Casp74 is a well-set-up and super clean space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The reception team communicated effectively through WhatsApp and even sent a letter about the window cleaning schedule. The location is ideal—close enough to the action (just a 10-15 minute walk) but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. It's an excellent location and choice for our Barcelona visit, and we'll definitely stay there again!

Great location with a coffee shop and 24/7 grocery very close by. This is also a 20-25 minute walk to La Boqueria Mercat which is a must see. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Reception personnel are very nice and helpful. The apartment is not sound proof so if you’re very sensitive to sound, like a car passing by, then it’s something to think about. It is not a noisy/party area so no issues with that kind of noise. We enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely book here again if we come back to Barcelona.

CASP74 was such a lovely stay. This was a last-minute booking due to a mix-up from a different company, but they were able to accommodate an early check-in, as well as had a crib ready in our unit. The building is very centrally located, making exploring and sightseeing easy. The unit was clean, with a stocked kitchen and an in-unit washing machine.

Great apartment with everything we needed in the kitchen. The lounge is really big with a nice rug, so perfect for toddlers running about and playing with toys while we got ready. Only issue we had is the main bedroom isn't really big enough for the cot - it blocks all wardrobes. And the 2nd room doesn't have wardrobes - they're in the hall. Didn't cause us any big problems for 6 nights, but would have been difficult if we were there longer. It was great to be able to whatsapp exactly what we needed from housekeeping, and they make a good effort with recycling (different bins). Location was brilliant - loads of bus options, and most things walkable. Really recommend this place!

Stayed here for a couple nights with my family of 4. It was nice to have the extra space with the 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living room and laundry was a plus. It is located in a safe area and easy to walk to restaurants and tourist areas. They also provided a welcome bottle of wine. The apartment was a little smaller than we thought it was going to be, but was okay for a family of 5. Everything was very clean. The location was great being centrally located. We were hoping our coffee pods would be replenished each morning but we had to go to the reception desk each day to request them but other than that everything was great and would highly recommend this spot. Check in and check out was really easy and the WhatsApp communication was really helpful. The only downside for us was the bathroom which was very small and the ongoing construction in the building which woke us early each morning. I would highly recommend a stay here, I’m sure it will be a solid 5* stay when construction is finished.

Rock hard beds and overpriced airport transfer
Don’t book the airport pick up arranged by the apartments for 58 Euros each way. We waited for our driver before calling to let them know that nobody was there to meet us and were told to wait. The airport was quiet and taxis were waiting so we caught one for only 30 Euros! We caught an Uber back to the airport for the same. We weren’t excited to pay almost double to wait. We were happy to pay for the convenience, but trying to locate the driver was not. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a hard time about not waiting. It was not the best start to our trip. Otherwise the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall we give the property three stars, mostly for its central location but the furniture including beds were very uncomfortable. We like firm mattresses but had to lay blankets down because they were so rock hard. We are traveling around Europe for three months moving every week and have not experienced issues with the beds or uncomfortable furnishings anywhere else. Everything looks comfortable but unfortunately it is not. The shower also didn’t drain quickly so we were always standing in a pool of water which was unpleasant but the very nice maintenance man said the pipes are just old. The daily cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Overall we thought the apartment was fine but we would not go back. We’re surprised by the number of rave reviews and wish that others had been more detailed with theirs e.g. explain that they love rock hard beds lol.

Great apartment that was clean. Basic kitchen facilities but absolutely fine for a short stay as there were lots of eateries nearby. Having a washing machine was fantastic. There was an iron but no ironing board (minor complaint in what was otherwise a great stay).

Staff set up transportation from the airport and a few days later to our cruise ship… a great convenience when there was 4 of us with 8 pieces of luggage! This location is perfect for anyone. The best dining experiences are available all walking. The Arc is down the street . Las. ramblas is 15 minutes walk. The location is perfect . Saga coffee on corner made every morning perfect . We washed our clothes here which was such a nice freshener.. the lady who works down stairs is incredibly nice and follows through. She is very thorough. When I checked in she opened the map and shared all the key points to visit. 25 years ago I came with my father to the adidas store . He passed now. She showed me exactly how to get to that store. She took time to check us in and even offered candy. The other person who worked there was not too welcoming. He seemed like he was always annoyed by anyone. He even said you need to explain to me what you need. When I was told to simply go down and just get a key . Initiallu our room has a very bad odor.. the lady kindly switched us next day to make our stay bareable.. the bathrooms need a major remodel. But everything else. Was amazing.
