bus and taking the luggage to there.

The refrigerator isn’t switched on and until we found help.

Their English need to improve. It’s hard to guess what they say.

Anyway, I think they do try their best to service us. They need improve indeed.

A place to sleep with breakfast.

We booked this hotel literally sitting in the parking lot at 9:30PM because another hotel in town lied about themselves causing us to be unable to access the property. The staff person was very nice and spoke English well. The rooms were three person rooms (we took 2) and were spacious and clean. There was ample free parking, access to the hotel was easy and there was a working elevator here. Nice wide hallways.
Breakfast was included and all the typical European breakfast items were offered long with eggs/sausage drinks etc. The breakfast staff was working very hard keeping tabled cleared and food restocked.
Check-out was simple and quick.
This is a pretty bare-bones place, but it definitely did the job we needed and we felt safe, it was clean and we were fed. Pulling into a town we were unfamiliar with, taking an hour to find out our first hotel was a fraud then scrambling to find a new place to stay last minute was all pretty stressful, but we are glad we found this location. I would stay here again for a simple place to sleep.

Paid for a single room but when I arrived I was told they were out so I got a double-- fine by me! The toilet in my first room wouldn't stop running so I was moved to a nicer room with a small balcony. Room appeared clean but when I was showering, I noticed someone's stubble on the wall of the shower. No other issues aside from that. Location was a bit farther than I had thought (and up a hill) but the walk to and from town was pretty so I didn't mind.

Very comfortable mattress, pillow and blanket. I was not so amazed by the shower, but it was OK. Receptionists were very kind. In general - it's not far from center, the only problem of whole Karlovy Vary is that you can't find any place to eat in, if not McDonald after 22:00.

Good value for the money and plenty of parking

We had a very nice visit to Karlova Vary. We chose this hotel because of the price and on the map it did not look far from the main tourist areas of town. We came in on the train and got around town as pedestrians. This hotel is on top of one of the hills in town and has ample parking available for those with autos. On foot it is not as easily accessed and there are limited other tourist facilities in the immediate area. There is a good but steep foot path that goes right down to the Hotel Thermal, but I did not see that discussed on their website.
The room does not have facilities for making coffee or tea in the room and there is no iron or ironing board. There is an in room safe. The curtains are insufficient to keep out the light from the parking area at night. The first morning we were there, my wife was looking for an item she had misplaced and discovered that there was a large pile of dried vomit behind the easy chair. We alerted the desk and it was promptly and thoroughly cleaned.
This hotel was good value for the money, but should we visit again as pedestrians, I think we we pay a bit more money and stay more in the central tourist area.

Nice hotel, clean, very good internet and breakfast. The city center is not far away, but a very steep walk. If you're not in shape there is a bus that runs from the hotel. At check-in I was greeted by the rudest front desk representative that I've ever experienced in Europe. This girl was actually hostile, and all to very polite simple questions such as internet password, parking, time breakfast is served, etc. If I had seen some sort of manager I would have brought this to their attention. The rest of the hotel staff were wonderful.

This hotel is really nice and clean, and for the price it is impressive. However the location can be considered a bit far (10 minutes walking) and the service was not the best. Firstly, we were told that there would be slippers and a bathrobe offered (obviously, it is a SPA hotel), however they had nothing of this which was weird. We didn't bring our own slippers because of this and being in a spa hotel without slippers is not ideal. The sauna was nice though. Secondly, we had paid for our room in advance by card but at the check out we were asked to pay again. The receptionist insisted that we had not paid for the room and that we should pay now which was very uncomfortable and rude. We showed all the bank card statements but the receptionist still insisted. This is why the overall stay at this hotel was not pleasant. In the room the air conditioner from outside of the building was also loud all night, resulting in no sleep.

good deal in Karlsbad

The hotel was situated in a neighborhood. The area looks like it is being redeveloped, but a couple of abandoned structures. Great customer service and the price was a real good deal. Nice wet and dry sauna. Plenty of parking and not a bad walk down the hill to the city center. The one thing I found odd was, even though the rooms were non-smoking everywhere else someone could smoke. So the bar, lobby and hallways smelled of cigarettes.

Excellent choice for those traveling by automobile

I had a very pleasant 2-day stay at this hotel. There is very ample .parking and it is a short bus ride from the main part of Karlovy Vary. I would not describe it as walking distance to town, at least not for most people, because it is on the side of a steep hill overlooking the town. True, you could walk down a series of steps and then back up, but that would be quite a hike. Not to worry: All guests receive a little white card which entitle the holder to free bus rides on the two buses that go from the main street at the hotel to the main bus station. From there it is a short walk to the main drag in Karlovy Vary. The bed was quite comfortable, which is an important point anywhere in the Czech Republic. Most Czech beds are astonishingly hard and very uncomfortable. Here the bed was normal and very comfortable. The breakfast was hearty, and your room rate includes free use of the sauna and whirlpool, which were open from 4PM to 8PM, a great way to wind down after a brisk walkabout in town. There is essentially nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so you must use its facilities or go into town. I did not find this to be a problem as Karlovy Vary is quite small and easy to navigate. Since I had a car, a more central location would have been less, not more, convenient.

Was staying onl 2 night, it was as expected for 3 🌟 hotel. Its cca 10-15 min walk to old town, what if you are fit enough won't be a problem, due to steep streets with whatever way you go. Lobby and breakfast inferior very nicely made, quite moder. However rooms could be bit better, in this i mean bathroom was really smelling on urine and shower cabine had mould! But as mentioned before, alli in all solid hotel for quite low prices!

Detta hotell är inte att rekommendera till de som vill ha lugn och ro. Gäster samt folk utanför hotellet låter och gör oljud så man ej får någon lugn och ro eller någon sömn. Vi var här 2 nätter och kunde endast sova 2-3 timmar per natt då det lät så hemskt mycket. Vårt kassaskåp på rummet fungerade tyvärr inte och vi hittade något som vi tror är en snorkråka i sängen vid ankomst. Sängarna är stenhårda och duschen väldigt trång. Det finns ingen ac på rummet.

Wir fanden das Zimmer sauber ..besonders das Bett..das Bad war etwas älter..nicht so.schön..den Haartrockner suchten wir auch vergeblich...Balkon möbel gehören ausgetauscht.. Frühstück tat seinen Zweck schlicht und einfach wir fanden die Atmosphäre war etwas ungemütlich..
Auch der Weg in Badzentrum Stadt war durch die Steigung zu Fuss für uns unmöglich..wir nahmen ein Taxi..ca 9€ (es fährt auch ein Bus..)parken kann man nicht im Zentrum...meine Tochter fände das Zimmer mit Frühstück 2 p zu teuer 91€...

Poloha na kopci, náročnější návraty pěšky nebo na kole do kopce. Blízko do parku, přímo u sportoviště. Příjemný a ochotný personál. Vybavení hotelu pěkné ceně, pokoje a jejich vybavení nové, koupelny starší ale v pořádku. Pestré a dostačující bufetové snídaně. Bez možnosti obědů a večeří ale restaurace blízko a centrum také. Celkově velmi pozitivní pocity z pobytu.

Das Hotel ist sauber und auch die Einrichtung ist okay. Frühstück war auch soweit in Ordnung nur mit einem kleinen Haushalt - Toaster für ca.100 Personen beim Frühstück kommt man nicht weit.
Im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei Ablagen !
Und die Dusche bzw.die Duschkabine wenn man das so nennen darf ist unmöglich.
Eigentlich nur für Kinder geeignet !

Хороший и недорогой вариант проживания в Карловых Варах в тихом и спокойном районе. Удобно добираться на автобусе №8 из аэропорта - от остановки \"U Jara\" 8-10 минут пешком. Отель в хорошем состоянии. Чистые и светлые номера, удобные кровати. Хороший сигнал Wi-Fi. Отличные сытные завтраки. Очень доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовый прийти на помощь и решить любые вопросы. До центра - 15 минут пешком. Единственный недостаток - отель на горке. Мне было легко идти к нему пешком, но людям пожилого возраста это быть затруднительно. С удовольствием остановился бы здесь опять. Рекомендую!

Hotellet ligger bra, fint och fräscht. Rummet var stort och hade sköna sängar. Det var dock en konstig lukt i rummet det luktade häst eller gamla trasor... Frukosten var helt ok och ingick i priset för rummet. Väldigt bra att parkeringen var gratis.

Leider kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm !
Abendessen war auch nicht möglich sowie Sauna und Whirlpool standen nicht zur Verfügung !
Das Personal war O.k. jedoch , mussten wir das erste mal nach etwa 25 mal Buchen im Hotel für unseren Hund 8.-€ bezahlen , vorher war der Hund im Preis mit drin !

Wir haben gebuchtals Spa Hotel. Von wegen kein Spa der komplette Wellnessbereich für immer geschlossen. Das war sehr schade wir hatten uns auf einen entspannten Sauna abend gefreut.
Restaurant ist auch geschlossen. also zum Essen in die Stadt etwa 20 min steil bergab. Und dann das ganze wieder nach oben gehzeit etwa 40 min steil bergauf. Oder du brauchst ein Taxi . Das ist nicht der sinn der sache wenn ich ein wellness hotel mit Restaurant buche. Das Zimmer war sauber aber im Zimmer hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Eventuell war das der abfluß im Bad .
Irgendwie nach Kuhstall :-(( Das Fernsehprogramm hatte einen sender wo deutsch gesprochen wurde , und das war Eurosport . Das Frühstück war auch für anspruchslose nur sehr mäßig.
Ich würde das nicht nochmal buchen.

Das hotel war sehr modern ...Zimmer sauber...wir hatten ein 3 Bett Zimmer ich für meins fand es viel zu hart ich dachte ich liege auf Boden...das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich ..eigentlich wollten wir 10 Punkte geben aber das Personal im Frühstücks Raum fanden wir unverschämt...sie sagte uns gebrochen ..aufstehn..noch viele Leute....das taten wir natürlich nicht denn es gab ja keine Zeit Angabe....schade sowas......Hotel liegt auf berg also uns war es zu steil und weit in Stadt zu Fuss...

Beskrivelse passer ikke der, afstanden til centrum på 700 meter, det er 2 til 3 kilometer kørsel.

Das Hotelzimmer ist Sauber und das Zimmer hell.Das Bett sehr bequem.
Das Bad ist sehr klein und leider fehlt eine Ablagefläche für Kosmetikartikel. Über weitere Haken für Handtücher würden wir uns freuen (war zwar einer aber hing am seidenen Faden ), es gab leider nur ein Nachtschränkchen( bei 2 Personen).Desweiteren wäre ein Mülleimer im Bad auch von Vorteil-man hatte nur ein Papierkorb im Zimmer. Man hatte einen Balkon aber leider keine kleine Sitzmöglichkeit (man konnte auch kein Stuhl aus dem Zimmer nehmen da zu sperrig).Alles Dinge die nicht viel kosten aber den Aufenthalt noch bequemer und schöner gestalten hätten können.
Desweiteren hat man erst vor Ort erfahren, dass der Spabereich wegen Renovierung geschlossen ist was sehr schade war aber man hat 10% für Spa5 erhalten. Frühstück war auch ok.
Im Gesamten kann man noch viel positiv verändern ohne viel Geld zu investieren.Mir fehlte etwas die Liebe zum Hotel aber für den Aufenthalt ok wenn man nicht zu verwöhnt ist.

+Sehr gute Restaurant in der Nähe
+Frühstück in Ordnung

-Spa Hotel mit geschlossenen Wellnessbereich
-Zimmer Katastrophe, träckige Wände, Balkontür quitsch sehr laut, Bett i.O.
-Bad Katastrophe, Duschkabine kaputt, Klo stankt,kein Handtuchhalter,dafür ein Hacken und ein Handtuch mit Loch.

Hotel nähe von Stadtzentrum

Zimmer ok aber nicht sehr reinlich
Dusche war ebenerdig und nach duschen schwamm das Bad
Wir waren 3 Nächte und nicht einmal wurde in den Zimmer geschaut bzw Service
Vom Spa nichts gemerkt und an der Rezeption waren überrascht das man danach fragte
Frühstück hatten wir bei einen 3 Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet
Also Nie wieder und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bra läge trots att hotellet inte ligger i centrum.

Tillbringade två nätter på hotellet. Långt att gå ner till stan men finns busshållplats bara 10 meter från hotellet. Köpte 24 timmarsbiljett som var mycket billigt. Bussarna gick varje kvart och tog nog bara 10 min till centrum. Stor gratis parkering. Bra standard på hotellet, rent, fräscht och härliga duntäcken. Fanns bowlinghall bredvid hotellet som var trevligt, och att kunna blanda sig med ortsbefolkningen. Hade balkong med utsikt mot fotbollsplan och berget. Helt OK
