We loved the extras such as home made cake on arrival, good quality coffee bags in the room and access to a complimentary coffee/chocolate machine during the day. There was a great choice of fruit for breakfast.

My wife and I had a wonderful short stay at the Townhouse. The hospitality was second to none, the hosts were always willing to help with amenities and general info on where to dine and places to visit both locally and further afield. The provided Continental breakfast was enjoyable (mini cereals, a variety of yogurts, fruit, teas, coffees, white and brown sliced bread, croissans and more). There was even a home-made baked cake which quests can help themselves to every afternoon! The room was clean with ample storage, parking was on-site and no hassle. The garden to the rear was a beautiful experience with ample seating, trees, flowers and plants. The property was a short walk from the town center. We're planning to stay for longer in 2026. Highly recommended. Thanks Greg & June.

A wonderful stay with my daughter- hosts were very helpful and pleasant and a wonderful self service breakfast was on offer with a great variety to choose from including a wonderful cake made daily by the lady of the house which we enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden with a cup of tea. Bed was very comfortable and lovely pillows which is a rare find. Easy walk into town

For our 4 nights in Cornwall we stayed at a very quaint Bed and Breakfast in Truro. Centrally located, it was a great place to stay and \"wagon wheel\" our day trips. From there, relatively speaking (by Texas standards) you can easily drive to many towns, fishing villages, beaches and other sites. We visited, Port Isaac, Tintagel, St Ives, Penzance, Land's End, Porthcurno and Minack Theatre. The owner and inn keeper, June, her husband and gardener, Greg and housekeeper Melanie were so friendly, kind and helpful. They really take pride in what they do. June baked cakes daily and had them out for afternoon tea or after dinner dessert at your leisure. Such a beautiful property. I highly recommend!!!

Only an overnight stop, was greeted by the owner, shown to and around our room, which very clean and well equipped. Nice touch was in the breakfast room, had all day access to coffee machine with several choices of coffee plus home made cakes! Continental breakfast included, good choice of cereals, fruit, juices, breads and rolls, etc
Parking for 3 cars, 4 at a tight squeeze at the front plus another 4-5 at the rear, ideal as on street parking is virtually non existent. City centre is a 10 minute walk but it is via a bit of a steep hill. Ideal stop over I would be happy to use again.

An excellent hotel experience. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and have thought carefully about the needs of their guests. The continental buffet (yoghurts, breads, fruit, pastries) was very appreciated, and the hosts also had a home-made cake that guests could have upon arrival.
The room was quiet, and the king size bed very comfortable. The shower (over the bath) had good water pressure and easy to use.

Clean and very comfortable room. The thought that has gone into what guests need was impressive. The breakfast is generous and having a fridge and microwave in the breakfast room is great and allows guests to make meals, wash up and store food. Makes a massive difference. The coffee machine provides a wide variety and the very thoughtful addition of cakes adds to the feeling that you're staying where the owners genuinely consider their guests comfort.

We had an overnight stay at The Townhouse in Truro and found it very pleasant the room was comfortable and spacious and we slept well in the bed .Nice clean shower room and in general very nice .There where tea and coffee making facilities in the room,Also an iron and ironing board and hairdryer.The continental breakfast was very good. Townhouse Rooms was a fabulous place to stay. The room was fairly spacious as was the bathroom. The location is very convenient to town and we walked to supermarkets and pubs easily. There’s also a laundry a short walk away for those who travel with carry on only . The owners were lovely (some special home baked cakes were a lovely treat) and gave fabulous instructions on how to use everything. Breakfast was self serve - a range of cereals, yoghurts, fruit salad, as well as toast, pastries and tea/coffee. All in all a delightful place to stay and we would gladly start again.

Our Oriental themed room, which included a Super King sized bed, was immaculate; so clean,comfortable and tastefully decorated. Stayed onroute to uni visit in Falmouth. Great hotel close to Truro (5 mins walk) Parking is possible right outside on the drive which given the location is really handy. Nice friendly staff / owner and rooms are good size. Breakfast provided in the dining room was great, better than many chain hotels in terms of quality and range.

A delightful guest house in walking distance downhill to Truro city centre. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the self-service continental breakfast was fresh and varied. Each night we were able to leave our car in the carpark at the front. I've only given the eco-friendliness an average mark, as there was no separate recycling in the breakfast room, and LEDs throughout the bedroom would have been good! Minor criticisms.

Family Wedding Trip with 6 friends
Our stay at Townhouse Rooms was excellent. We all booked online from Wisconsin and were pleasantly surprized by the beautiful modern and comfortable rooms. The On-Suites are excellent. Townhouse was close to our Wedding Venue and it is also close enough to walk to Truro's City Center. I would definitely recommend and hope we can visit again. Our hosts were very nice; had a wonderful visit during my nice breakfast.
