I brought my boyfriend here to propose to him, and everything was perfect (he said yes :D). The room was great, with a beautiful view. We could see the beach from our bed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and so courteous. We arrived the first evening there a little late, and the kitchen there had closed, but the staff recommended a good place we could still get food. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the time we ate dinner at the hotel was good as well. The hotel is right on the beach, and it's a lovely beach. The little shopping district at Porto de Galinhas is nice also. Very cute. Don't miss the goofy chickens.

Bom para hospedagens curtas!
Hospedagem boa fora da zona mais tumultuada de Porto, mas ainda perto do centro. Os quartos tem características bem diferentes, o da fachada norte que fiquei era quase sem ventilação, para quem passa o dia fora e volta só para dormir tá ótimo. A cama e enxoval estavam ótimos! Bem confortáveis e o ar condicionado também estava muito limpo.

Tudo ótimo, mas Wi-Fi não pega no quarto. Pra mim, é algo indispensável pq uso para trabalhar. Ficou claro que o Wi-Fi do prédio, por ser um so, não tem alcance no segundo andar, quarto 126 onde fiquei, e mesmo sabendo disso os atendentes informaram erroneamente que o Wi-Fi pegava la. É a única razão pela qual não retornarei aqui, achei q eles mentiram e q a informação de q tem Wi-Fi no apt todo é falsa.

A nossa estadia foi mto boa. Gostamos do nosso hotel e da localização dele. Ele fica na praia do Cupe e o mar, nessa praia, é mais bravo, com ondas. Mas, na maré baixa, forma umas \"piscininhas\" que dá pra curtir bastante. Os funcionários são mto atenciosos. Tem alguns restaurantes próximos ao hotel. Tanto a la carte qto self-service com comida mais caseira.

Não vale o que foi cobrado. Pousada super simples, o quarto não tem qualquer privacidade, a janela da pra rua. Não tem cortina, apenas um black out de péssima qualidade que não resolve, quando o dia amanheceu o quarto ficou claro. O quarto é feio, tudo de baixa qualidade, inclusive as amenities, toalhas, etc. O lugar é bonito, a área de piscina é agradável, mas a água da piscina estava turva.

Quarto muito limpo com decoração realizada com as toalhas. A cama é confortável e chuveiro com água forte e com opções de quente e frio, através de misturador. Ressalto, apenas o batedor da porta do banheiro que na parte inferior está estragado, mas que levei ao conhecimento da recepção para providências que o caso requer. Enfim, recomendo a estada. Hotel como um todo é bonitinho, porém falta manutenção em diversos quesitos. A porta do nosso quarto por exemplo não trancava, e após informar o problema a solução foi levantar a fechadura, \"dar um jeitinho\" para conseguir trancar. O chão do quarto estava melado, impressão que deu que foi limpando com muito produto de limpeza.
Cobram uma taxa rolha de R$120, porém não possuem opçoes de vinhos para comprar dentro da pousada e tambem não tem abridor de garrafa, ou seja, você paga a taxa rolha e ainda precisa comprar um abridor para conseguir consumir.

O local de fato é muito bonito, a praia é boa, porem o atendente da recepção é sério, mal humorado, nada cortes, não fornece nenhuma informação parece que está trabalhando por obrigação, o que salva é o funcionário Adriano que é um faz tudo, porque por onde você olha ele está trabalhando sempre educado e prestativo, muito eficiente no que faz e sempre com sorriso no rosto, as meninas da limpeza também são super gentis, educadas, prestativas sorridentes e sempre após a limpeza do quarto deixavam as toalhas em forma de desenho o que sempre alegrava ao voltar, dava pra sentir o carinho e a atenção delas, as roupas de cama merecem uma atenção melhor por estarem bem desgastadas assim como algumas toalhas, mas mesmo assim estavam limpas e cheirosas. O café da manhã era razoável sem muitas opções, mas o que tinha era saboroso e novo, os sucos eram naturais o que incomodava era um pouco a falta de limpeza nas mesas e da cozinha, não achei o o local tão limpo quanto deveria, infelizmente os hospedes que estavam no mesmo período não eram educados o que tirava um pouco a paz do local. Achei muito desagradável cobrarem por toalhas de praia, pelo valor da diária era o mínimo a ser oferecido, se querem economizar que forneçam ao menos duas por estadia e sem direito a troca, seria menos pior q cobrarem. Esperava mais do local pelo valor que foi pago, infelizmente não vale o custo benefício se comparado a pousadas na mesma região.

Pousada linda e extremamente bem cuidada. Piscina fria, não dava para aproveitar pois o sol batia nela pouco tempo. O café da manhã era muito simples, não tinha nem suco natural, os copos utilizados eram descartáveis e no geral a comida servida não agradou. Todos os funcionários muito gentis e solícitos, mas o serviços de alimentação deixaram muito a desejar e o restaurante encerra as 18h, não havendo serviço de quarto ou interfone nos apartamentos. Limpeza impecável, instalações bem simples, com cama de solteiro bem estreita, sem apoio ao lado como um criado. Acho que cumpre o propósito de hospedagem mas precisa melhorar significativamente a comida. Eu passei muito mal de vomitar o único dia que almocei na pousada. E a piscina poderia ser aquecida.

Segunda vez neste hotel e a experiência foi ótima. Cheguei antes do horário do check in e enquanto preparavam o quarto me ofereceram para tomar café da manhã sem custo e logo após já pude subir para o quarto, bem antes das 14h. Hotel limpo, bem cuidado, bem localizado. Café da manhã com tapioca feita na hora e tudo delicioso. Nota 10!

O ponto positivo do hotel é que ele é lindo na parte da piscina que fica de frente para o mar, possui serviço do restaurante na areia, o que facilita pra quem quer consumir algo estando na praia e é de certa forma próximo a alguns restaurantes (mas em período de chuvas a rua fica bem alagada, dificultando pra quem quer se deslocar a pé). Porém, os pontos que não foram muito positivos é que o hotel não possui elevador, portanto, quem fica nos andares mais acima tem um pouco de dificuldade de levar e trazer suas malas, tendo em vista que nem sempre tem uma pessoa do hotel disponível para ajudar. Cada andar são 2 lances de escada e os quartos não possui telefone. Então cada vez que você quiser tirar uma dúvida ou pedir algo, tem que descer e subir as escadas. Eram 8 lances de escada pra subir e descer algumas vezes ao dia. O café da manhã são poucas opções e as que tem acabam rapidamente e eles demoram muito para repor, achamos até que fosse problemas de horário, mas testamos varios horários durante a nossa estadia e sempre era assim. Os quartos, por terem sala, cozinha e dispensa e ter somente um ar condicionado no quarto, dá a sensação, em alguns horários, que estamos em uma sauna. Foi preciso deixarmos o ar condicionado ligado o dia todo, até por orientação mesmo do recepcionista, pra ver se esfriava mais e melhorava a estadia. Um outro ponto de sugestão para os quartos seria ter algum espaço para colocar a mala, acredito que ficaria mais cômodo para todos os hóspedes.
