Located on the best stretch of the beach of Porto de Galinhas, more precisely in Pontal do Cupe, the Tabapitanga - in Tupi "Aldeia Vermelha" - has 100m facing the Atlantic Ocean with warm, calm and crystalline waters. Distant only 5.5 km from the popular center of Fisherman's Village, the property is framed by hundreds of coconut trees and has a preserved Atlantic Forest remnant, where diverse and peculiar monkeys, owls and birds still live freely.

It's not a bad hotel, but it has excellent reviews that don't correlate with our experience that much.
The rooms are comfortable and large. Everything was working fine.
Service was a bit unfriendly most times. Restaurant menu a bit basic too (very few vegetarian options). Basic beach facilities too. No self-service laundry room (they charge a few bucks per item of clothing and take 24hs -- in 2025, wow).

La posada es hermosa, la zona de pileta y exteriores es muy cómoda y se puede aprovechar el día allí, con salida directa a la playa. El restaurante con platos riquísimos y a buen precio. El desayuno bastante completo. La playa muy tranquila ya que es zona hotelera. La habitación es sencilla, no hay mucho espacio de guardado de ropa pero está ok.

We love this facility. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with an easy access to the beach. Breakfast is great with a variety of fresh fruits, breads, cakes, and everything else you can wish to be cooked for you. This is by far one of the best places we ever stayed around Porto de Galinhas area.

This is an all around cool place. Very clean, with good daily housekeeping. Staff in the main office are friendly and always available. Breakfast is really good, as is the main menu for lunch and dinner. (Espresso is good, too, which I don't take for granted.) This place is more for people that want peace and quiet with a gorgeous beach to walk and and a couple of nice pools. I would stay here again.

We love this hotel. 3rd time we've being there. We love that it's by the beach. Waves are a bit strong in front of the hotel, but that wont bother us since we like bodyboarding. And few meters to the left, when tide is low, there is a very calm and still water that looks like a swimming pool
We love the breakfast there too. Lots of fruits and local food.
We also like the fact that the hotel is very calm and quiet. Perfect for couples, honeymoon...

Really great location. About 45 min from hotel. Close enough to go into the city, but far enough that you can be on a secluded beach. The food was amazing, the grounds were immaculate. Very nice pool and beach, and a good outside shower

Excelentes instalaciones y una hermosa playa (a mi me parecer la mejor de la zona), muy cerca del Pontal de Cupe. Habitaciones espaciosas y comodas, se sugieren las del primer piso con balcon. Buen servicio en general, podria mejorar la calidez de algunos empleados y la limpieza de la habitacion.

A pousada é maravilhosa, muito confortavel, beira mar.
a piscina tb é uma otima opção pra quem não quiser sair do hotel. Um ponto negativo seria o trecho pra chegar a pousada, mas que nesse caso não é culpa deles, porém acho que merece uma critica pra melhorar a iluminação. O trecho entre a avenida principal e a entrada da pousada é muito esquisito e escuro. O café da manha tbm, maravilhoso, com bastante variedade de frutas, bolos, paes.

Pousada é incrivel. Pé na areia, vista maravilhosa da praia. Atendimento excelente desde a portaria. Todos nossas solicitações foram atendidas, pois viajamos com bebê de 1 ano. Quarto confortável, internet Ok nos quartos, limpeza impecável em todos os setores. Café da manha com muitas variedades, inclusive com opção de tapioca feita na hora mediante escolha de sabores disponíveis. Demais refeições são servidas a la carte. Duas piscinas, área de descanso e atendimento de bar na beira das piscina. Como viajamos com criança, sentimos falta de uma área infantil( brinquedoteca) . Praia em frente a pousada possui ondas fortes
Para nós, foi uma ótima escolha iniciar nossa viagem em porto de galinhas na Pousada!

A minha estádia e da minha esposa foi incrivel, passamos nossa Lua de Mel na Pousada Tabapitanga é foi tudo maravilhoso, o quarto tinha uma decoração especial pra nos receber, os funcionarios sempre cordiais e atenciosos, o quarto estava sempre limpo e arrumado, não temos nenhuma observação a fazer, a não ser que foi tudo perfeito e já queremos voltar.

Gostei muito do ambiente. Faz muito tenpo que eu nao me hispedava em uma pousada e achei a Tabapitanga uma graça .
A limpeza bao foi boa. Achei varios fios de cabelo no chao , especialmente no banheiro.
Se eu voltar para a pousada, preciso lembrar se levar minhas toalhas de banho por que as da Pousada sao muito velhas e asperas. Nem usei as de la.

Pousada muito bem localizada com acomodações boas. Café da manhã excelente e pratos a la carte no almoço e jantar com preços justos.
Devido estarmos comemorando nosso aniversário de 26 anos de casamento, solicitamos um upgrade de quarto, mas mesmo tendo disponibilidade, disseram o quarto reservado já era bom o suficiente por ter uma vista parcial do mar. Achamos lamentável a atitude da atendente, uma vez que tinham opções. Quando fiz a reserva pelo Hoteis.com, não havia a opção do quarto bangalô com vista, por isso solicitamos o upgrade por email (afirmaram não terem recebido....) e também no check-in, porám não fizeram....

No bar quase tive que pegar garçom pelo braço para fazer o pedido e este saía andando enquanto fazia meu pedido. No jantar solicitei que juntasse duas mesas ja que ja caberia 5 pessoas e a atendente disse que eu pederia juntar, ou seja, eu tive que juntar as mesas e arrumar os pratos...pasmem nao avisaram que teria outro salao onde poderiamos nos acomodar ! Fizemos o pedido e 40min depois a atendente veio confirmar ou seja, nao tinham executado ainda e eu estava com bebê de 2 anos e idoso! Quando a comida chegou, estava horrível...peixe cru e comida sem sabor nenhum!
Nao recomendo comerem no restaurante.

Café da manhã não é tão bom, as coisas acabavam e demoravam para repor, não havia muita simpatia por parte dos funcionários, não há flexibilidade nos pedidos, estava somente eu e meu marido nao tinha porção mista de macaxeira e fritas e falaram que não podiam fazer, poucas opções de refeição, no meu caso eu não como baião de dois e meu marido ama e a única opção que tem de baião de dois é para 2 pessoas. Os talheres expostos na mesa da um ar de falta de higiene, pousa mosca, pessoas falam pode cair gotículas de saliva, entre outras pequenas coisas. A estrutura é muito boa, acredito que seria questão de um melhor gerenciamento!

Checking confuso

Chegamos no hotel às 12 horas, liberaram a área externa para uso, informaram que assim que o quarto estivesse disponível seríamos comunicados, utilizamos a piscina, almoçamos e retornamos para a recepção, já passava das 14 horas e o quarto não estava disponível. Conseguimos fazer o checking somente às 14:30.

O local é bem bonitinho, mas a acomodação é antiga, na foto tinha uma pequena vista para o mar, mas o quarto que me deram não. As toalhas de banho eram velhas, já deveriam ter sido trocadas. A piscina era bonita e o café da manhã bom.

Excelente pousada na beira da praia.

A praia possui um mar bem agitado, com constantes avisos de perigo. Não há corais, pedras e buracos. Se você possui noções básicas de natação, da para curtir bastante e sem medo. A agua é limpa e muito quente. É muito tranquila, da pra sentar na areia sem problemas e sem ser importunado a cada 5 minutos.

A area da piscina é muito boa, mas acho que o guarda-sol poderia ser um pouco maior, para conseguir caber duas pessoas deitadas na espreguiçadeira.

As piscinas são muito boas, mas poderiam ter uma limpeza mais frequente ao longo do dia.

O cardapio da pousada é bem variado. Você pode pedir tanto dentro do restaurante como nas areas da piscina. Os preços não são tão baratos, mas as porções são bem servidas. Excelente para dividir. Café da manhã é excelente e com boas variações. Você pode pedir tapioca e omelete para o chefe.

Estacionamento monitorado e seguro. Bem fácil acesso a vila de porto de galinhas.

A estadia foi ótima, tudo bem organizado, a acomodação é boa a area da piscina e da praia é fantastica, agua maravilhosa e o pessoal super atencioso. Eu tenho dificuldade para andar, mas o local é bem estruturado para eu me locomover e os funcionários sempre prontos a ajudar. A comida do restaurante é muito boa também. Unico comentário para a pousada é para usarem canudos de papel, pois estão de frente para praia. No geral gostamos muito e vontaria a me hospedar lá.

Minha estadia foi ótima. Pousada muito bem cuidada, limpeza ótima, café da Manhã excelente, atendimento ótimo também. Alguns detalhes dentro do quarto que poderiam ser melhores. Não tem telefone para falar com a recepção, tem que usar um atendimento digital que pra mim não funcionou. Não tem ferro e nem secador de cabelo. Mas fora isso a cama confortável, o quarto grande, chuveiro ótimo, ar condicionado tudo beleza. E o melhor da pousada é a localização a praia é linda. No geral minha estadia foi perfeita.
