Great location. Front desk staffs are friendly and efficient. Room size is average but don't have much lightings. I stayed one night before going for the cruise in BCN and I stayed one night at this same hotel after get off the ship. The room was decent and clean for the first night I stayed. However the hotel room was not in a very good shape for my second stay. The tiles inside the room and the bathroom were uneven. Water mark stain on the edge of the bathroom walls and the doors. There must be a flood inside the room sometime ago but not repaired in detail after. I was very disappointed with that.

This place is a nightmare. DO NOT STAY HERE. Sadly enough we became victims of what seems to be common in this hotel. Getting stolen/robbed.
We left the room early in the morning to go to the city, and before leaving we left some money inside a wallet, inside a closed backpack, inside the closet. To our surprise, we came back and the money was gone. $240 were taken away from us.
We went to the front desk and talked to the manager, but to make a long story short, they did nothing. We escalated this to corporate and they did nothing. Within a 3 minutes google search, you'll find at least 15-20 reviews of people getting robbed at this hotel. It seems like management is involved because they were little to none apologetic and offered nothing in return, instead, they were confrontational and rude.
This hotel has not been renovated nor taken care of in a few years.. the rooms are pretty beat up, the walls are extremely thin, so you'll hear everything from the room next door. There are no bathroom amenities, there is no shower soap, the breakfast buffet is always the same. We asked to fried eggs instead or scrambled and they said it wasn't possible.
Even though it has a great location, I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here, however, if you do stay, make sure you keep an eye on your stuff. PEOPLE GET ROBBED HERE

We stayed 4 nights and were given a room on the first floor which was very loud in the morning and night, which was very hard to sleep. We asked to move to a higher floor which the hotel accommodated but couldn’t do so until the 3rd night. Hotel is a great location, close to everything but out dated rooms.

A great hotel. Very well appointed with a good morning buffet. We took the metro from here used the taxi and even walked to La Rambla and the cathedrals. Great hallal restuarant next door and 2 small super markets. Once you walk out of the hotel there is street after street of cafes and restuarants.

THIS PLACE INFESTED BY BED BUG, I was bitten all of over my body . Beware location is great but not worth it of all the bad experience now we have to wash all our clothes abs get rid of some of our stuff due to bedbugs . This hotel definitely does not deserve to be 4 star hotel. My room was very, very small, only bed and a small table, no chair and a bench for luggage. No bathroom amenities what is normal for 4 star hotel.No bathrobe and slippers. Only one socket very inconveniently placed. Only one central light, but not enough for reading. Lights next to bed did not work. View to the wall of the neighbour house. So, disappointed with room which is not room for 4 star hotel, but rather for 3 star. You can not see this room in the gallery of photos.

there was no air conditioning and on top of that they turn the heater on and heat comes in thru the bottom of the door if you open the window you get bugs flying in cause there is no screen and is very noisy .
the bathroom was very dirty and were holes on the wood floor in the room and it wasn't cheap we paid over $600 for 3 nights

the hotel location is perfect...but thats all, the staff was kind but dont call for any room service...even if they answer u they will simply tell u they will contact u later...and never do!
worst of all the walls of the rooms dont exist!! its like made of paper...u WILL HEAR EVERYTHING in the other rooms...it was completely horrible....couldnt get any decent sleep there! i dont recommend it to anyone...stay away.

The room was so small, the air condition didnt work and the room was very hot, you had to open the window to try to refresh the room and to breath fresh air, but this caused that all the noise from other rooms didnt let us sleep because you can hear people talking and listening to music until late night, the TV didnt work.

Excellent hotel unbelievable location

Great hotel, amazing location, friendly staff, confortable room, a great option when visiting Barcelona. Very close to good shopping and amazing food. 20 Euro to get a cab to or from the airport.

Not up to a 4-star hotel's standards

The room that we were given was absolutely tiny and had one small window that hardly let in any light into the room. With two suitcases, we were crammed and could hardly move around. The bed was not extremely comfortable and the state of the room and the hotel were not that of a four star hotel. We had stayed in a three star hotel the week before that was much better kept than this hotel. The bathroom was spacious. Not much toiletries offered and no complimentary water.

Spot on Location

I was put into this hotel due to the one I wanted being over booked. Therefore was disappointed in overall condition of the hotel for a four star. However it was clean and tidy and it's in a fantastic location to town too and from the airport on the Autobus. For business this is a fantastic hotel. If your wanting a romantic weekend, then you need to ensure you get one one of the larger updated rooms. Wifi was on the blink as well which was annoying apart from that it was all good.
