Funcionarios atenciosos porem a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. Lugar parece sem manutencao, fiquei 4 dias e a piscina nao foi tratada, tinha pouco ou quase nenhum cloro. Escorreguei na escada da piscina que nao tem corremao e tem lodo e nao tinha gelo na pousada para por na minha perna. Nao tem nada para tomar , as geladeiras d bebidas desligadas. Cafe da manha com as mesmas coisas todos os dias, nada nem parecido em todos os aspectos com o que tem nas fotos de apresentacao.

Quando chovia ai a chuva caia dentro do banheiro, em cima do vaso e na porta da entrada do quarto, Wi-Fi nunca funcionou nem no quarto nem fora, cafe da manha somente o basico e a senhora da cozinha bem mal humorada ao atender.

Pessoal da recepção deixou outro hóspede entrar no nosso quarto e ainda pegou um carregador e um tenis nosso, ficamos dois dias esperando eles pegarem os nossos pertences de volta e a pessoa que fica na recepção faz tudo na pousada, deixando a recepção vazia a maioria do tempo, e na pousada nao tem um porta fica aberta o dia todo.

Hotel mais sujo que já fomos, péssimo atendimento, café da manhã com pouca variedade, quarto sujo e com móveis velhos, frigobar velho, piscina suja, vaso sanitário sem condições de uso, porta do banheiro quebrado, sendo ambos informados aos funcionários, porém não feitos os reparos devidos! A localização não condiz com o que mostra no aplicativo. Escolhemos por ser perto da vila e irmos a pé, mas na verdade ele fica antes da vila na BR barulhenta e o prédio estava em reforma com barulho. O ar condicionado não funcionava direito.

Péssima ficamos o pior quarto com ar condicionado péssimo que não funcionava direito , café da manhã horrível com muita pouca variedade de pães , fruta , e ainda por cima tudo exposto , tudo descoberto com mosca em cima de tudo ( no suco, nós pães, enfim por tudo) com falta de higiene total.

Sabemos que a pousada é realmente simples, porém as condições mínimas devem ser revistas como limpeza, um controle de tv quebrado enrolado com fita, um banheiro com a bacia entupida, ou seja são coisas que independente do preço da estada devem se ter, não gostamos e não voltaremos.

A pousada em si é boa, a recepcionista atenta, determinada a ajudar e sempre a disposição.
Mas a limpeza ficou a desejar, na descrição informava que a limpeza era diária, que a TV era a cabo,e na prática não foi isso, passei 3 dias lá canal só pegava 3 parando,e uma troca de lençol não teve. Voltaria mais vezes lá, se aparecesse o que se descreve.
