The family room we had was ideal, two connected rooms that could be divided with a door as needed. Beautiful terrace outside and very comfy beds. The staff were incredible helpful when needed and great with the children.

The room is located in a very charming historic building. The place is in general clean. Has its private back patio for some rooms. However, the insulation of the rooms are not very good, and you can hear the noise such as people talking next door, taking shows, scrolling the luggages. If you are sensitive to noise during sleep, it might be a bad choice for you to stay here.

The room sets up in a modern way but there is a lot of noise through out the night and keep you awake. You will hear the tv sounds and their talks from your neighbours. You will hear furniture moving around from the upstairs. You will hear the sounds of the air conditioner and ventilation the whole night.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and kind and the location is great. We didn't need to take transit for our entire week here. I loved the bathtub and the balcony. One thing I would note is that the hotel is above a bar and I did have trouble sleeping on Friday night due to noise, but it didn't change my overall view of the stay, which was great!

We loved the location from where we could walk to Sagrada Familia, Picasso Museum, Joan Miro Centre and Montjuic. We also walked to the seafront where we had delicious tapas. This was a lot of walking , some might prefer to use the public transport. The staff at the hotel were so helpful. Room was cleaned every day and was very comfortable. It was very easy to find tapas , bars , coffee , restaurants near by.

This hotel is one floor of hotel and the rest are apartments. If you're looking for a quiet stay, this is it. Very central to everything Barcelona has to offer. Great neighborhood. Only downside is that its a 2 star hotel so they do not change sheets or \"clean\" the rooms. Only change towels daily.

I loved how close it was to the street, there are a lot of steps but they do have a lift. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It gets loud at night but if you close your terrace doors and curtains it blocks the sound very well. I would stay here again

This hotel was so cute. I only have three cons. I stayed the room near the breakfast area and I could hear everything each morning, even the crying little girl who wanted fresh fruit. This room also had ants, I didn’t say anything I just dealt with it the best I could but they kept reappearing and got into my bags, my belongings, and even the bed. Lastly, the bed was HARD, they need some softer mattresses. Other than that, my stay was okay. The staff was nice and the location was perfect.

We had a great stay at Casa Llimona. The room was beautiful, location was great, quiet but close to everything central. It felt like we were the only once in the hotel in the best way, you had free like snacks, and coffee throughout the day. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Only after calling the police did we finally get it back. Avoid this place at all costs!

We loved our stay at casa Limona, so easy to just walk to any of the places of interest, cafes, restaurants and shops. It is quiet, has a really nice design, good AC and good water heater. The staff is super friendly and willing to help in anyway possible.

Casa Llimona is charming, spotless, and perfectly located. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because the hotel is tiny, and the walls are very thin you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including conversations and even sneezes, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

This cute boutique hotel is centrally located, very clean, and beautiful aesthetic. We stayed at the Llimona room and it was quite a treat! We enjoyed our 2 night stay in the elegant Casa Llimona. We stayed in Guell, superior room. We had a quadruple for the 4 of us, a King and queen sofa. I liked the design of room with tall ceilings and a balcony. A nice bonus was they offered coffee in the lobby all the time. One morning we had the juice and rolls provided for a light breakfast. Angela and Alexander assisted us with bag storage before and after check-out. The location is perfectly situated around a walkable neighborhood. So glad I did not opt to stay on or near Las Ramblas or Balonceta Beach. Now that I have been there, those were not great places to spend time. This hotel is charming and smaller. Wish I had one more day! We found La Patisseria for the nost delicious rolls and cakes, not far from hotel. Barcelona was elegant and I so loved getting to know it!

Casa Llimona is in an architecturally beautiful building. Its lobby is quietly spacious and ornate, a perfect place to have a morning coffee. Our room was large, attractive, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from several Gaudi sites, close to the charming hillside Gracia neighborhood, and to the Barrio Gotico.

I like the fact that I did a lot of walking found the Venues to be close by: Some several miles; I don’t mind walking. The lack of staff present is concerning, my room was facing the street and seemed like every night there was some kind of party going on I think there is a bar on the street adjacent to the hotel; anyways I could hear people talking and laughing well until 2:30 am. Not relaxing. The room was nice but also had almost no shampoo and soap had to ask for it. It is remodeled hotel so it is clean; had continental breakfast I don’t have any not appealing.

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Llimona. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a long size bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Most hotel rooms we’ve stayed at in Europe are quite small, not the case here. The continental breakfast was delicious, but I do recommend you go early to ensure you get a good selection. The area is beautiful, and very walkable with many cafes and restaurants in the area. And as far as value, this was the nicest, and least expensive hotel we stayed at while in Barcelona. We will definitely be back.

Casa Llimona was the best hotel I've been to in Europe. I loved it so much that I'm afraid it might get too popular and become hard to book in the near future. All the staffs were very nice and fluent in English. One of the staffs told me that the hotel building was originally a palace, so most of the rooms had huge terraces. Having a terrace is such a game changer especially when you stay at a hotel - IYKYK. Barcelona was an absolutely beautiful city, but for me Casa Llimona was the most gorgeous part of the entire trip. I would definitely stay here again if I revisit Barcelona. Thank you again for making my trip more pleasant and memorable!

Perfect stay for our trip to Barcelona. This hotel was absolutely stunning & really set the tone for our trip to Spain. The workers are incredibly kind and made sure we knew where everything was and had everything we needed. The rooms were super clean, we honestly felt right at home. The space was gorgeous and gave us plenty of room for 2 people staying in a room together. Bathroom was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The place offers complimentary breakfast/coffee between 8-10 am which we loved. We noticed on weekend nights the street outside brought people into the streets up until 3AM so it was a bit noisy but wasnt unbearable to sleep with, but just keep that in mind. Weeknights the street was super quiet. If we were to come back to Barcelona we would forsure return, we loved this hotel so much and it really immerses you in the Spanish culture here. Thanks for having us!

The accommodation looks beautiful online and when we arrived we had an easy self check-in. The first impression of the common spaces and our room were lovely but upon closer inspection, realised that the floors weren’t vacuumed or mopped clean, they felt dirty when walking around the room barefoot. The bathroom drain also needed cleaning. We requested a room clean part way though our stay and we came back to a bed made and fresh towels but they left our old towels in the room. The bed and pillows were fine. Wifi was amazing. Complimentary continental breakfast was nice enough and 24 hour coffee machine access would have been nice if the coffee was good and milk was also available. These things sound petty but for the price of the room per night, our expectations were higher than usual. The staff were pleasant enough but not super friendly. Overall an average stay. The best part being the wifi and a very convenient location to walk and catch public transport for ease of getting around Barcelona.

Beautiful facilities!! Apparently this hotel has been restored keeping the original tile and woodwork yet incorporating modern furniture and fixtures. We had a jr. suite which we absolutely loved!! Wooden doors opened up to a private enclosed balcony. It was facing a busy business hours street but with the tall wooden doors closed it shut out all the noise. The king size bed was divine. Excellent tapas place on the corner. Would definitely stay here again!!! Book it you won’t be sorry!!

Our stay was excellent! Very cool boutique hotel with an extremely friendly staff and conveniently located. All the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The hotel is tucked away perfectly off the main street so you can get a good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again on our return to Barcelona.

The hotel is fantastic, great bed and location. The lovely cleaning lady is very good. We had a problem checking in as others have mentioned and as other guests checking in at a similar time to us experienced. Reception isn’t manned 24/7 as the sign says. Whilst flying I’d got an email with codes to use but I hadn’t seen it. Once we were in everything was perfect

Loved the boutique nature about the hotel. Great design, up to date facilities, awesome staff and appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Was worried about sound but we were there on Monday-Wednesday so I think that helped. Rooms could use more sound proofing bc we could hear the room next door through the shared door. Other than that, would stay again. Very central to what our plans were.

My weekend getaway at this hotel was a mixed experience. The hotel itself was cozy, and it was conveniently located near all the main attractions. However, there were a few drawbacks that weren't evident from the photos. The patio wasn't easily accessible to everyone, and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night. To top it off, it was challenging to find the receptionist when I needed assistance, and there was no emergency contact number provided. When I tried to pay the city tax in cash, they didn't have change, so I had to use a card. Despite these issues, the room was comfortable, and the bed was cozy. However, I do feel that the price I paid was a bit steep for what was offered.
