Paid in advance with my booking. Was asked to make a payment at the reception upon arrival.

Showed my documents and didn’t pay. We were at the hotel from 8pm to 6am as our train hot cancelled.

At 6am, we checked out from the hotel, paid the city tax and all and didn’t use anything from the minibars. At around 7 - 7:30am I got a text from my bank that I was charged an additional 130 euros on my creditcard (provided to Expedia by their website) which is lower than the actual nightly rate and the fact that I had two rooms, this just smells fishy.

Not recommended! I don’t have to spend hours on their schenanigansw during my vacation. They also didn’t provide the documents I asked of them when I wanted to report them. By law they are required to do so.

Great option out of city center for family. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was great. Breakfast was expensive but great value for the money as the food was excellent. 5 minute walk to metro. We did not need a taxi during the entire trip. Took metro from the airport and from hotel, city center is 10-15 minute metro ride.

The rooms are very stylish but not functional at all. There is a glass shower door that is kind of see thru so it does not lend itself to sharing rooms with siblings or friends. We had 3 rooms and all 3 were like that. Unfortunately 2 of the rooms were not ready at check in and we had to wait almost 3 hours in the lobby after traveling all day. We were not offered any type of compensation for the wait.
There was a sewage smell in our room and had to call in service people. They just sprayed something scented into the toilet, sink and shower drains so it was not resolved. Just the smell was covered up the spray.
The staff is very nice but I personally would not return.

Excellent stay. Rooms were clean and common areas very nice. Only comment is the dark bathroom/shower should have more light.

The restaurant is great, with attentive service. The salmon dish I had was deliciously executed. Done just the way I asked. Crispy skin but not overcooked.

I’d come back again. It was a recommendation from my sister who had stayed there before.

Great location, situated near airport, cruise port and attractions.

Very nice hotel. Superb rooftop pool. Very comfortablé spacious and modern. Next to the Eiropa Fira metro station. Easy to go from the hotel to T1... if you arrive or leave from Terminal.T2C ( for eg with Ryanair).then allow more time as T2C is not next to the T2 metro stop and the walk os badly signed . It is better to take the airport shutle from T1 to T2C and vice versa.

Nice clean room less than 10 min drive from airport. Nothing to eat in the area so we had hotel breakfast which was unfortunately very disappointing. All the hot food was not replenished and was just stale and cold. Can park outside for no cost which was good for us.

This property was not what i would say is up to Marriott standards. The breakfast was OK but lacked variety. There was a food tray from room service outside a room next to our for almost 2 days. We told reception and then it was removed. Most unsettling was the bathroom had clear glass windows into the room. When some one is in the bathroom shower, they are visible in the room. May be OK for a couple. But for a family not appropriate. Reception said well you know this is Europe. I do not accept that. A simple curtain over the window would be acceptable. For these eve though they tried I would not call it a 5 star but more like a 3 star

The rooftop pool has amazing views and a bar with a good range of drinks! In the evening the view is even better!
The pool area does need updating but they are aware of this but we still loved having days around the pool with a cocktail in hand!

The hotel is overall fine — modern, with great views, and we didn’t face any serious problems during our stay. However, what truly disappointed us was the way they handled a forgotten item. We accidentally left behind our child’s toy. Just five hours later, when my child remembered it, I immediately called and wrote to the hotel, but they told me they “didn’t find anything.” This was very upsetting, especially since I always left generous tips for the staff. My child is still crying when remembering the toy. So, be very careful not to forget anything there — unfortunately, you can’t count on getting it back.

Great location to access transit. Less than 25 minutes to transit downtown. Joan was very nice and welcoming when we arrived. Our air conditioning did not work for the first two days and they offered to fix and switch rooms. It ended up working the 3rd day. Hotel was beautiful. You can train directly to the airport. There is a gym and rooftop pool which was cool. Very beautiful area.

The service was the best part of our stay at this place. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The female associate who checked us in on Wednesday, July 23 in the evening was very polite, and helpful.

The place was clean. The rooms were clean and stocked well with the amenities. The bed was clean and Comfortabke.

On Friday, July 25 at around 9:30 am all the elevators were down. We had to climbed down from the 25 th floor. Saw some elderly guests climbing up the stairs.

I have only great things to say about this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The roof top pool was amazing, it had spectacular views of the city. I enjoyed that it was not right downtown where all the action was, it just meant transportation was required to get to all the tourist locations. However, there are good restaurants in and the area and local shops including a grocery store. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Originally booked this property because of the great reviews but I wished I stayed closer to the city center. Although there’s a bus stop and train near by, it can still take 20-30 minutes to get to the main attractions in Barcelona, and cab fares can get expensive. There’s not much immediately around the hotel to do, and the gym/spa area is not large enough to enjoy a long getaway vacation if you plan on spending majority of your time in the hotel. Rooms are small if you’re staying with another person. I did enjoy their breakfast buffet and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! I would only recommend for a quick stay since it’s not far from the airport.

Loved the newness and glass structure of the building internally as well as exterior. So much so being high rise the cut out cloud on the window pane was a different way to view the sunrise.

Pool was a nice way of relaxing after a day’s touring around the city albeit did get noisy as people filled up the spaces. Rooftop views were magnificent.

The lounges look great around the pool and were reasonably comfortable. The negative being low to the ground and now that I’m more mature in years than the general that stayed there, it was a mission to get up from the chair.

I didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment. Travelling to the centre was very easy as was going to and from the airport. First time ever I didn’t have to rely on taxis due to the Metro Station was less than a five minute walk.

Rooms were bright, clean and definitely airy due to a much needed air conditioning system during July.

Overall this hotel I would highly recommend for a brief trip.

Stylish hotel in everywhere but the rooms. Whilst the rooftop top bar and pool are a huge bonus, our Deluxe roon was tired and worn, loose floorboards and not very well cleaned. No USB charging in room.
Worst was the bathroom. Upon running a bath the tap/outlet burst into a dark brown liquid and a mass of long old hairs.. suffice to say no one in the family ended up having a bath in the end. When I informed reception, I was met with complete apathy, almost as if they expected the complaint. No rectification or apology was offered.

Suggest the management look into the customer service on handling a complaint! Was fine checking in

A little out of the way from main attractions but with easy access to public transport.
Nice building with large rooms and good size bathrooms.
Food was very good though prices were a little high as expected.
The only negative experience was reception which was always very busy.
On arrival I was told they could not find my booking but after a few minutes they did. Then they told me I had to pay as I had not done so yet. This was not the case as the stay has been paid in full, after a bit more digging they found out I had indeed paid.
Room was ready early which was a plus.
