A nice place to stay, good value, clean, in good condition and convenient location just off A477. The bedroom was comfortable, good bathroom, well equipped. Breakfast was good, but not the best quality ingredients, and wasn't able to provide choice for a vegan breakfast, a bit disappointing even given prior notice. Overall a good place to stay.

Great place in all respects I did have to adjust the radiator thermostat as the room was cold to start with but it soon warmed up. The breakfast was excellent. The only problem is that this is often outside my budget and I only rarely can get a room at my budget.

So many past guests had mentioned the owner and how friendly he was - we totally agree and visiting with him made our stay even better. The property was very pretty and the accommodations were very comfortable.

Top marks. Good car parking and virtually no steps,all on one level,including the walk in shower. Clean and tidy, nothing tired or worn. Hosts are very welcoming and accomodating. Good choice of breakfasts and a pleasant lounge to enjoy rather than staying in the room. We will no doubt return. We do not have a dog anyway but dogs are not accepted here.

Very friendly welcome off the host Jemma, she met us when we arrived and because we were up early the next day (5:30am) she even offered to make us takeaway breakfast rolls! Rooms very nice, the place was quiet so had a good night sleep. And even better it was a 5-10 min drive from Carew airfield where we caught the P&R for the ironman in Tenby. Wish I'd stayed another night!

I had a lovely stay at Lovesgrove. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only issue for me was that my room was at the top of the house and had a steeply sloping roof, and I did bump my head a few times before i got used to it. Location was great, just off a main road but so far back that there was no road noise and it was very peaceful. Will stay again.

The Cardiff Inn is very well located for walking to all the sights and vibrant pedestrian streets. However it is neither a hotel nor an Inn. I felt like I was in a student flat in a tired & littered busy street.

Had a fantastic time at Lovesgrove Country Guest House. The host was warm and welcoming, recommending some amazing places to visit.

Great location just off the main road (no road noise in our bedroom). Outside seating area was good, so we brough back a fish and chips and enjoyed it al fresco. Nice large bedroom, with views over fields at the back. Good shower, comfortable bed. Really good breakfast. Welcoming and friendly host. Good eating out places nearby.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and less than 20 mins from Saundersfoot and Tenby, the room was very big and spacious with tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided along with two bottles of water, the shower is big, the room is spotless and very clean, breakfast was included which included English breakfast, cereal, juice tea and coffee, croissants etc

What a lovely place ! The staff were very welcoming and the property and rooms were just wonderful: the room was clean and spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was a nice size with a nice sized shower. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the stay better, like good quality toilet paper, bottles of water, tea, coffee and biscuits. Nice sized TV and a good sized fridge in the room. Very quiet room and comfy bed. We both sleep very well. Breakfast was spot on, full English plus a choice of continental on top. We will stay here again in a heartbeat if we are in the area. Highly recommend and we think very good value for money.

Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful; breakfast was an order the day before option but a good selection and of good size and reasonable quality. The day I had to leave before breakfast time a bacon sandwich was made for me and available for me to take on my early departure.
A nice touch was the complementary biscuits, bottled water and hot chocolate sachets in the room were replenished daily.
Plenty of seating outside with a sunny aspect in the evening made sitting outside nice.

I would highly recommend Lovesgrove. From the warm welcome, to the spacious, clean, and comfortable room, everything brought a smile to my face. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large, walk-in shower cubicle which was easy to use. The cooked breakfast was great, especially the black pudding! Easy parking, friendly staff, a couple of mins outside Pembroke with a garden overlooking the fields, i would be more than happy to stay there again.

What a wonderful stay. Our only regret is that it was one night only. John was so very helpful in arranging for a taxi to the Milford Haven train station for the following morning. We could not have done it on our own. The room itself was so roomy and well appointed. And breakfast the next morning was fabulous. I would definitely like to return and spend more time here!

Perfect family stay in June
We stayed in a family room on a Friday and Saturday in mid-June. Our family room for 3 was spacious, light and airy with a small separate hallway and family bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we felt really at home from the moment John welcomed us at the front door. The location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding nearby and parking was right outside the rooms. We had a cooked breakfast both mornings with a range of sundries and everything was fresh and of a high quality. We will definitely stay again when visiting Tenby, Saundersfoot or Pembroke Dock. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with our room which was quite large, very clean and tidy with an on-suite shower room to match. We were well looked after at breakfast with Laura really helpful also giving us some advice of where to eat and local areas of interest.

Because of my work, i booked this late in the day, about 6.30ish. Wasnt sure what to expect but as long as it had a bed id be happy. The owner had rang me to find out my time of arrival, which was great. On my arrival Gemma greeted me like an old friend returning. We went through the check in and then chatted for about 15 minutes and to be honest could have sat and chatted with her all night. Such a lovely, informative, friendly person. Made my stay feel so warm and comfortable from the off. The room was modern, spacious and you are free to use a lounge and dining room area. Such an actual gem of a find in the area. I will definitely be returning when im working this way again. Gemma, you and your staff are just fantastic. 👍

We had a tidy, clean smelling, big enough room for a couple and a beautiful bathroom. Our stay was so calming as we didn’t have to worry about a thing as staff were so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was yummy and couldn’t get enough of it. Would recommend this place! It’s close to local amenities, and takeaways are near too if you don’t know what or where to eat.
