The water situation was horrible. The smell was unbearable. The color of the water in the toilet was the color of urin. Was not able to bathe for to the smell of the water. No reason why the water tanks can’t be treated like swimming pools.

Nice place to stay, close to the historic center. The one thing that was new to me, was having to insert key card so that power stays on. Which included the AC. Breakfast isn't free. I think unless they have inclusive. But i would def stay here again.

The check in was difficult entrance where you turn in was backed up blocking the street cars honking with no direction from the employee upfront . I had to park in the parking lot next door which they charge me . I then walk to check in and the guy upfront was rude making sure to let me know there is no Valet and the parking lot I parked in has no affiliation it was my fault for parking there . The room and hallway had a strange smell and bed was hard as the floor . Overall I would rate it a 2 not terrible or great but I would not come back . Pictures can and are deceiving .

Mi experiencia en este hotel dejó mucho que desear Inicialmente, contábamos con una reservación de dos habitaciones. Sin previo aviso, una de ellas fue modificada de una habitación sencilla a una suite. Aunque en principio esto parecía un cambio favorable, la situación tomó otro rumbo al momento del check-in. Se nos informó que la habitación sencilla no contaba con llave, por lo que cada vez que necesitáramos ingresar, debíamos solicitar al personal que acudiera a abrirnos la puerta, lo cual implicaba tiempos de espera innecesarios.
Adicionalmente, el hotel no dispone de planchas para ropa en ninguna de sus habitaciones. Al solicitar una en recepción, se nos indicó que no había disponibles porque habían sido prestadas, sin ofrecernos ninguna alternativa o solución.

Ante estas situaciones, solicitamos cambiar la habitación sencilla por una suite, estando dispuestos a cubrir la diferencia. Fuimos otra vez a reception para preguntarles que si el gerente estaba, alguien del staff fue para ver si podia ablar con nosotros y el gerente le dijo que el estaba atendiendo otros asuntos y que esperáramos asta que el nos ablar a. NUNCA nos llamo y eso fu un día antes de nuestro check out. Yo nunca volvería a quedarme en este hotel. Y aun espero la llamada del gerente para ver que aga algo por todos estas inconveniencias que tuvo durante esa semana.

Parking was another inconvenience. Each time you leave and return, you have to notify the hotel so they can grant access again. This process is a bit cumbersome, especially if you plan to come back late at night or go in and out several times during your stay.

I booked a king size bed and they gave 2 full beds , that was no issue but those 2 beds were very uncomfortable , also my room was next to the parking garage very loud at night, I spoke about this to the staff and the gave me another room with a king size bed but it was horrible because my room was next to the parking garage again , this is my first time having a bad experience in this hotel but we are not coming back , when I book a hotel all I want is a comfortable bed to sleep ,

Very nice location and price and the shower was excellent. The bed was hard not rock hard but close. The front desk personel were not the warmest and the”gym” was really lacking. Overall the price was the most outstanding feature. Did not eat theere.
