The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but needs urgent renovation and fixing of the sink’s faucet. There was very loud music on the street and it was on till 2-3am…it felt like it was outside our windows. Breakfast was included, but there were no options available. Just mashed potatoes that I was unable to eat, they were really bad, with ONE salami, ONE cheese, and a tablespoon of eggs with an excess of salt.
I went to these place 11 years ago and I had a great experience with everything. Breakfast was served as a buffet outdoors, in their beautiful green areas, everything looked conditioned. So sad to have this experience today.

Only for breakfast. The rooms has to be fix. The closet, tables, bathrooms (it was clean but has to be renew). We stayed in a small bedroom with a twin bed, small 32in TV with limited cable and poor internet. The hotel is 50 years old and apparently not renovated since inauguration!! Good breakfast and excellent service. Great dinner, friendly Chef! Taxis are expensive, can't walk to town.

Staff was very friendly. Loved the hot chocolate and fire in the fireplace on a rainy day. I absolutely loved all the plants and garden areas. We had nice hot showers and comfortable rooms. We also enjoyed the kids play area. We would have liked for our room to be cleaned in the 4 days we were there and new towels to be provided. I am sure the staff would have done that if we would have requested it, but it would be a good idea for that to be done regularly for the guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed at Villa 3 with my family during a weekend with a tropical storm. Reception staff was very kind and serviceable, as well as the rest of the staff (maintenance, cleaners). They brought us the included breakfast (a very good and plastic wrapped meal) since it was part of our \"package\", twice to us at the villa during our stay, even when raining. They gave us the option during this Covid-19 time to bring breakfast to the villa or to eat the included breakfast at their restaurant.
There is hot water only on the tub (not on the sink), and for a moment while bathing you may run out of hot water. The trick is waiting two minutes and then opening again the hot water faucet, and voila! - abundant hot water again. Maybe this is due to other people bathing at the same time on their rooms at this property.
The property is in general well taken care of, and I find it more intimate than its competitor close by. Had a nice time with my family. I recommend it as a nice 3 star mountain hotel.

If you a looking for something quite and peaceful this is the best place. Excellent service from everyone, especially Yajaira who offers one of the best customer service I've received in my life. The view of the mountains its beautiful, the hotel is clean, breakfast is included. They offer a wonderful Ginger tea. I would be there some time soon. However, the food it was not so good and some features in the bedrooms like having Shampoo and other stuff can be improved.

10th anniversary getaway. I stayed here about 7 years ago and it left a positive impression, thus the reason for the return. It is easy to find, just off the main road (turn where the entrance to the airport is). As it was our anniversary, they upgraded us to a cabin. Small, but more than enough! Very relaxing, even with the kids having fun in the play area. Clean comfortable beds. HOT water!!!!
