The rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Having a dog bed and food bowls was a lovely touch. The fridge was useful and we have plenty of space. The bed was very comfy.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fried bread!! The staff were amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay. The local town of Narberth is very quaint with plenty of places to eat and unique shopping. Tenby is close by and we used it as a base for a visit to Skomer Island. It seems there are load of local attractions although we only stayed for a few days so didn't get a chance to appraise these. The staff at Canaston are wonderful and the service was excellent.

Stayed for one night with my wife, we were welcomed by Emma who was extremely welcoming. The room as was the building was spotless. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. Will definitely go back and for a longer stay. All i will say is that if you don't visit Canaston Oaks then you don't know what you're missing. We were so glad that we booked to stay.

Worth a visit!!

Myself and my partner had the most wonderful stay, it’s nice and rural but not too far anyway from anything. The property is modern but feels country, it’s really smart. All of the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us! We will definitely being going back, thank you so much..

Great potential but stingy management

Small, quiet and clean hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights but we haven’t been given rooms close to each other and we have been asked to pay extra £100 to get closer room.

Breakfast time is very short 08:30 to 09:30 in my opinion just to save money and not paying for a chef.

We have asked for ice cubes for our drinks but our request has been rejected.

Check out time is so early at 10:00 am again just for the owner to save money and not paying for the staff.

What a place, went with my wife for a work trip, the staff are so friendly the rooms are amazing, clean comfortable and views and walks are great also the breakfasts are really nice ( Good selection ), wish we could of stayed longer, but definitely going back.

What a find Canaston Oaks was! We stayed in a 'cwtchy' room and were expecting it maybe to be a little cramped, but it wasn't at all; it was perfect for us. It was very clean and tastefully decorated, as was the whole complex, and the outside terrace was a lovely, peaceful area to enjoy a relaxing drink in the evening.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and served us a delicious breakfast in the morning.
Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be back.

So very happy I found this gem

So very welcoming and helpful. Room was as advertised, very clean and full of everything you needed - including hair straighteners. Attention to detail perfect. Breakfast more than adequate and bar/terrace area wonderful in the evening. Will be returning next year. Ideal location for visiting Skomer Island being only 45 minutes away.

We had to leave early for family reasons. At nearly 80 we did not find the required use of tech easy particularly as it was not as reliable as it shoul be. The owners should rember that an algorithm is no substitue for service. We almost admire what they are trying to do but would be wary of going agin since outside our comfort zone despite ecpxcellent facilities. The tech savvy will enjoy it fully. Traditionalists beware no respite from modernity.

This is an excellent B&B in a perfect location for exploring Pembrokeshire. Emma and her staff are really welcoming and helpful; the breakfasts are plentiful and gorgeous; and the room we had was exactly what we hoped for. The nearby town of Narbeath is close enough to get to for evening meals and the three places we ate at were really good. We enjoyed a fabulous five-day break and would definitely stay here again if returning to Pembrokeshire

A lovely bed and breakfast; very welcoming staff, a yummy breakfast and a clean room with a modern bathroom.

We'd happily stay here again.

Our only criticism (very minor) was that the pizza wasn't that great; I think we were expecting a \"proper\" stonebaked pizza but it felt much more like a shop-bought base with ingredients thrown on top. Very minor, and have still given a 10 out of 10 score regardless.

Worth noting that if you really don't like dogs, this place may not be right for you. The owners have two adorable, very well-behaved dogs wandering around: a black labrador and a spaniel.

Just a one night stay and a need to leave very early in the morning meant we didn’t sample cooked food etc. However the owners provided everything we needed to prepare our own simple breakfast in the pleasant dining room. Ideal location easy access to coastal location.

Modern and spacious with ample parking and easy access from the road. Like having the freedom of your own holiday home but with the benefits of B & B. Very conveniently located just off the A40 & within easy reach of the Tenby and St. Davids coastlines. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed superb breakfasts with a wide range of fruit, cereals and delicious home made jams & marmalades. The owners couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful during our stay and thought about almost everything we could have wished for. It was particularly easy to come and go from the property as we wished and there was a downstairs lounge that we had complete freedom to use and a film and book library as well as walkers reference books and maps we could borrow. A comfortable and stress free week. The only thing that we would have liked to have improved was that when it was warm and humid outside, on occasion our room was a little too warm, although we were able to open our widows and also had an effective free standing fan.

Absolutely a superb place to stay.

The owners and staff were wonderful. Accommodation was superb, clean, spacious and cozy. Words can’t describe the wonderful experience we had at Canaston. You can tell by their interactions with guests that The owners Elenor, David and Emma have put their heart into this business and you feel that your getting a little piece of their heart whilst talking to you. A rare but wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back and show it off to friends.

Really nice location, very tasteful and clean accommodation and friendly owners.
Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
The breakfast was superb, the bed was very comfy and the views amazing.
The facilities are brilliant. You can use the honesty bar, loan DVDs (DVD player in TV) or books and games and there is a fridge in the room with plenty of fresh milk. There is an iron and board, hairdryer and straighteners (!) in the room.
