The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms, including bathroom, were more than adequate. The hotel is in an excellent location. The one downside was the bed, which, whilst comfortable from a firmness point of view, caused some perspiration issues, it would seem due to a protective sheet under the bedding.

The place was great, close walk to Plaça de Catalunya and Las Ramblas, very clean, room and bathroom were larger than usual for being in an older European building.
Only issue we had was when we got in 1 of the 2 elevators required to get to our room, it would not go. Lucky we were able to pry the door open and get our luggage out. The reception fellow tried very hard to get someone out to fix but it required a part to be purchased after the weekend. He carried our 2 lg. and 2 sm. pieces of luggage down the flights of stairs for us. When departing, the elevator was not yet working so we had to carry all our luggage back up the flights of stairs. The receptionist when we checked out was very friendly and helpful, also.

I got a room with a patio. The room is a decent size, the bathroom is big too, and have two sinks. The rooms are clean, fully remodeled, and the decoration is modern. My dislikes are that the check in/check out is across the street at the sister hotel called Hotel Costanza. Also, to get to the rooms, one has to take one elevator up, and then another elevator down (the property has been built on top of an energency exit). Otherwise, a very nice hotel room, within a walking distance to Las Ramblas, and the Cathedral. A lot of shops and places to eat around. All in all, I liked my stay there.

We loved our stay at the Omnium. The hotel was convenient to the areas of Barcelona we enjoyed the most and the rooms were super modern and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only suggestion is that the mattresses were a little softer. Fantastic stay

A great stay! It was our first time in Barcelona and the hotel made it so much better! Very large bathrooms (great water pressure) It was about a 5 minute walk from Las Ramblas in a quieter part of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is not bad at all! However, there was no reception staff or security personnel in the lobby area during my stay there. Checking in and out of the hotel was done across the stress at Hotel Constanza (I assume they're part of a chain?) and the receptionists there were very helpful and friendly. Although the main entrance to Hotel Omnium required hotel card access, the lack of staff on site was a bit worrying and unsettling for me in terms of security. Also, the balcony door in my room was left unlocked when I checked in, which could have been a problem if I left valuables in my room unattended.

Immaculate and really stylish. Very cosy and tucked away. Location was great, you can walk to old town, or Plaça de Catalunya where the trains and metro can take you anywhere.

Check-in for hotel is hotel across the street. Hotel also requires two separate set of elevators to get to the room. This is a very no frills hotel, but rooms are modern with nice quiet patio. The location is excellent, but would only recommend for guests not requiring hotel assistance.

This hotel is perfect for tourist. The location is great. My boyfriend and I were able to walk EVERYWHERE in the city. It’s locates right in the city center so it’s easy to get around and walk to places. We walked to the ramblas the gothic quarter and even the beach. The beach was far to walk to but it was an enjoyable experience because we were able to experience the city. The hotel was also very clean every time we returned. The shower is great! It’s a big enough room. I have no complains about the bed or pillows. The bed was not super soft but I found it to be comfortable regardless. I prefer a harder bed to a super soft one. Overall I had a good experience in this hotel and the location beats all the cons you can think of.

Very convenient location. Room was clean and air conditioner worked great. Did not use the breakfast as there are several bakeries surrounding the area. We stayed at Omnium for 3 nights prior to a cruise and wish it had been longer. Because of a terrible flight from London and our airport transfer not turning up we did not arrive until after 1.30am but was greeted by a very friendly man who had our paperwork ready and waiting. All Hotel staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. The hotel is very modern and clean. The bathroom is huge . Breakfast is served across the road in the Constanza Hotel. It is only a 10 minute walk to The Plaça de Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The room has a mini bar but the only negative is that it has no tea/coffee making facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Only 10 mins walk from La Rambla but in a quiet area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious and spotless. We checked in at the hotel opposite as we arrived after 5pm and they also have a great rooftop bar. All staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed in this modern hotel for 10 nights in August 2017. Hotel staff are very helpful and speak good English.

this is a beautiful boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet corner but very close to action in Barcelona. Walking distance from most attractions. It's clean, modern, and the service is fantastic. My only criticism is the uncomfortable beds. We felt like we were sleeping on hard boards for 3 nights... they need to upgrade the mattresses to something comfortable. Otherwise... no complaints!!!

This is an excellent hotel, well situated in the city. The member of staff on reception (I cannot recall his name) was extremely helpful throughout our stay and could not have done more for us. The room we had was excellent, very clean, plenty of room and a nice sun terrace too. Very comfortable with a massive bathroom. Lots of bathroom products available every day. Breakfast at the sister hotel across the road was very nice and a fair price.

Modern hotel close to everything
Omnium hotel is modern, new and very clean. The lobby was welcoming and bright. Rooms and bathrooms were in excellent condition (I believe the hotel was built in 2015). Free and functioning wifi.
The only area for improvement would be the receptionist. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful but not quite friendly. When asked to call a taxi for us to the airport, he told us to walk to the end of the street first with our bags and only if there were no taxis, he would then call one for us. Additionally, there was no one at reception for all of a Saturday so we had no one to answer our questions.
Overall, the hotel itself is wonderful and I would highly recommend it to others but the service could be improved a little.

A fantastic hotel for the price -- unbeatable
Hotel Omnium is probably the best 2-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The decor is bright and cheerful, the staff are friendly and speak English, and the location on the edge of Barcelona's tourist district is fantastic. The pressurized rain shower was to die for. My only complaint was for the lack of a luggage rack in the room. Highly recommended.

Neat room, model design and comfortable bed. Hotel is quite some distance to metro/ train station especially when we have a few suitcases to carry. One down side is that reception is only available between 9-5pm although we needs are still being attended by the hotel opposite the street.

What a fantastic hotel! Our room was on the A level with a patio door which we left open overnight to let in fresh cold air and made us sleep like babies! We travel to other countries several times a year, and Omnium Barcelona is the best hotel we've stayed for the price we paid. The property is brand new and decorated in Scandinavian modern minimalist. Our room was spacious, very clean, had a big bathroom, a large shower stall with rain shower and hand-held spray. It was serviced every day and fresh HUGE towels were always provided. Check-in and check-out by very friendly staff at Hotel Constanza across the street took only a few seconds. Our wake-up calls and other requests/inquiries over the phone were handled very efficiently. Wish every city in the world has an Omnium!

El hotel está muy bien aunque un poco laberíntico, cuesta aprender a llegar al cuarto o al lobby, pero me pareció estupendo por su ubicación, relación calidad precio y el mueble con café té y galletas con cómodos sofás es un muy buen detalle. Hubiera sido ideal no tener que salir del hotel para tomar el desayuno.

Не смотрите, что 2 звезды. Просто нет своей столовой где можно поесть, но в пределах отеля много гастрономии. Есть мини спортзал, рабочее место, небольшое лобби с кофемашиной и горячей водой. Чисто абсолютно везде, также присутствуют фен, холодильник, сплитка, сейф, душевые принадлежности (мыло, шампунь, кондиционер для волос). Комнаты просторные, кровати топ, с двумя подушками. Некоторые номера с балконом. На прокат можно взять велосипед за деньги. Приятный и вежливый персонал, не просто вручают ключи, а проводят до комнат и показывают что и где находится. Информация актуальна на октябрь 2022 года.

Esse hotel é o melhor para qualquer tipo de viajante em Barcelona! É fantástico! Já havia me hospedado em 2019 e adorado, mas agora está ainda melhor, pois antes não havia recepção (utilizava-se a de outro hotel que era da mesma rede do outro lado da calçada), mas agora há recepção 24 horas. Inclusive todos os atendentes (especialmente Fábio) foram extremamente gentis e solícitos. Precisamos utilizar o serviço de lavanderia (cobrado à parte) e foi super rápido, entregamos as roupas pela manhã e já recebemos ao final do dia. O quarto é ENORME, pode se espalhar com várias malas que continuará com bastante espaço. Cama super confortável, banheiro também muito espaçoso, uma ducha maravilhosa! O hotel é fantástico, todos os ambientes perfumados e pensados cuidadosamente no hóspede, super bem decorado, há espaços conforto no hall, com máquina de café expresso, chá e petiscos à disposição. Uma academia simples, mas que permite o básico também está disponível. A única coisa que não tem é um frigobar no quarto, mas continuarei me hospedando no Omnium sempre que for à Barcelona, mesmo sem esse item. Indicarei sempre de olhos fechados, é MUITO corfortável desfrutar de uma boa estadia nesse hotel.
